(Minghui.org) Taipei's autumn weather is sunny with some hot days. Chinese tourists, one group after another, visit Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, the most visited tourist site in Taipei.
They are drawn to the display boards lined beside the road. On the boards are facts about Falun Dafa and the persecution of it. This information was previously unknown to these tourists.
Falun Dafa practitioners who have been clarifying the facts about this practice to tourists greeted them and reminded them that Taiwan is a free society. They told them that they should cherish the opportunity to learn about the uncensored information they could not hear in the mainland.

Supportive Tour Guides
A Taiwanese tour guide asked for the latest informational materials about the facts of Falun Dafa from a practitioner, and said, “Give me some more copies, and I will pass them out!”
Another guide announced to his team members, “Let's gather at the Falun Dafa area after watching the changing of the guards’ ceremony. Anyone who wants to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations should see me about this!” A practitioner thanked the tour guide for his help in telling Chinese tourists about Dafa and the persecution.
Tourists Eager to Learn the Facts
A practitioner introduced Falun Dafa over a microphone. Two tourists from Liaoning Province left other groups and moved closer to the practitioner to hear first-hand the Dafa facts. When the practitioner walked up to them, one of them said in a low voice: “I'll start to practice after I get back home.” The other one nodded his head in agreement. The practitioner helped them quit the CCP.
Two young men asked a practitioner, “Do you have that Dafa book you all read? I want to read it! I've been meeting with your practitioners during this trip, what you say is different from what we heard from the media in the mainland. Therefore, I'm eager to get ahold of the book to take a look!” The practitioner gave him the book Zhuan Falun. The young men thanked the practitioner and promised to read it.
Two tourists from Changchun, Jilin Province, approached a practitioner and asked, “Is Falun Dafa practiced by people in many countries?” They also said, "We know Falun Dafa is the best, and almost everyone in Changchun is familiar with it."
A middle-aged man on a 10-day self-guided tour around Taiwan Island said that he had noticed that Taiwan has preserved Chinese traditional culture. He said that people on the mainland visit temples without respecting the divine, they only want to gain benefits, so he was looking for other Western religious books to seek a belief that would satisfy his needs.
The practitioner explained to him that Falun Dafa is a cultivation practice. Despite the CCP's genocidal treatment, practitioners on the mainland continue to steadfastly practice their faith. They have walked through 18 years of an unprecedented persecution without any resentment and regret. Does this not demonstrate Falun Dafa's magnificence? The man thought for a while and then bought the book Zhuan Falun.
