Additional Persecution News from China – January 10, 2011 (8 Reports)

(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 8 cities or counties in 7 provinces. In this report, 5 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 4 practitioners wereillegally arrested .

1. [Inner Mongolia] Ms. Wu Guohui Severely Persecuted in the Hohhot Women's Prison

1. [Inner Mongolia] Ms. Wu Guohui Severely Persecuted in the Hohhot Women's Prison

Ms. Wu Guohui from Balinzuo Flag is being detained in the Hohhot Women's Prison. As a result of persecution, she has mild anemia and severe heart disease. She also has difficulty walking. When her family went to visit her, she could only walk with two prisoners' support.

2. [Anshan, Liaoning Province] Mr. Dai Guangzhen Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Mr. Dai Guangzhen was reported to police while he was distributing Falun Gong practitioners on September 1, 2011. Afterwards, officers from the Tiedong Domestic Security Team, the Jiefanglu Police Station and the Tiedong 610 Office took him away and ransacked his home. Mr. Dai was taken to the Anshan First Detention Center. Later on, he was secretly sentenced to three years in prison. On December 29, 2011, Mr. Dai was sent to the Liaoning Provincial Forced Labor Camp.

3. [Fugou County, Henan Province] Ms. Wu Aiying and Ms. Wang Chunling Arrested

Ms. Wu Aiying and Ms. Wang Chunling from Jiuyuan Town, Fugou County were arrested by local plainclothes police while they were talking to people about Falun Gong and distributing Falun Gong informational materials in Jiuyuan Town on January 5, 2012. Now they are being detained in the Fugou Detention Center.

4. [Beijing] Ms. Jia Cuihuan Sentenced to Two and a Half Years in Forced Labor Camp

On the night of November 17, 2011, Ms. Jia Cuihuan from Nanhua Market, Huairou District, Beijing was taken away from her home by officers from the Huairou Police Department, the Huairou 610 Office and the Miaocheng Police Station. She was detained in the Nihe Detention Center in Shunyi for almost 40 days. On December 26, 2011, Ms. Jia was taken to the Beijing Women's Forced Labor Camp for two and a half years.

5. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Shuhua Arrested

Ms. Wang Shuhua works in the Changchun Auto Factory. On January 9, 2012, she was taken away from her home by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Auto Factory Police Department.

6. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Guo Yulan Brutally Persecuted in a Detention Center

Ms. Guo Yulan, about 56 years old, lives in Xiangfang District, Harbin. On the morning of December 31, 21011, officers from the Hongqidajie Police Station used a universal key to open the door to Ms. Guo Yulan and took her away. They also took away Master Li's pictures, a laptop, a color printer, 20,000 yuan cash, etc. On the morning of January 1, 2012, Ms. Guo was taken to the First Detention Center. Now her blood pressure is 240 and she is on the verge of death.

7. [Yishui, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Xingping Arrested

Ms. Guo Xingping was arrested while she was talking to people about Falun Gong on December 19, 2011. She is being detained in the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp.

8. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Ms. Peng Yan Sent to Forced Labor Camp Again

Ms. Peng Yan had been detained in the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center in Wuchang for more than six months. Because she refused to give up her belief, she was sent to the Wuhan Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term, by the Wuhan 610 Office.
