Breaking Through Sickness Karma Tribulation Three Times

(Minghui.org) I’m a seventy-six-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner. My parents did not send me to school. When I became an adult they hastily married me to a man in a neighboring village. After giving birth to my children I developed several diseases, including osteoproliferation, migraine headaches, gynecological diseases, and fatty liver. 

One day in the Fall of 1997 I visited my sister who lived 30 miles away. As soon as I entered the door, my sister held my hands and excitedly said, “Falun Dafa is great! It’s amazingly effective at improving health!” I borrowed three Falun Dafa books from her. Since I didn’t know how to read, my husband read them to me. My husband and I followed the teachings, began practicing Falun Dafa and tried to be better people.

One year later my husband took me to a town in Hebei Province to watch recordings of Master’s lectures several times. We also learned the Falun Dafa exercises. Within 18 months all my diseases were gone. 

Tumor Disappears

The Chinese Communist Party began persecuting Falun Dafa in July 1999. Many people in my village quit practicing under pressure. My husband and I also dared not practice at first, but a month later, my husband said, “Falun Dafa is so wonderful! We can’t give it up!” He started doing the exercises at home, but I was too afraid to practice.

A year passed. One day, I watched a TV program about gynecological diseases. My daughter-in-law recently had a baby at a local health clinic. When I visited her and my grandson I decided to undergo a physical exam myself. They found a tumor in my uterus. All my old diseases soon returned. I was worried and afraid. I didn’t know what to do. I tried Chinese medicine, Western medicine, and folk remedies, but nothing helped.

Feeling desperate, I started doing the Falun Dafa exercises with my husband, and listening to Master’s lectures. About six months later, I had a sharp pain when using the bathroom as if I was giving birth to a baby. The pain stopped. The sharp pain came back the next morning. I hurried to the bathroom. Again, the pain stopped. When I looked in the toilet, I saw a bloody lump. I realized that Master Li (the founder of Falun Dafa) had cleansed my body and removed my tumor! I was totally amazed!

Cerebral Hemorrhage Gone

My sister had a cerebral hemorrhage about nine years ago. She threw up several times. She had a blood clot in her brain, so I went to take care of her. Her daughter took me shopping in the market. As I walked, I suddenly felt confused, nauseated, and weak. I ate very little for lunch but I threw up. My symptoms were similar to my sister's. 

When he heard what happened, my husband came and took me home. I sent forth righteous thoughts along the way, and recited Master’s poems. As soon as I got home, I couldn’t stop throwing up. I felt like my blood turned cold and I couldn’t move. 

My grandson told my daughter-in-law, “Mom, let’s take grandma to a hospital! She is dying!” My young son also came to see me. He tearfully asked me to go to a hospital. I remembered Master’s words, “...just by having your heart unaffected you will be able to handle all situations.” (“Eliminate Your Last Attachment(s,)” Essentials for Further Advancement II)

The next morning, my daughter and second son came to see me. My daughter-in-law called my second brother. He came and told my children, “Your mom had a cerebral hemorrhage. Her condition is much worse than your aunt’s.” They were all worried, but they couldn’t persuade me to go to a hospital. 

To their surprise, I was completely fine by 3 p.m. that day! My husband told them, “She is fine. Master takes care of us Falun Dafa practitioners.” My family and my neighbors all witnessed the power of Falun Dafa, and said, “Dafa is truly great!”

“Sao Zhenzi” Gone

One day in April six years ago I was weeding my vegetable garden, when I suddenly felt extremely weak. I hurried home. I couldn’t eat anything at dinnertime. The next morning my entire body hurt, and I couldn’t walk. I had to use a cane. 

After asking around, I found that my disease was called “Sao Zhenzi” (nickname of a disease in our countryside, which usually lasts seven days.) 

I remembered what Master said, “The Great Law looks at a person’s heart.” (“Untitled,” Hong Yin, Volume II) I decided not to acknowledge it. While my son and my daughter-in-law watched me, I walked outside with a cane. As I walked, I soon put the cane down. I was able to walk around the backyard, and I gradually felt fine.

My son and my daughter-in-law said happily, “Mom’s fine since she practices Dafa! She is fine now—just as she told us!”
