1. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Meng Fanquan Sentenced

Mr. Meng Fanquan was arrested on his way to work on March 13, 2014. The Lubei Procuratorate approved the arrest on April 18, 2014. Mr. Meng was put on trial on March 9, 2015. He was sentenced to seven years in prison in 2006.

2. [Tianjin] Seven Practitioners Arrested

Seven practitioners were arrested on March 2, 2015. One of them, Ms. Song Huichan, was arrested at her parents' home by 24 officers from the Tanggu Domestic Security Division. The police confiscated her cell phone, computer, and keys. Next, they went to her son's home and confiscated his computer. Ms. Song's whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] One Arrested and One Detained

Two elderly practitioners were arrested in Nongan County by officers from the Shaoguo Police Station on February 28, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Ma Guoyun is being held at the No. 3 Detention Center.

4. [Daxinganling Prefecture, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Li Yushu Holding Hunger Strike

Mr. Li Yushu has been on a hunger strike against the persecution while being held at the Amur Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Guirong was sentenced to a three-year prison term on February 16, 2015, for practicing Falun Gong.

6. [Tianjin] Ms. Pei Yi Harassed

Ms. Pei Yi's family was harassed by officers from the Liqizhuang Police Station in Xiqing District on March 3, 2015, after she went to the U.S. The police demanded to know her whereabouts. They are now monitoring her home.

7. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhao Yuehua Arrested

Ms. Zhao Yuehua was arrested at home and taken to the Hexi Detention Center by six or seven officers from the Donghaijie Police Station and Residential Committee Community on March 2, 2015. The police ransacked her home and confiscated two printers, two computers, a recorder, and paper bills with Falun Gong messages on them.

8. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yan Qiongfang Arrested

Ms. Yan Qiongfang, in her 50s, was arrested at home on the afternoon of February 18, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home and confiscated informational materials, banners, stamps, and stickers. She was taken to the Yongxing Detention Center in Suining City.

9. [Chongqing] Eight Practitioners Detained

The 12^th Ward's function in the Yongchuan Prison in Chongqing is to “transform” practitioners. Approximately eight practitioners are currently held there, including Mr. Peng Shigui, Mr. Liu Daoquan, and Mr. Hao Jingmin. Mr. Peng and Mr. Liu were recently taken to the Ward. Mr. Hao, who is not from Chongqin, was arrested at a troop unit located in Chongqing.

10. [Tianjin] Mr. Yang Hong and Ms. Jiang Yahui Arrested

Mr. Yang Hong and Ms. Jiang Yahui were arrested and taken to the Huayuanxincheng Police Station in Nankai District, Tianjin on March 1, 2015. They were later transferred to the Nankai District Detention Center.

11. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Lian Arrested

Ms. Yu Lian was arrested on March 3, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

12. [Beipiao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jian Guixuan and Ms. Li Qingmei Arrested

Ms. Jiao Guixuan and Ms. Liu Qingmei were arrested at Ms. Jiao's home by six or seven officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Beipiao City Police Department and Wujianfang Town Police Station on the morning of March 4, 2015. The police ransacked Ms. Jiao's home and confiscated Falun Gong books, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, stamps, and couplets. Ms. Jiao and Ms. Liu were taken to the Wujianfang Town Police Station.

Ms. Lu Yue, in her 50s, was arrested on the train to Beijing on March 2, 2015. She was taken back to her home in Xinlongwan Village by 24 officers from the Datong Police Department in Shanxi Province, Chaiguobao Railway Station, and Chaiguobao Town in Huaian Town. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a lot of her personal items. She was taken to Datong City around 4 a.m. and is being held there.

14. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Qi Enxiang Detained

Ms. Qi Enxiang, sentenced to a three-year prison term on January 13, 2014, is being held at the 8^th Ward of the Changchun Women's Prison.

15. [Tianjin] Ms. Fu Shaojuan Arrested

Ms. Fu Shaojuan was arrested at home by officers from the Dayingmen Police Station in Hexi District on the morning of March 2, 2015.

16. [Chongqing] Three Practitioners Harassed

Mr. Xu Keqin and his wife Ms. Dai Xianming were harassed at home by officers including Zhong Kun from the Yongqing Village Comprehensive Management Office on the afternoon of March 2, 2015. Ms. Lu Jing was also harassed at home by local officers.
