Australia: Defendant Luo Gan Added to Lawsuit Against Jiang, Australian Government Urges Investigation of Live Organ Harvesting (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The lawsuit filed by Sydney Chinese artist and Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zhang Cuiying against the chief culprit in the persecution of Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin, has taken on a new development. The plaintiff proposed adding Luo Gan, head of 610 Office, an organization especially set up for persecuting Falun Gong, to be another defendant, in order to bring both him and Jiang Zemin to justice. The plaintiff also requested an extension of the validation period for delivering the subpoena. The New South Wales Supreme Court has ruled to accept the plaintiff's request, adding Luo Gan as one of the defendants, and the time for delivering the statement of claim to the defendant was extended to six months. The court will deliver the statement of claim overseas.

Holland: Rallies Held in Two Cities in Holland to Support the 20 Million Withdrawals from the CCP (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 21 and 22, over ten human rights organizations including the Epoch Times and the Service Center for Quitting the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) held large scale activities supporting the 20 million brave people who quit the CCP and its associated organizations. The theme of the event was "The evil CCP has been uprooted." On April 21, a parade was held in The Hague's Chinatown, Holland. On the following day, a rally was held at Museum Square in Amsterdam. Falun Gong practitioners also took part in the activity. Performing to support this event was the European Divine Land Marching Band, a waist-drum troupe, a group of women dressed as fairy maidens, and a group of flower-drums composed by hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners. The organizers of these activities hoped that more people will break away from the control of the vicious CCP so that they will have a good future.

A Towering Historic Monument: April 25

On April 25, 1999, when ten thousand Falun Dafa practitioners silently and calmly stood in front of the State Appeals Office outside the west gate of Zhongnanhai to appeal and to clarify the truth, Dafa had already been widely spreading in the world for seven years. Dissolving cunning with sincerity, withstanding evil with total compassion, with great forbearance overcoming the evil party's criticism and denunciation--the tools it has used for half a century --- only disciples of Dafa, who follow the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, are able to do this.
