(Minghui.org) I learned about the persecution of Falun Dafa in 2007 from a practitioner. I realized that the “Self Immolation” was staged. I accepted a Dafa amulet and also quit the Chinese Communist Party and its related organizations.
I have to admit that I was not completely convinced about the power of Falun Dafa. Since my mother had poor health and could not walk because of all sorts of illnesses, I gave her the Dafa amulet and asked her to say repeatedly “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good”.
She agreed and began chanting the phrases right away, and she felt good soon and began walking around. It was a miracle!
My notions began to change: I realized that gods and Buddhas do exist! I also repeated the phrases sincerely whenever I had time. I requested more amulets for my family. We all benefited: my headache was gone. I no longer catch colds or the flu easily. My daughter grew more mature and her grades improved. My husband kicked his bad habits and began helping others in need.
The most recent encounter happened in December of 2014. My cousin's child sustained a burn. On the way to the hospital, they had a motor vehicle accident. The child was in a coma for three days, and the prognosis was not good. The neurologist was concerned that he might be paralyzed for the rest of his life. His family was devastated.
I took off my Dafa amulet and put it on the child. I told the family to sincerely repeat the phrases. Three minutes later, the child began to move. “He is awake! He is awake!” The child started crying, and so did his parents. The entire family witnessed the wonder of Dafa. They were deeply grateful.
I have begun practicing Falun Dafa myself. I want to be like those Dafa practitioners who helped me, and help as many people as possible.
