(Clearwisdom.net) On April 1, 2008, Turkish Falun Gong practitioners gathered in the city of Adana, the fourth largest city in Turkey, to expose the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities committed in the cruel persecution against Falun Gong.

The practitioners first visited the city government where they were cordially received by the deputy mayor and co-chairman of the Municipal Human Rights Committee, Mr. Ismail Kormantz. They presented him with a Falun Gong brochure, a copy of the "Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China" written by renowned international human rights lawyer David Matas and former Canadian Member of Parliament, David Kilgour, as well as some other documents about the Chinese regime's persecution of Falun Gong. In addition, they further elaborated on the Communist regime's atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit, its serious abuses of Falun Gong practitioners' basic human rights and the cruel tortures against Falun Gong practitioners in China.

After attentively listening to the practitioners' explanations, Mr. Kormantz expressed his deep sympathy and concern about the persecution that Falun Gong practitioners have suffered in China. He highly praised Falun Gong practitioners for their great steadfastness, compassion and tolerance. Finally, he expressed his support for the practitioners' campaign of distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials in the city.

Afterwards, the Falun Gong practitioners visited the Municipal Security Bureau, the Provincial Government and other departments of the city government. They told officials at these government agencies about the Chinese regime's cruel persecution of Falun Gong in China, including the regime's harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit. After listening, many of the officials condemned the Chinese regime's atrocities and expressed their support for Falun Gong. The director of the Security Department and police officers in the relevant departments cordially received the practitioners. Shortly after reading the leaflets presented by the practitioners, a permit for distributing materials was issued.

During the process of talking to various government agencies, these practitioners were moved by the compassion and sense of justice of so many of the officials. After listening to the explanation of the truth about the persecution, almost all of the officials condemned the regime's atrocious crimes. In the meantime, many expressed their interest in Falun Gong and asked the practitioners for the Falun Gong exercise instruction VCDs. A female employee of the provincial government visited the Falun Gong website right after listening to the practitioners' introduction, so as to get further information about Falun Gong. She said that she would seriously like to learn Falun Gong. Immediately after learning about the CCP regime's persecution of Falun Gong, the director of the Administrative Department of the city government issued a permit for the practitioners to distribute materials in the downtown area.

In the afternoon, the practitioners went to the train station square in the busiest business district of Adana to hand out flyers to passersby and passengers. During the process, a middle-aged schoolteacher talked to the practitioners and asked them what was going on. After hearing about the Chinese regime's atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners to sell for profit, and cremating their bodies to eliminate the evidence, he was very shocked. He said that the Chinese regime was indeed inhuman and that their crimes would definitely be punished by heaven. He added that he would display the information exposing the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities on the school's bulletin board so as to let more teachers and students know about these atrocious acts.

After listening to the truth-clarification by practitioners, a farmer asked for some more copies of the flyers to bring them back for his family members, so that they would be able to know about the Chinese regime's evil deeds.

Before they wrapped up the activity, the practitioners distributed flyers to the shops in that vicinity. In less than one hour, they distributed over 1,000 flyers, spreading the goodness of Falun Gong to the people there and helping them realize the intrinsically evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party.
