According to this report, 6 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 47 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

1. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Mr. Zeng Hongyuan Arrested

Mr. Zeng Hongyuan was arrested by officers from the Hongjiang District 610 Office, Domestic Security Division, and the Xinjie Police Station on October 20, 2015. The police confiscated all Falun Gong books, three computers, a printer, a TV set, a cell phone, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

2. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhang Hao Arrested

Mr. Zhang Hao was arrested on October 22, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. The police confiscated computers and printers from his home.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tong Liyan Detained

Ms. Tong Liyan was arrested by officers from the Shenyang City Domestic Security Division and Yuhong Police Station on October 22, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the Chinese dictator. The police ransacked her home. She is detained.

4. [Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Ling Arrested

Ms. Sun Ling was arrested on October 25, 2015.

5. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Yanqin Arrested

Ms. Jiang Yanqin was arrested on October 21, 2015.

6. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yu Jianmin Arrested

Mr. Yu Jianmin was arrested by plainclothes officers on October 26, 2015, for distributing table calendars with information about the persecution of Falun Gong.

7. [Xinjian County, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Tian Haiying and Ms. Tan Meili Persecuted

Ms. Tian Haiying was subject to severe persecution at the No. 5 Division of Xinjian County Women’s Prison including being hung-up, beaten, forced-fed with toilet water, and deprived of sleep.

Ms. Tan Meili was subject to severe persecution at the No. 7 Division of Xinjian County Women’s Prison including not being allowed to talk with other people, deprived of sleep and bathing, and standing for long periods of time.

8. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Huang Jimei and her husband Mr. Wang Yuhua were arrested by officers from Dongliang Police Station on October 21, 2015. The police confiscated computers, printers, and recorders. Mr. Wang was released that evening and Ms. Huang is detained at Xindi Detention Center.

Mr. Zhang Shigui was arrested by officers from Chengnan Police Station on October 22.

9. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Zhou Xiuzhen is detained at the No. 9 Ward of Hebei Province Women’s Prison. In addition, Ms. Bian Xiaohui is detained at No. 14 Ward and Ms. Chen Yinghua at No. 13 Ward.

10. [Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Li Qi Detained

Mr. Li Qi was arrested on October 19, 2015, for going to the local police department to talk to officers about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was detained for ten days.

11. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sui Xuefeng Detained

Mr. Sui Xuefeng was arrested and taken to Binhai Detention Center on October 21, 2015. He was detained for 15 days.

12. [Dayi County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ju Xiuzhen Arrested

Ms. Ju Xiuzhen was arrested at home by officers from the Dayi County Police Department and the Caichang Town Police Station on September 7, 2015. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to that police station for interrogation and released that afternoon.

13. [Changyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tan Pingyun Persecuted to Death

Ms. Tan Pingyun, while detained at Wangcun No. 2 Women’s Forced Labor Camp in Zibo, was tortured to death at the age of 59 in 2005.

14. [Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Mr. Wang Shulin and his wife Ms. Zhai Fengjing were arrested at home by officers from the Zhaoyuan County Domestic Security Division on October 22, 2015. Ms. Wang Cuiyun was also arrested at home the next morning. The three practitioners are detained at Zhaoyuan County Detention Center.

15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Liu Zhihua Detained

Mr. Liu Zhihua, 70, was arrested and taken to Yangyuan Brainwashing Center on October 20, 2015, for distributing informational DVDs about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was later taken to and detained at Qingling Detention Center.

16. [Hongjiang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Zeng Chunmei Arrested

Ms. Zeng Chunmei was arrested at home and taken to a detention center on October 21, 2015. The police confiscated all Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

17. [Gulang County, Gansu Province] Ms. Meng Qiuling Arrested

Ms. Meng Qiuling was recently arrested.

18. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Fan Xinghua, Mr. Du Junhai, Mr. Xue Fugui were arrested on October 15, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. They are all detained at Taiyuan Detention Center.

19. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Zhonghua and Mr. Liu Wei Detained

Mr. Zhang Zhonghua and Mr. Liu Wei were arrested by officers from the Xidajie Police Station in Zhifu District on October 22, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. They were detained at Nanjiao Detention Center for five days.

20. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Mutuan and Mr. Wang Jianbo Arrested

Mr. Liu Mutuan was arrested by local officers on October 23, 2015. The police ransacked his home.

Mr. Wang Jianbo, 75, was arrested on October 20, 2015.

21. [Zaoyang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xie Shuqin and Her Uncle Arrested

Ms. Xie Shuqin, 51, and her uncle were arrested by officers, including Li Yongcheng from Xinshi Town Police Station on October 26, 2015. They were taken to Xiangyang City.

Mr. Hu and Ms. Luo Xianglan were arrested on October 20 and October 23, 2015, respectively.

25. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Diao Chunfeng, Ms. Zhao Guoying, and Ms. Wang Fengling were arrested on October 26, 2015.

26. [Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Shufan and Ms. Li Rongtang Detained

Ms. Wang Shufan and Mr. Li Rongtang, both in their 60s, were arrested by officers from the Xiangyangchuan Town Police Station on October 26, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are all detained at Fujin City Detention Center.

Mr. Ye Changhai, 78, was arrested by Fan Liping, director of the Honghu City Police Department, on October 15, 2015, after he distributed informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. He is detained at Maojiang Police Station.

Ms. Wen Guicai and Ms. Zhang Caiping were arrested by officers from the Shenhou Town Police Station, ordered by Yuzhou City Political and Legal Affairs Committee and 610 Office, on October 24, 2015. The police ransacked their homes.

They were taken to the Yuzhou City Detention Center. Ms. Wen was detained for 15 days, and Ms. Zhang 10 days.
