(Minghui.org) Practitioners in Istanbul were invited to teach Falun Dafa exercises at the Ecological Life Center in Kadıköy on September 28, 2024. Many people learned the exercises and said the meditation and the other exercises were a wonderful experience. A city official said, “Please continue coming every month.”

City Official: People Are Eagerly Waiting for You to Come Every Month

Practitioners have held monthly events at this Eco Life Center since last year. They demonstrate the exercises, answer questions, and tell people about the persecution of Falun Dafa by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The activities paused over the summer due to school closures. During the Saturday, September 28 event, a city official mentioned that during this break, many people called the municipality asking when the Falun Dafa events would resume, and said they wished to participate. The official added, “We are very glad to have you here. This place now belongs to you. Please continue coming every month.”

A Calm Energy

Tusen Günaydın, an industrial engineer, said, “This is my first time trying meditation. This practice truly has high energy, which can boost the body’s energy and eliminate negative conditions. While practicing, I felt very calm, and didn’t realize how quickly time passed.”

Elif Yaman said, “I’m a psychologist. I know mental well-being is very important to us. While practicing, I felt great, and time flew by without me noticing. I’d like to practice again.”

Falun Gong Brings a Wonderful Experience

It was the first time Yelda Hanım, a teacher, and Ceren Hanım, a biology expert, tried Falun Gong, and they both said it was a wonderful experience.

Yelda Hanım said, “I felt very relaxed. Even after the session ended, I kept meditating. I tried not to think about anything, and I felt great. I felt clear-headed and refreshed.”

Ceren Hanım said, “I felt something very different. When I learned that this practice can help with health and healing, I was very happy. I have a frozen shoulder, and I think this practice could help me. I hope to continue practicing at home.”
