One of the officers grabbed the older practitioner by the neck and dragged her into a police vehicle. They also confiscated about 20 Falun Dafa calendars, paper currency with messages about the persecution of Falun Dafa printed on it, and DVDs.
Both women were first taken to the police station before being transferred to the Changtu County Police Department and interrogated. The police then went to both women's homes and ransacked them. They took Falun Dafa books and informational materials about the persecution.
The older practitioner was released around 10:00 p.m., while Ms. Sui was taken to the Dashi Township Police Station for detention.
Ms. Sui was taken back to the Changtu County Police Department the next morning. The other practitioner was also brought back to the police department and informed she needed write she was a “Falun Dafa practitioner” on the arrest warrant. She refused to cooperate and was released in the afternoon.
