The Miracle of a Six-year-old Girl

A Falun Dafa practitioner in Yushu City has a six-year-old granddaughter. The child had not been feeling well since last December - she could not eat much, felt gassy and had pain in her stomach. She gradually lost weight and her arms and legs became very thin. She was so weak that her voice was very soft.

The little girl's parents took her to the hospital. After examination, it was found that there was a 8-cm tumor in her abdominal cavity. After medications failed to improve her condition, they went to Changchun Cancer Hospital to remove the tumor. A week after after the surgery, another 8-cm tumor was found at the same site. The doctors and experts concluded that the speed of tumor growth was so fast that surgery would not control it. The only treatment available was chemotherapy, followed by observation for awhile, before attempting another surgery. As a result, the child was hospitalized for another month and had chemotherapy twice before she was allowed to go home.

After she returned home, her condition deteriorated. Her hair became dry and sparse and the pain in her abdomen was severe. She cried and screamed all day. Her parents and grandparents took turns holding her. The whole family, relatives, friends and neighbors were all worried. They started considering treatments in the big hospitals in the provincial capital.

At this time, the little girl's maternal grandmother said to the child's mother, "Xiao Qiu's disease is so severe that no hospital can cure her. Only Falun Dafa can save her life. Please let her practice the exercises and study the Fa with me."

Although not completely convinced, her parents and grandparents followed her advice since they had no other choice.

Xiao Qiu then came to her grandmother's house. At first, her grandmother taught her to sincerely recite, "Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." They watched Master's Fa lecture videos together every day. Her grandmother also taught her how to do the exercises. Very soon, Xiao Qiu could eat and no longer was in pain. Gradually, she became happier and more energetic.

Over a month after Xiao Qiu came to her grandmother's house, she had gained weight and her hair grew back. The tumor that had been palpable in her tummy disappeared. An examination in the hospital confirmed that the tumor was gone. The doctors were astonished. All of her family and neighbors witnessed the miracle. Xiao Qiu's mother started practicing Falun Gong.

Now Xiao Qiu has returned home. Her whole family is together once again and their life has become harmonious and happy. They are very grateful to Dafa.

There is a 78-year-old woman in a village in Wuji County, Hebei Province. Since this spring, she felt fatigued and could not swallow. Later, a hospital diagnosed her with esophageal cancer. She became more emaciated day-by-day. In the fall, the local doctor told her family that she was in critical condition and advised them to prepare for her funeral.

This lady's children all practice Falun Gong. They told their mother, "Only Master Li can save your life. It all depends on whether you truly believe in Master and Dafa." Several days later, she could eat and felt more energetic. She has completely recovered. She told her children that she made mistakes in the past; she could deceive her children but could not deceive Master.

Then she explained to them what happened. Because all of her children practice Falun Gong, they often told her of the magnificence of Dafa. They bought a CD player for her to listen to Master's Fa lectures. She told her children that she often listened to the Fa lectures, but in fact she was listening to opera music. She confessed to them later, "Because I live by myself, you don't know what I was listening to. So I lied to you to make you happy. I could lie to you but I could not deceive Master. Several days ago, I felt that I was dying. I confessed to Master and promised that I will never deceive practitioners and Master again. I will listen to the Fa diligently. Thereafter, my condition improved. Master is truly compassionate."
