(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in Japan peacefully protested in front of the Chinese embassy in Tokyo, and Chinese consulates in Nagoya, Fukuoka and Nagasaki on July 17 and 20, 2021 to condemn the persecution by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for the past 22 years.

Falun Dafa practitioners in Kanto held a peaceful protest in front of the Chinese embassy in Tokyo on July 20, 2021. They condemned the 22-year-long persecution of Falun Dafa by the CCP.

The practitioners set up banners and demonstrated the Falun Dafa exercises. Due to the covid virus pandemic which is still quite serious in Japan, Tokyo is currently still in an emergency state. Therefore, everyone wore their masks and maintained their interactions at a distance. 

In order not to affect the pedestrians, only five practitioners stood in front of the embassy at any given time. The rest of the practitioners would do the exercises in a nearby park.

Chinese People Quitting the CCP in Front of the Chinese Consulate in Nagoya

Falun Dafa practitioners from the central regions of Japan held a peaceful protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Nagoya on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 to call for the CCP to immediately stop the cruel persecution of the Falun Dafa practitioners that has gone on for 22 years. They also called for an end to the CCP’s state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting from illegally detained Falun Dafa practitioners. 

They held open banners in Chinese, English, and Japanese. The practitioners also distributed materials about Falun Dafa to the people who were going to the Chinese Consulate, and told them about Falun Dafa, persuading them to quit the CCP and its youth organizations.

That day, many of the people went to the Chinese Consulate in Nagoya to settle their administrative issues. They saw the banners which the Falun Dafa practitioners displayed opposite the consulate. At noon, a gentleman who seemed to be about 40 years old walked out of the consulate and looked at the banners for a while. A Falun Dafa practitioner walked forward to hand him different types of Chinese materials, and he accepted all of them.

The gentleman said, “Nowadays, many people know the truth. They are just afraid and dare not speak up.” The gentleman also said that he read information about the staged Tiananmen self-immolation online in the past. The practitioner asked him if he joined the CCP and its organizations when he was in China. The gentleman replied that he wore the red scarf and joined the Young Pioneers. Therefore, the practitioner asked him if he was willing to quit the Young Pioneers with an alias. The gentleman agreed happily and said, “Thank you! Thank you!”

Falun Dafa practitioners from the Kumamoto Area gathered in front of the Chinese consulates in Fukuoka and Nagasaki in the Kyushu area on July 17, 2021 to commemorate the 22nd year of persistent efforts to stop the persecution. There, through peaceful ways such as displaying banners and exhibition boards, giving speeches, and so on, the practitioners appealed to the people from the international community to help stop the cruel persecution of Falun Dafa and its practitioners by the CCP.

Mr. Lin, who has practiced Falun Dafa for more than 20 years, said, “Today, July 20. On this special day, we mourn the Falun Dafa practitioners who have been persecuted to death in the persecution. At the same time, we remind the people in the international society, who still have compassion in their hearts, to quickly come and learn what Falun Dafa is all about, what is the true nature of the CCP and why did the CCP persecute Falun Dafa.

“Being able to differentiate between the right and the wrong and the kind and the evil is the only hope for one’s life to be saved. I think that the persecution of Falun Dafa by the CCP will not be able to persist for long because more and more people have understood the evil nature of the CCP and know that Falun Dafa practitioners are innocent. Many diplomats from around the world have already publicly condemned the CCP’s violent acts. Just within the short time of January 2021 to June 2021, counties in Virginia, in the U.S., passed 14 resolutions that condemns the CCP’s organ harvesting and warns the local residents about the risks that are involved in heading to China for organ transplantation. The righteous forces will ultimately triumph over the evil.”

Another practitioner, Ms. Jin Mu, said, “Although we have persisted in our efforts to end the persecution for 22 years, every year as July 20 approaches, my mood will be very solemn. This is because the persecution that was started by Jiang Zemin and his group, which annihilates human nature, is still continuing. Countless Falun Dafa practitioners are still being forcefully detained and many of them are on the brink of death. We will continue to raise awareness to the people of the world.”
