1. [Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Pan Benyu Sent to No. 2 City Hospital for Emergency Treatment
At 9:00 a.m. on December 9, 2006, practitioner Mr. Pan Benyu in Qiqihar, who had worked at the Qiqihar Railroad Sanitation Center, was at his parents' house. Xing Guonan and other policemen from the Beijuzhai Police Station broke into the house and arrested Mr. Pan, ignoring the pleading of his elderly parents.
In the afternoon, when Mr. Pan's family went to the police station, they saw him wearing an instrument of torture similar to the "electric hat." His face was covered in sweat and his face and head were swollen. According to other practitioners who had been tortured by this method, after wearing the "hat," they are brutally beaten with a stick by a policeman. Several days later, Xing Guonan and others went again to ransack the home of Mr. Pan Benyu's parents. His father was so scared that he became mentally unstable. Mr. Pan was detained in a solitary compartment in a detention center, where he was tortured. He was covered with swollen bruises. Afterwards, the authorities intended to illegally sentence him to serve time in Tailai Prison.
Mr. Pan Benyu has since had a heart attack. The detention center sent him to the No. 2 Hospital in shackles every morning to get an infusion and injection of protein drugs, and then took him back to the detention center every afternoon. Mr. Pan Benyu is having difficulty breathing and is in critical condition.
2. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Supplementary Information on the Persecution of Practitioner Hou Haiping
At about 10:00 p.m. on March 28, 2007, about 20 or 30 people from Fuyuan Police Station in Handan City, the National Security Team of Hanshan District Police Station, and the National Security Team of the Handan City Police Station broke into the home of practitioner Ms. Hou Haiping, and confiscated a computer, a portable DVD player and Dafa books. The officers took Ms. Hou Haiping and her husband to Fuyuan Police Station. On March 29, the officers threatened Ms. Hou's husband with the charge of harboring fugitives, and demanded 12,000 yuan. He was released in the afternoon. Ms. Hou was taken to the No. 2 Detention Center in Handan City. She is on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.
3. [Jinzhou, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhao Hong's Home Surrounded by Police
On April 6, 2007, officers from the Linghai City Police Station and the director of the Jincheng Town neighborhood association tracked down the family members of practitioner Ms. Zhao Hong and ordered them to make Ms. Zhao write a so-called guarantee statement. They threatened that if Ms. Zhao did not cooperate, the authorities would send her to Fushun Brainwashing Center to be persecuted. The officers also told the family they would look for Ms. Zhao that Monday. On April 9, 2007, Ms. Zhao's home was surrounded by police.

4. [Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Huang Jiang Arrested, His Family Under Siege
Practitioner Mr. Huang Jiang was arrested and taken to the Cuotuo Law School by agents from the Guangzhou City 610 Office on March 20, 2007. His mother is in her seventies and his son is not yet 3 years old. His wife does not have a job and the family relies on him for income.
Mr. Huang's mother, wife and son went to the related government department every day and held a banner to explain their situation and ask for the release of Mr. Huang. However, since 4:00 p.m. on April 7, two people have stood outside the door of their ninth-floor home, not allowing them to get out. They have been blocked inside the home; even their food supply has been cut off.
5. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Dong Shulan Arrested When Visiting Her Daughter in Forced Labor Camp
In January, according to people who went to visit their relatives in Changchun Women's Forced Labor Camp, practitioner Ms. Dong Shulan went to the forced labor camp to see her daughter Ms. Liu Hongxia, but was arrested by guards at the forced labor camp.

At 3:00 p.m. on April 4, 2007, practitioners Ms. Xu Huiqin and her husband Mr. Zhang Qindong of Xujiamiao Village, Wutu Town, Changle County were reported and then taken from their home by policemen. Their home was also ransacked. That afternoon, they were detained separately in Wutu Town Police Station. The next day, Mr. Zhang was released, but Ms. Xu was sent to the Changle Detention Center to be persecuted.

9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Zhao Xiaoyun Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xiaoyun, 47, of Hengdian Town, Huangpo District, Wuhan City was taking care of her grandson, a nine-month-old baby, on the morning of April 7. At about 9:00 a.m., police officers suddenly arrived in three police cars and took her away. No one knows where she is.
10. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Gao Song Sent to Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City
Mr. Gao Song, a worker in a power plant in Baishan City, held the position of laboratory technician.
He was reported when clarifying the truth to workers who came from other places. He was illegally sentenced to forced labor for two years and sent to Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. Because Mr. Gao resisted the brainwashing tactics, he was transferred to Weizigou Forced Labor Camp on March 16, 2007.
Mr. Gao's father-in-law had a stroke, and his legs were paralyzed. In order to treat his illness, the family sold their only property--the house. Mr. Gao's wife does not have a job or other means of financial income. The family relies on Mr. Gao's salary. He and his wife also have a baby less than one year old.
11. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Wang Riqing Arrested
At about 10:30 p.m. on April 8, 2007, practitioner Ms. Wang Riqing, about 60, and another female practitioner, 47, from Jinzhou District, Dalian City, were arrested by two people while they were posting truth-clarifying materials near the residential building on Zhanqian Street.
12. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Xinjian Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Li Xinjian from Beiyuan Street in Beigongqiao Community, Kuiwen District, Weifang City was arrested by officers of the National Security Team of Kuiwen Police Branch, Weifang City and guards from Zeerzhuang Village at 10:00 p.m. on April 6, 2007. The officers took away Mr. Li's keys. At 10:00 a.m. on April 7, led by Wang Honggang, the director of a residence management committee of Beixinqiao Community, policeman Gu Zhiyong of the Kuiwen Branch, and three other people ransacked Mr. Li's home and confiscated property when no one was at home.
Since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Mr. Li Xinjian has been detained and sent to forced labor camps, and his home has been ransacked many times. His family has suffered great difficulties in the persecution. No one knows where Mr. Li is currently detained.

In the early morning of April 9, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhang Jun from Delisi, Wafangdian, was arrested by three guards at the Juice Plant when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. She is detained in Delisi; her family went to ask for her release on April 9.
14. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Huang Zhihao Detained in Yaojia Detention Center
Practitioner Ms. Huang Zhihao of Jinnan Road, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, was arrested by policemen from Huazhong Police Station in Ganjingzi District on the afternoon of April 4. She is detained in Yaojia Detention Center. At the same time, a truth-clarification materials production site on Qianshan Road was destroyed by policemen.

16. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Practitioner Li Junxia Arrested, Her Mother's Health Has Deteriorated
In 1992, practitioner Ms. Li Junxia's father died, leaving behind Ms. Li and her mother, Ms. Yang Xiuzhi. Before the persecution began, Ms. Li's mother had diabetes, but after she learned Falun Dafa, her illnesses disappeared and she felt very good.
After the persecution started, Ms. Li was persecuted many times. Because of the continuous harassment and threats by the 610 Office in Hankou, in the second half of 2003, Ms. Li and her mother left home. After Ms. Li was arrested in Xiamen, her mother was traumatized by losing her daughter, and her former diabetes recurred and worsened. Now her life is in great danger.
17. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Qi Wenbin Sentenced to Forced Labor for Two Years
Practitioner Mr. Qi Wenbin of Sifangtai Mine, Shangyashan City was arrested and taken to the Shuangyashan City Detention Center. Afterwards, he was sentenced to forced labor for two years. He is still detained in the detention center and has become very thin.
Prior to this, on December 20, 2002, Mr. Qi was taken to Shuangyashan Detention Center by policeman Wu Chunsheng from Dongshan Police Station, Sifangtai Police Branch, while he was working at Jiansan River, Shuangyashan. He was detained for practicing Falun Gong, and the evidence against him was two Dafa books. Because Mr. Qi refused to be "transformed," he was sentenced to forced labor for three years at Shuangyashan Detention Center. On December 20, 2005, he was released.
18. [Beijing] Practitioners Wang Jinlan and Shen Shuangquan Arrested
On February 28, 2007, Ms. Wang Jinlan, in her sixties, from Liubinbao Village, Yanqing County, Beijing City, was arrested. Practitioner Mr. Shen Shuangquan, 57, from the same village was also arrested.
19. [Rizhao, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mai Dazhi Persecuted
Mr. Mai Dazhi could not do without medicine before 2003. When he began practicing Falun Gong, he became healthy in body and mind. This year, when Mr. Mai was clarifying the truth, he was reported and then persecuted by the 610 Office. His wife went to the Development Area Police Station to ask for his release, but was given no information.

20. [Yangquan City, Shanxi Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Practitioner Zhao Zhaochang
Mr. Zhao Zhaochang from Yangquan City, Shanxi Province is a graduate of a medical school in Taiyuan. In March 2006, he was clarifying the truth on a bus, but was arrested by secret agents and taken to the North Great Street Police Station in Yangquan City. Mr. Zhao was tied up and pushed to the ground by two policemen. He was beaten for a whole afternoon. Afterwards, the policemen went to ransack Mr. Zhao's home, confiscating a computer, a printer, and some books. Practitioner Mr. Guo Baojun, who was in Mr. Zhao's home at the time, was arrested. Later, the two practitioners were sentenced to forced labor for one and a half years, and sent to Xindian Forced Labor Camp in Taiyuan.
21. [Miyi County, Sichuan] Recent Information on Practitioner Zhang Hongying
Practitioners Ms. Zhang Hongying, Ms. Zhang Jiashuang and Mr. Lu Tao were arrested in November 2006, and have been detained for five months. The Procuratorate sent so-called "evidence" to Miyi County Court and intended to persecute them further.

22. [Beijing] Men Xiangrong Sentenced to Prison for Four Years by Yanshan County Court in Hebei Province
Practitioner Mr. Men Xiangrong established a truth-clarification materials production site in Yanshan County, Hebei Province, but the site was investigated and ransacked by policemen. Mr. Men escaped from danger but was wanted by the police. On June 8, 2006, he sent some truth-clarification materials and books to Yanshan. When passing the Bridge Station, Mr. Men was recognized by the policemen and followed. He was arrested that very evening. The officers confiscated a notebook, an Internet card, Zhuan Falun books, and many copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.
Mr. Men Xiangrong was persecuted in Yanshan County Detention Center for half a year. The Yanshan County National Security Team and Court sentenced him severely based on several cases. Mr. Men was secretly sentenced to prison for four years by the Yanshan County Court. He appealed the decision in a higher court. Yanshan County 610 Office, along with National Security Team and Court, secretly transferred Mr. Men to Shijiazhuang. His current situation is unknown.
23. [Jilin Province] Supplementary Information on the Sentencing of Practitioner Zhang Chunqi by the Dehui Court
On November 29, 2006, policemen from Dehui City and Yangshu Town Police Station broke into and ransacked the home of practitioner Mr. Zhang Chunqi in Xiajia Village, Yangshu Town. They confiscated many things, and took Mr. Zhang to the Dehui Detention Center to be persecuted. The next day, they arrested practitioners Mr. Wang Zhonghua and Mr. Lu Junwen. On the morning of April 5, 2007, the Dehui City Court in Jilin Province sentenced Mr. Zhang.

Practitioner Ms. Li Guihua from Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, has been arrested, detained and sent to forced labor camps by the 610 Office many times.
In December 2000, the Jiujiang City 610 Office took Ms. Li Guihua to a brainwashing center. Since she persisted in her belief in Falun Dafa, the 610 Office sent her to Majialong Forced Labor Camp. She was forced to do labor, was subjected to brainwashing, and was detained in a solitary compartment and not allowed to sleep. Ms. Li persisted in her belief, and clarified the truth. She was detained for three years.
In October 2004, the Development Area Police Station sent Ms. Li to Majialong Forced Labor Camp and sentenced her to one year. She was weak and ate nothing for three months, but the guards still forced her to do labor. Ms. Li's condition worsened. The guards were afraid of being held responsible, so they released her unconditionally.
In October 2006, policemen from Lushan Police Station arrested Ms. Li Guihua again and sent her to Nanchang Women's Forced Labor Camp. She is still there.
