1. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Arrested and Ms. Cui Harassed

Ms. Gao Guoxiang was arrested at home by Zhang Xiujing and officers from the Lingcheng District Domestic Security Division on August 15, 2016. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books, a DVD player, and other personal belongings. She was taken to the Lingcheng District Police Department, interrogated, and released in the afternoon.

Police ransacked Ms. Cui Yuying's home on the same day, and confiscated Falun Gong books, 100 yuan in cash, and other personal belongings. They attempted to arrest Ms. Cui but were stopped by her family.

2. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Qi Xiaoyan Sentenced

Ms. Qi Xiaoyan was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison by the Lingyuan Court.

3. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Gong Xiuying Sentenced

Ms. Gong Xiuying, in her seventies, was recently sentenced to a four year prison term. She had been given forced labor and a five year prison term in the past.

4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Qiubing Arrested

Mr. Li Qiubing was arrested at home and had his home ransacked on August 26, 2016. The police confiscated a computer, a printer, approximately 6,000 yuan in currency bills with information about the persecution of Falun Gong written on them, many Falun Gong books, and other personal belongings.

5. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Leng Shufang Arrested

Ms. Leng Shufang was arrested and taken to Chengguan Police Station on August 25, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home and confiscated many Falun Gong books. She was released that afternoon.

6. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Yingtong Diagnosed With Cerebral Hemorrhage in Prison

Ms. Zhang Yingtong, who is incarcerated in the Jidong Prison in Tangshan City, had a cerebral hemorrhage and is in a coma. She was taken to the Xiehe Hospital. The prison authorities informed her family that she could be released on medical parole.

7. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Sufen Detained

Ms. Du Sufen was arrested by officers from the Gaoxin District Domestic Security Division on August 26, 2016. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books. She is being held in the Weifang City Detention Center.

8. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Song Yinben and Ms. Jiang Ping Detained

Mr. Song Yinben was arrested by officers from the local Domestic Security Division on August 24, 2016. He was detained for five days.

Ms. Jiang Ping was arrested and taken to the Gongpeng Town Police Station on August 26, 2016, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to the Yushu City Detention Center the next day.

9. [Jingning City, Gansu Province] Ms. Si Cunzhu Arrested

Ms. Si Cunzhu was arrested and her home was ransacked on August 25, 2016.

10. [Chongqing] Ms. Fei Xiqiong Arrested

Ms. Fei Xiqiong was arrested on August 27, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

11. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Fenglin Detained

Mr. Liu Fenglin was arrested on August 23, 2016, and taken to the Weichang Detention Center. He was given a 15 day detention.

12. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhang Changying Detained

Ms. Zhang Changying was arrested at the Jingzhou Railway Station by seven officers from Huaihua on August 26, 2016. The police confiscated her keys and ransacked her home. They confiscated 45 Falun Gong books. She was held in the Jingzhou Detention Center for 24 hours.

13. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Bi Xiushu Detained

Ms. Bi Xiushu was arrested and taken to the Nan Street Police Station on August 23, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is being held in the Fushan Detention Center.

14. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Ms. Yang Yanyue's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Yang Yanyue, in her seventies, was arrested at home on August 25, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. The police ransacked her home. Her whereabouts are unknown.

15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhou Ailin and Ms. Shi Qing Held in Brainwashing Center

Ms. Shi Qing was arrested at her workplace on May 31, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was detained for 15 days and then transferred to the Etouwan Brainwashing Center in Qiaokou District.

Ms. Zhou Ailin was arrested at her workplace and taken to the Etouwan Brainwashing Center on June 13, 2016.

16. [Huadian County, Jilin Province] Mr. Wu Zhongtang Arrested

Mr. Wu Zhongtang, in his seventies, was arrested and taken to the local police station on August 16, 2016, for using paper currency with information about the persecution of Falun Gong written on the bills. The police confiscated approximately 20,000 yuan. He was interrogated on August 23, and his arrest was approved on August 24.

17. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Song Qiangde's Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Song Qiangde, 58, was arrested in March 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was held in the Yaojia Detention Center and his arrest was approved. His whereabouts are unknown.

18. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Jingbo Detained

Ms. Xu Jingbo was arrested by officers from the Yingxiong Police Station on January 31, 2016, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated a cell phone and 20 brochures. She is being held in the Siping City Detention Center.

19. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Qiubing Arrested

Mr. Li Qiubing was arrested at home on August 26, 2016. The police ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a printer, Falun Gong books, and approximately 7,000 yuan in cash.

20. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Ms. Yang Yanyue Arrested

Ms. Yang Yanyue, 73, was arrested at home by officers from the Jiaonan Police Station on August 25, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin. She is being held in the Jiaozuo Detention Center.

Prior to this arrest, she was arrested and sentenced to prison three times, with the longest prison term being eight years.

21. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Shizhen Arrested

Ms. Yang Shizhen was arrested at home by the village cadre and four police officers on August 25, 2016. The police confiscated Falun Gong books and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her family was harassed by the police later that day.

22. [Qingzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gu Liangling Detained

Ms. Gu Liangling was arrested and her home ransacked by officers from the Qingzhou City Domestic Security Division on August 8, 2016. She is being held in the Weifang Detention Center.

23. [Yuzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Wang Huimin Detained

Ms. Wang Huimin was arrested by officers from the Wuliang Police Station on August 24, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin. She is being held in the Yuzhou Detention Center.

24. [Huaiyang County, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Heping Persecuted to Death

Mr. Wang Heping passed away on August 14, 2016, at the age of 56.

He was repeatedly arrested, detained, given forced-labor, and imprisoned. He was tortured with various methods, including being tied to a tiger bench and handcuffed behind his back. He became emaciated.

25. [Diaobingshan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Xinji Detained

Mr. Li Xinji was arrested by officers from the Daming Police Station on August 24, 2016, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked his home. He is being held in the Diaobingshan Detention Center.

26. [Changyi City, Shandong Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Two elderly practitioners were arrested by plainclothes officers from the Shibu Town Police Station on April 27, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong and distributing informational materials. The police ransacked their homes.

Ms. Ma Shaoting, 70, has been arrested and had her home ransacked several times by officers from the Shibu Police Station between May and July 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated Falun Gong books and ten brochures about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Zhu Xilan and Ms. Wang Xiurong were arrested by officers from the Shibu Police Station on August 8, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong and distributing informational materials. The police ransacked their homes.

All five practitioners were released later that day.

They were taken to the Beipiao City Police Department and then to the Beipiao City Detention Center. Officers from the Beipiao City Domestic Security Division ransacked their homes.

Ms. Zhang Shufang and Ms. Bai Shuyan were arrested by officers from the Shengtaicheng Police Department on August 24, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Bai's home was ransacked by officers from the Qiulaobao Police Station. They confiscated computers, Falun Gong books, and informational DVDs.

Ms. Zhang and Ms. Bai were taken to the Caofeidian District Detention Center and given a 15-day detention.

The police confirmed his identity from his senior bus card. They attempted to take him to a brainwashing center. Mr. Yao refused to cooperate and was allowed to return home.
