1. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Guifang Detained

Ms. Yu Guifang of Lijiaweizi Village, Bajilei Town was arrested by local police on the afternoon of July 11, 2017. She was taken to the Nongan County Detention Center. Her Falun Gong books were confiscated.

2. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Shen Bin Tried

Mr. Shen Bin was arrested on October 22, 2016. He was taken to the Supervision Center, Deyang City Police Department. He was tried in Shifang City Court on the afternoon of July 17, 2017.

3. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cui Xiying Arrested

Ms. Cui Xiying of Yanzhou District was arrested for telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong by officers from the Jinan Police Office, Jinan Railroad Police Department in early July, 2017.

4. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yu Hongzhou Case Transferred to Procuratorate

Mr. Yu Hongzhou was arrested by officers from the Jinqiao Police Station, Yantai Development Zone. His case was moved to the Yantai Development Zone Procuratorate on June 14, 2017. Mr. Yu is held at Yantai No. 2 Detention Center.

5. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Shanying and Ms. You Jifen Detained

Ms. Du Shanying, 69, and Ms. You Jifen, 68, were arrested by officers from the Jaoxi Police Station on July 13, 2017 for telling shoppers in the open market in Zhu Village, Jiaoxi Town, about the persecution of Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked by the officers. She was placed in criminal detention.

Ms. Sun Donggui of Fangmao Village, Hengshanqiao Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City was arrested by agents from the Tianning District 610 Office on July 13, 2017 for distributing Falun Gong fliers. Her home was ransacked.

7. [Leihe City, Henan Province] Ms. Hao Ailian Detained

Ms. Hao Ailian of Xiezhuang Village, Wanggang Town, Linying County was arrested by officers from the Wanggang Town Police Station for telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was held at the Linying County Detention Center for a week, and then transferred to Luohe City Detention Center.

8. [Huarong County, Hunan Province] Mr. Min Xinzhi Detained

Mr. Min Xinzhi was arrested on July 16, 2017. He was held for 10 days at the Huarong County Detention Center.

Ms. Zeng Guilian from Jiedong Coal Mine, Suxian District was arrested for telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong in the Wulipai Township Open Market. Wulipai Town Joined Security staff took her to the Wulipai Township Police Station. She was detained for 15 days, and family visits were denied.

11. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Yanqiu in Coma

Ms. Wang Yanqiu was imprisoned in Liaoning Province Women's Prison in 2014. She was tortured. She fell into a coma on June 25, 2017 and was admitted to the Shenyang 739 Hospital emergency room. She was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage and was transferred to the ICU after the surgery. Ms. Wang is still in a coma.
