(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners from the Dallas Metro area participated in the 32nd Independence Day Parade in Plano, Texas on July 4. Being the only Chinese group in the parade, their decorated float, colorful banners and exercise demonstration was a highlight of the parade.

Located in north Texas, Plano has the highest ratio of Asian residents in Texas and the area has also enjoyed a surge in economic development in recent years.

About 40 groups from diverse ethnic backgrounds participated in the parade. A Chinese family from China said they watched the parade every year and were happy to see Falun Gong each time.
