(Clearwisdom.net) I live in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. My husband and I have been schoolteachers for over three decades. Deceived by the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) propaganda, we were members of the CCP for over 30 years. During the Cultural Revolution, we were "Red Guards" and committed acts of assault, robbery, looting and vandalism. The CCP sent us to rural areas for "reform" under false pretenses. Since the age of ten, we were brainwashed by the CCP's atheism. The CCP filled our heads with communism. At work, I fought hard for fame and self-interest. Eventually, I came down with many illnesses, including cervical spondylosis, stomachaches, and lower back pain. I became very skinny and looked sickly all year round. Every day I took a handful of prescription pills, but I always felt tired and would perspire suddenly. I often took sick leave for two weeks at a time.
In February 2007, I found in my mailbox a book called Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, two booklets, one VCD, two copies of "Minghui Weekly," and a few Falun Gong amulets (1). I had received similar materials once, but I threw them away because my husband and I were afraid that the CCP might come after us. This time my son and my daughter-in-law read them and were very impressed with them. They insisted that my husband and I read them as well.
Indeed, the Nine Commentaries is so right about the CCP. The history of the CCP is a history of persecution, for it has caused the death of 80 million Chinese people since it took power. The CCP has committed horrendous crimes in its persecution of Falun Gong. It is a divine law that wicked people shall face karmic retributions ultimately. The CCP is now facing retribution. The CCP lied to the Chinese people in its hate propaganda of the "Self-Immolation Act at Tiananmen Square." I have learned that Falun Gong is a Buddha school of cultivation and requires its practitioners to conduct themselves according to the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" to elevate their levels of morality and to become better people.
Our entire family agrees with Falun Gong's teachings. After all, a person should live his life being a kind person and should earn an honest living. We must not do any wicked deed. Nowadays the CCP government officials have become terribly corrupt. They live a life of debauchery at the expense of taxpayers' hard-earned money. We cannot side with the CCP any longer.
Once we learned the truth about the CCP, my son helped us withdraw from the CCP and its Youth League and Young Pioneers. My entire family believes that Falun Gong is good and believes in its principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." We started wearing Falun Gong's amulets. My husband and I had poor health. We often say "Falun Gong is good" and "'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' is good," the words on the amulets. Now that we believe in Falun Gong, my husband and I have become progressively much better. My husband no longer suffers from cholecystitis. All the pain I used to suffer is gone. I have become energetic and no longer have to rely on medicine. I have also put on some weight.
I often think of my colleagues at school, who have such heavy workloads and have poor health. By publishing this article, I would like to urge my colleagues to wake up and recognize the CCP's lies. Hurry up and read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and Falun Gong's "truth-clarification" materials. Don't be fooled by the CCP's atheism or its culture anymore. I would like to urge my colleagues to tell right from wrong and choose a good future for themselves.
