In the 3rd Ward of the Harbin Women's Prison, there are practitioners who have been detained for three years to six years. There are also practitioners who have been detained for one and a half years. The following is a partial list of practitioners with terms of imprisonment:
Quan Hongli, from Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to 13 years;
Li Binqin, from Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to 12 years;
Han Shaoqin, from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to 12 years and tortured with various means during her detention;
Du Guijie, from Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to 12 years;
Huang Liping, sentenced to 12 years;
Deng Liping, sentenced to 10 years;
Zhang Guiqin, from Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to eight years;
Liu Jiangli, from Yingchun County, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to eight years,
Li Qingzhen, sentenced to eight years;
Dong Yazhen, from Hulan City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to eight years
Wang Yan, sentenced to eight years;
Gao Ying, from Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to seven years;
Li Xuelian, from Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to seven years;
Cheng Fengying, from Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, sentenced to seven years;

Practitioners Li Yuanyuan and Jin Fang from Beian City, Heilongjiang Province, Lei Min and Zhu Fengying from Harbin City, and other practitioners, whose names are unknown, have also been detained at Harbin Women's Prison.
