(Minghui.org) My name is Mr. Li, and I am the Communist Party secretary of the village I live in. I used to believe the propaganda about Falun Dafa and I hated the practice. However, because practitioners in my village repeatedly clarified the truth to me, I now understand how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been slandering Falun Dafa.
Blessed by Believing in Falun Dafa
I read a lot of Falun Dafa informational materials and learned that it is a cultivation path within the Buddha school, and I realized that Jiang Zemin, the former head of the CCP persecutes Falun Dafa out of sheer jealousy. I was shocked by the details of the persecution because the Chinese constitution clearly states that citizens have freedom of belief. I believe that Falun Dafa is good and I withdrew from the CCP and its youth organizations.
Since then, my family has become harmonious. We also had a good harvest, and our income went up.
I opened up a restaurant in the city. My parents and wife manage the restaurant. We hired several employees and have a prosperous business.
Falun Dafa Gave My Father a Second Life
My father was clearing the table after the restaurant closed one night this past May. He fainted without warning. I rushed to the restaurant on a motorcycle. He was still unconscious.
We brought him to the hospital by ambulance. The emergency doctors treated him, but he did not respond. We were told that he would not live long. He was discharged from the hospital 12 days later although he was still unconscious.
Everyone in the family was sad. I then remembered to repeat “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” When practitioners had clarified the truth to me, they suggested I repeat the phrases if I ever had an emergency. I asked many family members to recite the two phrases. We hoped that Master Li (the founder of Falun Dafa) would save my father and continued saying the words for two days.
Then my father opened his eyes. In tears, he said “Cheer up please, I am ok. I will not die.” Father finally spoke! Everyone was surprised and gathered around him.
“I saw two men in black who tied me up with chains,” he said slowly. “They beat me with a bullwhip and forced me to walk quicker. It seemed that they were driving me to hell. I did not want to go. They kicked and beat me. There was a huge black hole in front of me, and they were dragging me into it. Then I saw brightness. There was a person in front of me who waved away the two men in black. His huge hands were shining. Then I woke up...”
I knew that Master Li had saved my father and that he was given a second life. My whole family was so thankful to Master Li!
My father's story quickly spread around the village. I told everybody I knew that Falun Dafa had saved my father. Gratitude to Master and Falun Dafa filled my entire heart.
I hope all people will learn the truth about Falun Dafa and remember the words “Falun Dafa is good.” I hope all CCP members will withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations and gain happiness and good futures for themselves.
