Doctors and Police Officers Witnessed the Power of Dafa

(Minghui.org) When I was at the Wudangshan West Railway Station on June 11, 2021, police who happened to be at the railway station detained me for my having a few copies of truth-clarification materials about Falun Gong and a few amulets. They released me on June 12.

The police officers took me to the Danjiangkou City Detention Center on June 14 and decided to detain me for five days, calling it administrative punishment. I thought that the detention center was not a place for me to stay, so I asked Master for strengthening so that I could leave the detention center.

They took me for a physical examination. The examination result showed that I suffered from a number of diseases, including hydronephrosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, and myocardial ischemia. The doctor who performed the examination said that my case was unbelievable. I asked her for the reason. She said, “Looking at your x-ray, you should be suffering unbearable pain; but you don’t look like you’re in pain.” I told her, “Do you know why? I couldn’t straighten my back when I was in my 40s because of severe low back pain. Now, I am almost 70 years old and achieved what you can see now, only because I cultivate in Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa).” 

The doctors who examined me for my coronary heart disease said, “The waveform of your ECG are all inverted with sharp points, this means that you are suffering form serious heart disease.” 

They continued, “A person with such serious coronary heart disease, if walking on street, could fall and die suddenly.” I told them, “Yes, sometimes I felt as if my heart was jumping out of my chest. Since I practice Falun Gong, I haven’t taken even one pill, but all my symptoms disappeared.” The police officer who escorted me witnessed all our conversations.

When the police officers took me to the detention center, where the doctors looked at my examination report, I told them, “I don’t have to tell you about my current physical condition. I used to be very sick and suffered from a number of diseases. After I started practicing Falun Gong, all my illnesses disappeared. Cultivating Falun Gong gave me a new life and gave me a healthy body. I am grateful to Dafa and Master. You tell me, if you were in my shoes, would you give up cultivating Falun Gong? Am I wrong to tell people that ‘Falun Dafa is good?’ Besides, wearing an amulet does not violate any laws of the country. 

“The Order No. 50 issued on March 1, 2011 by the General Administration of Press and Publication stipulated that Falun Gong books and promotional materials are legal. Is it reasonable for you to punish me?” The police officers were speechless.

They discussed among themselves and consulted their superiors, and finally they decided to release me.

Master said, 

“In their life, work, and various settings, the problems they encounter, the thoughts they have, and all the way to their actions—all are about positioning themselves, positioning themselves amid the rivalry between good and evil.” (“Teaching the Fa in Washington D.C. in 2018”)

What they did was not just a decision, it showed their attitude towards Dafa. As they gradually came to understand Falun Gong, they did not want to persecute Falun Gong anymore! As Master said, everyone is choosing their own position, and they positioned themselves and chose their own future!

I am grateful to Master for His compassionate salvation, as well as for the decision of the police officers. Master gave them a chance to position themselves, and they chose a good future for themselves! As a Dafa practitioner, only by keeping my mission in mind all the time, and doing the three things well, will I fulfill my prehistoric vow of “Assisting Master in the Fa-rectification” and saving lives. Thus, I am also worthy of Master’s compassionate salvation.
