(Minghui.org) Members of a sports club in Morelia, a city in western Mexico, learned about Falun Dafa on October 7, 2023. They said they experienced tranquility, joy, and energy when they did the exercises.
Local Falun Dafa practitioners were invited to demonstrate the five exercises to the sports club members. The practitioners explained the benefits of practicing Falun Dafa (it improves both body and mind) and the movements. They also introduced the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.
People at the presentation commented on how they felt during the event and the immediate benefits they experienced. “I felt very good. I really liked the music, the relaxation,” said Mrs. Olga Villegas.
Mrs. Guadalupe Paredes said that when she did the exercises, she felt calm and strengthened, which could help her be more balanced when facing the pressures of everyday life.

“It is a very beautiful practice. It energizes and helps relieve stress and tension,” said Mrs. Mariana. “The exercises made me feel comfortable and happy,” she added and said that they also gave her peace of mind and mental focus.
After doing the exercises, Ms. Contreras, who has practiced yoga, said that she found Falun Dafa very interesting and that she liked the exercises. “I felt the energy, a lot of heat in my body, and it relaxed me. It was impressive,” she said.
