(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, while sharing with fellow practitioners about sending righteous thoughts, I learned that the practitioners seldom use the formula “Immediate Retribution in This Lifetime,” saying that it was not compassionate enough.

I think that such an opinion shows a lack of a clear understanding of the Fa principles. The two formulas were bestowed on practitioners by Teacher. Therefore, they must contain profound meaning and enormous compassion. Since we are here to cultivate ourselves and to help Teacher rectify the Fa, we should do whatever Teacher asks us to do, we cannot pick and choose. If we fail to understand the Fa principles at one stage we must acknowledge that it is a problem in our own cultivation. At that time, we must study the Fa and cultivate our xinxing more diligently to deepen our understanding of the Fa, and try our best to meet Teacher's requirements.

Secondly, Teacher said,

“Another purpose of Gods' passing on this aspect of culture to human beings was to let humans see the magnificence of Gods, and believe in goodness and evil receiving their due--evildoers will receive retribution, good people will receive blessings, and cultivators will go up to Heaven.” (“Teaching the Fa at the Discussion on Creating Fine Art”)

Goodness and evil receiving their due is a principle of heaven. If those meant to receive retribution are not punished it is the same as conspiring with the evildoers to unscrupulously persecute Dafa and Dafa practitioners.

Let us review the Fa taught in “Beyond the Limits of Forbearance” from Essentials for Further Advancement II

“Forbearance is absolutely not the limitless giving of free rein, which allows those evil beings who no longer have any human nature or righteous thoughts to do evil without limit. With Forbearance, one can give up everything for Truth. But Forbearance does not mean tolerating evil beings—that no longer have human nature or righteous thoughts—defying both human and divine laws as they corrupt sentient beings and Dafa’s existence at different levels, much less is it ignoring terrible crimes. ”

By persecuting practitioners the evildoers are actually persecuting sentient beings. The evil forces will make sentient beings confused so that they will not see Dafa or practitioners in a positive light, and will therefore lose the opportunity to be saved. Isn't it equivalent to killing and arson?

The Buddha Fa is both compassionate and dignified. At my current level, I enlightened that the dignity of the Buddha Fa is also a manifestation of compassion. To punish evil is promoting compassion, safeguarding the truth of the universe, and defending the righteous factor of compassion. The Buddha Fa, therefore, will let the evildoers be punished. This is actually being compassionate to them as it helps those who still have compassion to awaken after being punished and review their own behavior, and it provides them with the opportunity to reposition themselves. Such compassion also lets those who are guilty of monstrous crimes become extinct in both body and soul. We simply cannot leave them to pollute the universe or poison more sentient beings.

Teacher said,

“In reality, the entire world has been divided up with a piece apportioned to each Dafa disciple. This is reflected in how things are on Earth, and the people in this world correspond to the cosmos.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2009 Washington DC International Fa Conference”)

The Fa rectification is nearing the end. Are we taking pity on the evildoers, and thus allowing the persecution to continue and sentient beings to remain poisoned?

Teacher said,

“I can be merciful to sentient beings, but, when a being has really violated something to that extent, the Fa is there to judge him, and any further mercy would be excessive, it would be the same as destroying itself, so beings like that are marked for elimination.” (“Fa-Lecture During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference”)

Therefore, practitioners please measure right and wrong from the perspective of Teacher's Fa rectification. Please cherish the supernormal powers bestowed by Teacher that makes all the evildoers who took part in the persecution of practitioners be eliminated, and let the people witness the retribution and awaken, so they will treat practitioners kindly. At the same time it will also shock the evildoers so they will stop the persecution. Such actions save sentient beings through the dignity of Buddha Fa.
