(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 15 cities or counties across 10 provinces. In this report, 27 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 12 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yan Arrested
On December 25, 2010, Ms. Liu Yan was arrested by officers from the Huantai County Domestic Security Division and was transferred to the county procurator.

2. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Qilong Sentenced to Four and a Half Years in Prison
Mr. Liu Qilong, from Lingzi Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City, was sentenced to four and a half years in prison on October 22, 2010. He is now being held at Shandong Province First Prison. He was previously held at the Zhoucun Detention Center for almost a year. Police officers Chen Yan and Niu Qifeng refuse to allow his parents to visit.

3. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Huang Meiling Arrested
On February 24, 2011, Ms. Huang Meiling from Wuyin Community, Minyi Street, Qiaokou District, was arrested at the World Trade Plaza, Hankou. She is being held at the Etouwan Brainwashing Center, Qiaokou District.
4. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yu Xi Arrested
On November 1, 2010, Ms. Yu Xi was arrested in Guangzhou and was taken to the Guangdong Province Legal Institute. On January 28, 2011, she escaped with righteous thoughts.
5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Xiuyuan Missing
Ms. Yang Xiuyuan from Changchun went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong from 2000 to 2001 and has not been seen since.
6. [Suining County, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Dai Jikui Arrested
On the afternoon of February 21, 2011, about a dozen officers from the Suining County Police Department, 610 Office, Domestic Security Division, and Putang Police Station in Weiji Town, arrested Mr. Dai Jikui and detained him at the Suining County Police Department.
7. [Yuxi City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Pan Shenghua Arrested
On February 17, 2011, Ms. Pan Shenghua, in her seventies, was arrested and taken to Yuxing Road Police Station, Hongta District, Yuxi City. She was interrogated for over three hours. At 11:00 a.m., she was taken home by police officers, who later ransacked her home.
Ms. Pan is a former physician of Yuxi City Third Hospital. This is the eighth time that she has been arrested. The first time she clarified the truth in Kunming City in 2001, officers from Jinxing District Police Station arrested her. The other seven times she was arrested by officers from Yuxi City Police Department.
8. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Additional Information on Ms. Wang Qingmei
Ms. Wang Qingmei's home was ransacked in Jinan City. Ms. Yi Chunjie was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. She is now being held at the Jiangshuiquan Labor Camp.
9. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Xiaofeng Sentenced to Fifteen Months of Forced Labor
On January 17, 2011, Ms. Sun Xiaofeng, a practitioner from Weifang City, was arrested by officers from the Kuiwen Domestic Security Division. She was later taken to the Weifang City Detention Center. She was recently sentenced to fifteen months of forced labor and was taken to the Wangcun Women's Labor Camp in Zibo City.
10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Gang, in Her Seventies, Missing Before Chinese New Year
11. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Gao Ke Arrested and Detained
On February 20, 2011, Mr. Gao Ke from Harbin City was arrested by officers from Nanma Police Station in Harbin. He is now being detained at the Daowai Detention Center. Nanma Police Station and 610 Office agents ransacked his home and detained him for fifteen days.
12. [Liangshan Prefecture in Yi Autonomous Region, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tan Fang Again Held at Huili Detention Center
On the afternoon of November 8, 2010, Ms. Tan Fang from the Cement Factory in Yimen, Huili County, was arrested for clarifying the truth. She is being held at the Huili Detention Center.

13. [Hebei Province] Ms. Xi Shujun Held One Month Past Her Release Date
Ms. Xi Shujun, 50, is an associate professor at the Institute of Education Science in Hebei Province Normal University. On December 23, 2010, while at work, she was arrested by the Xinhua District Domestic Security Division of Shijiazhuang City. She is still being held at the Shijiazhuang City Second Detention Center, one month past her release date.

14. [Hubei Province] Ms. Chen Man's Family Not Allowed to Visit
For a long time, Ms. Chen Man's family was not allowed to visit her at Wuhan City Women's Prison. Her bank account was frozen and her family was not allowed to deposit money into her account.
15. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ding Hongfang and Four Others Arrested
Ms. Ding Hongfang, Ms. Jiang Meihong, Ms. Zhang Meiyu, Mr. Zhao Shuhuan, and Ms. Wang Cuifang from Laixi City are still detained at the Dashan Detention Center of Qingdao City.
16. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zou Jinying Arrested
On February 18, 2011, Ms. Zou Jinying from Baiyun District, Guiyang City was arrested by officers from Dalu Township Police Station in Daozhen County. She is being held at the Daozhen County Detention Center.
17. [Beijing] Mr. Zhang Hongwei Arrested by Officers from Xiaoying Police Station, His Whereabouts Unknown
Mr. Zhang Hongwei from Beixiaoying Center Elementary School was arrested at home by officers from Beixiaoying Police Station on February 16, 2011. His current whereabouts are unknown.
18. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Shuzhen, Ms. Meng Zhaoqin, and Ms. Liang Xiuqin Receive Long Prison Terms
On May 10, 2010, officers from the Nahe City 610 Office and Lahabao Street stormed into Ms. Liu Shuzhen's home at Laha Township and arrested her. Ms. Liu Shuzhen, Ms. Meng Zhaoqin, and Ms. Liang Xiuqin were sentenced to long prison terms by the Nahe City Court. Ms. Liu and Ms. Meng were each sentenced to five years in prison, while Ms. Liang was sentenced to four years in prison. On February 18, 2011, they were transferred to Harbin City Women's Prison.

21. [Hebei Province] Recent Additional Cases of Persecution in Dingzhou City
At around 6:00 a.m. on September 10, 2010, the director of the Liuzao Town Police Station stormed into Mr. Sun Ruixi's home in Baijazhuang Village and took away a computer, a color TV, and other valuables. Mr. Sun escaped.
On January 31, 2011, Ms. Ma Shengqin from East Street, Qingfengdian Town, was arrested and taken to Chengbei Detention Center, Dingzhou City.
Ms. Zhang Jie from Dashitou Village, Zhaocun Town was arrested and taken to Chengbei Detention Center, Dingzhou City.
22. [Heilongjiang Province] “Closely Monitored” Division Formed in Jiamusi Prison to Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners
The “Closely Monitored” Division was recently formed in Jiamusi Prison to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. From February 21-23, 2011, seventeen practitioners were taken to the Closely Monitored Division, including Mr. Wang Lansheng from Jixi City, Mr. Fan Qiang from Baoquanling City, Mr. Fu Yu from Jiamusi, Mr. Shang Xiping from Huanan County, Mr. Liu Junhua from Jiamusi, Mr. Chen Dong from Jiansanjiang, Fujin City, and Mr. Liu Zhenchang from Hegang City.
