(Minghui.org) Many Chinese people visit other countries during the Chinese New Year holidays, and the Eiffel Tower in Paris is one their must-see destinations in Europe.
Hundreds of Chinese tourists visit the tower every day. On February 20, when over 2000 of them visited the site, Falun Gong practitioners were there to let them know the facts about Falun Gong and the brutal persecution of the practice going on in China.
They also advised the Chinese tourists to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations for a safe future. Many took their advice and quit.
A young couple did not want to hear what one volunteer had to say about withdrawing from the CCP and told him to stay away. But the young boy in front of them said to the volunteer, “Help me quit.” The volunteer asked, “Are you in school?” “Yes. I joined the Young Pioneers. Help me quit.” “OK. Let me give you a pseudonym.”
The boy did not like the names the volunteers proposed and said, “You can use Daoyuan for me.” “Good. I'll help you quit the Young Pioneers using that name.”
He then boarded the tour bus with his parents.
A little while later, he got off the bus and went over to the volunteer. He took a copy of Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and a newspaper describing the persecution of Falun Gong in China before re-boarding the coach.
A volunteer spoke with a couple, who both quickly agreed to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Their young son walking behind said, “I am a member of the Young Pioneers. Help me quit, too.” The volunteer responded, “Good boy. Let me give you a pseudonym and help you quit the Young Pioneers. Be true to yourself and have a safe future.” The boy nodded and smiled.
