Personnel from the Beijing Tiananmen Square Police Station arrested Ms. Xu Hui and Ms. Cai Chao on July 20, 2007. The arrest happened as the practitioners unfolded a truth-clarification banner in Tiananmen Square. They are presently being held at Beijing's Dongcheng District Detention Center.

2. [Wangqing County, Jilin Province] Personnel from the Tianqiaoling Town Police Station Confiscate Practitioner Cui Guangyong's Computer
Personnel from the Wangqing County Police Department's National Security Division ordered officers from the Tianqiaoling Town Police Station to confiscate Mr. Cui Guangyong's computer on May 18, 2007. They claimed that officials from the Jilin Province Police Department discovered that Mr. Cui had surfed a certain overseas website. Mr. Cui's computer has not yet been returned.

3. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Pan Yuxiang Has Been Held at the City's Railway Station Detention Center for Two Weeks
Ms. Pan Yuxiang from Jiansanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province has been held at the Jiamusi City Railway Station's Detention Center for half a month.
Personnel from the Jiansanjiang Railway Police Station arrested 63-year-old Ms. Pan at the Jiansanjiang Railway Station waiting room at 3:00 p.m. on July 22, 2007. The arrest happened as she was explaining the facts about Falun Gong. She was transferred to the Jiamusi City Railway Station's Detention Center the next day. Ms. Pan's 85-year-old mother needs care, which has now been taken away by Ms. Pan's arrest.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Chang Shige Abused at the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Chang Shige was arrested and her home was ransacked on May 9, 2007. Police ransacked her home and took away truth-clarification materials. Ms. Chang refused to sign her name in recognition of the verdict against her of forced labor, but she was still put into a small cell in a forced labor camp.
5. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Personnel from the Jiamusi City Prison Persecute Practitioner Liu Haiqiu
Ms. Liu Haibo is presently being held at the Jiamusi City Prison's No.1 Ward, No.3 Team. She is on a persecution-protest hunger strike.
6. [Ningjin County, Hebei Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Ningjin County Police Department arrested a woman practitioner from Beiyu Village, Ningjin County, and practitioner Mr. Yucheng from Suqiu Village at midnight on July 31, 2007. Mr. Yucheng was tortured and interrogated. He is presently being held at the county's detention center.
7. [Fuping County, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Policemen headed by Zhai Xiangyu and Zhang Jinhui ransacked several practitioners' homes the night of July 31, 2007. They arrested practitioner Ms. Yuan Guihua while she ate dinner with her 80-year-old mother and non-practitioner daughter and son-in-law. Officials also took her daughter and son-in-law into custody. They ransacked the home and confiscated several bank deposit certificates.
In addition, practitioners Mr. Gu Qing, Ji, Ms. Zhao Fengzhen, Mr. Zhao Zongran and Mr. Fan Gaozong have been arrested. Some of them are on a persecution-protest hunger strike and are in critical condition.

8. [Shahe City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ren Gailan Arrested
Ms. Ren Gailan from Shahe City was arrested for explaining the facts about Falun Gong and put into the city's detention center the end of July 2007.
9. [Jizhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Chai Guangyue Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Mr. Chai Guangyue from Jizhou City was sent to the city's detention center in February 2007. He was recently sentenced to three years in prison. He has appealed.
10. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Supplemental Information about Persecution of Practitioners in Linzhang County
Linzhang County 610 Office head Li Jinping in Handan City ordered police officers to arrest practitioners Mr. Wang Chensheng and Mr. Wang Wenping in Zhangcunji Township on July 13, 2007. They extorted 5,000 yuan from Mr. Zhang and 1600 yuan from Mr. Wang. They eventually released the two after forcing them to sign a document. They also harassed several other practitioners.
11. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Liu Wen Arrested in the Fangshan District in Beijing
About ten officers from the Shiwo Town Police Department in the Fangshan District, Beijing colluded with personnel from the Zhuozhou City Police Department. They arrested Mr. Liu Wen at his privately owned cattle farm in Banbidian Village, Shiwo Town, the Fangshan District, the morning of August 3, 2007.
Mr. Liu was sentenced to forced labor twice and put into a forced labor camp several times. He suffered from many kinds of torture and lived in exile for a long time. He had just returned home to do farm work but was arrested.
12. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zheng Qiusheng Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Zheng Qiusheng, 37 years old, is from Sangxinzhuang Village, Cuizhuang Township, Xushui County. Personnel from the county's National Security Division and from the 610 Office arrested Mr. Zheng from his home at 11:00 a.m. on July 31, 2007. Mr. Zheng is presently being held at the county's detention center.

Xinhua District Police Department chief Zhang Guofu in Cangzhou City led police officers to arrest 32-year-old Ms. Liu Huanxin on August 2, 2007. They sent her to the city's detention center and confiscated some Dafa books and truth-clarification materials and a molding machine.
14. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Xue Jianru Arrested
Hengshui City Police Department chief Yang Shushan and deputy chief Zuo Tiehan arrested Ms. Xue Jianru. They ransacked her home at 11:00 p.m. on July 18, 2007. Ms. Xue is presently being held at the city's detention center. It was heard that the Taocheng District Procuratorate agents have issued an arrest certificate.

Personnel from the Jinchang City Police Department's Binhe Street Police Precinct arrested practitioner Mr. Mao Wei on March 13, 2007. Personnel from the city's National Security Division and from the Police Department arrested several practitioners between March and August 2007. These practitioners include Ms. Yao Furong, Mr. Cai Yong, Ms. Liu Guiju, an older practitioner surnamed Fu, and two practitioners from Yongchang County. Police ransacked the practitioners' homes and confiscated their Dafa books, computers, and printers. It was reported that these practitioners are presently being held at the city's detention center.

18. [Hunan Province] Personnel from the Huarong County 610 Office Harassed Practitioners
Officials from the Huarong County 610 Office recently issued several documents to order its affiliated departments to aggravate the persecution of Falun Gong. Personnel from the Zhihedu Town Police Department in Huarong County broke into two practitioners' homes and confiscated their Dafa books at 9:00 p.m. on July 30, 2007.

19. [Chongqing] Supplemental Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Huang Shunrong and Ms. Qiu Mao
Practitioners Ms. Huang Shunrong and Ms. Qiu Mao from the Jiangjin District, Chongqing, were arrested on May 22, 2007 when distributing truth-clarification materials. It was reported that Ms. Qiu was sent to the Jiangbei District Shimahe Shizishan Forced Labor Camp. Her non-practitioner husband attempted to visit her several times, but was turned away each time. Ms. Huang was sent to the Jiangjin District Langshan Detention Center and her 90-year-old mother was left at home without care. Ms. Huang's husband, Mr. Wu Zongrong, was sentenced to three years in the Yongchuan City Prison.
20. [Fujian Province] Mr. Zhu Jinhua Has Been Held at the Shaowu Detention Center
Practitioner Mr. Zhu Jinhua, in his 20s, lives on Xichun Street, Shaowu City, Fujian Province. Personnel from the city's National Security Division arrested him and took him to the city's detention center on January 9, 2007, for explaining the facts about Falun Gong to his student.
Police have often harassed his family since his arrest.
21. [Huzhu County, Qinghai Province] Practitioner Ying Yuanwen Extorted
Personnel from the Huzhu County Police Department and from the National Security Division ransacked Mr. Ying Yuanwen's home in Huzhu County in early March of 2007. Police looted 400 yuan from his home during their search. Mr. Ying went to the police station to ask for the return of his money. Police slapped his face and pushed him out.
22. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Jiang Zonglin's Family Arrested
Practitioners Mr. Jiang Zonglin, his wife, and their daughter from Chengdu City were arrested on August 2, 2007. A practitioner surnamed Sun was also arrested the same day.
23. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ren Anxin Arrested
Mr. Ren Anxin, in his 50s, from Wuhan City was arrested at 7:00 p.m. on July 16, 2007, when explaining the facts about Falun Gong near Wuchongsan Street in the Shuiguohu District. Police informed his family to pay his accommodation fee and stated that Mr. Ren would be held for 15 days. The detention term has expired. Police attempted to force Mr. Ren to sign a document, but he refused.
24. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Li Ruzhen Arrested
Personnel from the Chenghua Police Station National Security Section, from the Xinhua Police Station, and from the Chengdu City 610 Office arrested 60-year-old Ms. Li Ruzhen from Chengdu City on the afternoon of August 1, 2007. Ms. Li was taken to the Xinhua Police Station, but her current whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Li had been monitored for several months prior to her arrest.
25. [Nanning City, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Practitioners Zeng Jinfeng and Fang Ping Arrested
Personnel from the Guangxi Province National Security Division arrested practitioner Ms. Zeng Jinfeng from Nanning City at 9:00 p.m. on July 25, 2007. Ms. Zeng's whereabouts are unknown.
Personnel from the Guangxi Autonomous Region National Security Division arrested practitioner Ms. Fang Ping the morning of July 31, 2007. Her whereabouts are unknown.
26. [Hanchuan City, Hubei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Three practitioners, including Hu Hanjiao, went to explain the facts about Falun Gong in Huilong Town, Hanchuan City on August 2, 2007. When someone reported them, personnel from the town's police department arrested them. Hanchuan City National Security Division chief Liu Jixiang sent the three practitioners to the city's No. 2 Detention Center the next day. Policeman Cai Qiulin ransacked the three practitioners' homes and confiscated some Dafa books in the afternoon of August 3, 2007.

27. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Police Broke into Practitioner Shen Xiaodu's Home and Arrested Him
Mr. Shen Xiaodu is a grandson of Mr. Shen Junru, the first president of the Chinese Superior Court. He lives at No. 16 Binsheng Street, Chengdu City. Several people monitored him the night of August 2, 2007. About ten policemen arrested him between 11:00 p.m. on August 3, 2007 and 4:00 a.m. the next day.
28. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Recent Information Concerning Ms. Guan Hua
Practitioner Ms. Guan Hua is a teacher from the Harbin City No. 64 Middle School in Heilongjiang Province. She was put in a brainwashing center in Hulan City on January 17, 2007. Ms. Guan did not give in and was sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp. Police tortured and disabled her in April 2007. She is still being held, although she cannot walk.
