1. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Li Shuyan is Presently on a Persecution-Protest Hunger Strike
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Li Shuyan, 61, is from Yangkangzhuang Village of Zhongbao Township, Leting County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Personnel from the township's police station arrested her and put her into the county's detention center at 8:00 p.m. on June 2, 2007. Ms. Li has been on a persecution-protest hunger strike for ten days. Police force-feed her, and Ms. Li's life is in critical danger.

2. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Falun Gong Practitioners Shi Lanfang and Li Fanglin Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Shi Lanfang, in her seventies, and Ms. Li Fanglin, in her sixties, who are from Spaceflight Town, Longquanyi District in Chengdu City were arrested at 9:00 a.m. in June 2007. Their truth-clarifying materials were confiscated.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Suspected Arrest of Practitioner Zhao Yuxia
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Yuxia from Harbin City has not come back home after she ventured out from home at 1:00 p.m. on May 4, 2007. We suspect she was arrested.
4. [Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhang Changzheng Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Changzheng, 33, is an employee of the Xinwen Mining Group's Xiaoguang Coal Mine in Shandong Province. Personnel from the coal mine's Public Security Section arrested Mr. Zhang in September 2006 when he explained the truth of Falun Gong to others. Later Mr. Zhang was sentenced to three years of forced labor. Mr. Zhang's wife does menial work to earn a living for herself and her primary-school-aged daughter.
5. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Lu Xiaohua Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Lu Xiaohua, 53, from Chibi City, has lived in exile since 2003. Police arrested her at 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2007, as she spoke with her daughter at the entrance to the Dazhong Restaurant. Ms. Lu is presently being held at the city's detention center.

6. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Practitioners Wang Mingyue and Weng Shidong Arrested
Four policemen from the Zhenping County 610 Office in Nanyang District, Henan Province went to practitioner Mr. Wang Mingyue's home at 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2007. They confiscated four Falun Dafa books, five exercise tapes, three DVDs, and a DVD player worth 600 yuan. They attempted to arrest Mr. Wang, but he jumped from the second floor and escaped. Mr. Wang is now living in exile.
Personnel from the Zhenping County Police Department arrested practitioner Mr. Weng Shidong, an employee of the Security Patrol Team, on February 26, 2007, because Mr. Weng said, "Heaven's destruction of the Communist Party is inevitable." They put Mr. Weng into the town's detention center, where police brutally beat him. Mr. Weng has been held there more than three months. Police not only refuse to release him, but have also extorted money from his family.

8. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Police Arrested Practitioner Ms. Xue Zhanying on June 4, 2007
9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Wang Jiang Severely Persecuted at the Daqing Prison
Practitioner Mr. Wang Jiang was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment on July 5, 2006, for distributing truth-telling materials in a suburban area. Mr. Wang was held at the Hulan Prison. He was then transferred to the Daqing Prison in August 2006. He is in poor health.
10. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Chen Man and Xia Qingju Arrested
Practitioners Ms Chen Man and Ms. Xia Qingju from Wuhan City went to the city's Chenjiaji Brainwashing Class on the afternoon of June 8, 2007, to request that 610 Office personnel release their husbands. The 610 Office police told them to come in "and have a talk," however, they put the women into detention. The two practitioners' families went to find them the next day. Police not only refused to release the two practitioners but transferred Ms. Chen to the Women's Education Center. They planned to hold Ms. Chen there until June 24, 2007. Ms. Xia's whereabouts are unknown.
Ms. Chen's mother, who is in her seventies, is in poor health. She needs her daughter to take care of her.
11. [Xuchang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ying Fang Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Ying Fang was reported to police when she explained the truth of Falun Gong and persuaded people to denounce the Communist Party. Personnel from the Xuchang City Weidu Police Station arrested her at noon on June 6, 2007. Ms. Ying is presently being held at the Liyuan Detention Center.
12. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zu Cuizhi Arrested. Her Husband Also Arrested When He Requested His Wife's Release
Officers Dai Chunjie and Dong Honghao from the Laishui County Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Zu Cuizhi from Anyang Village, Louchun Township, Laishui County on May 31, 2007. Ms. Zu's husband Mr. Liu Hesheng went to the Laishui County Police Department to request Ms. Zu's release on the morning of June 11, 2007. However, policemen Dai Chunjie and Dong Honghao arrested Mr. Liu Hesheng and put him into the county's detention center.
Practitioner Wei Fenglan from Longan Village, Songgezhuang Township, Laishui County is also being held at the detention center.
13. [Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Jinling, 61, was Arrested and Her Home Ransacked on June 4, 2007
14. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Correction Regarding Information of Practitioner Li Shuyun's Arrest
Practitioner Ms. Li Shuyun from Xinhua Township was arrested on June 5, 2007. A gang from the Jidong County National Security Division arrived at Mr. Li's home in a car. They lied, saying they would bring Ms. Li to the division "to have a talk" and then let her go home. But Ms. Li has since not been released. Ms. Li's family inquired of the police as to why they have not released Ms. Li. The police told the family that Ms. Li had been sentenced to one year of imprisonment. They showed the verdict to the family.
Personnel from the National Security Division had already arrested Ms. Li on around October 1, 2006. They extorted Ms. Li's family of 5,000 yuan and then released her.
15. [Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Wang Lanying Arrested
Personnel from the Jindouwan District Police Department in Tanzhou Town arrested practitioner Ms. Wang Lanying from Huicui Shanzhuang Village, Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan City at 8:00 p.m. on June 7, 2007. The arrest happened when Ms. Wang was distributing truth-clarifying materials. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a copy of Zhuan Falun, one of Master's pictures, and all truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Wang was held at the police station that night and was transferred to the city's detention center the next day.
Ms. Wang lived with her daughter, who had just gone abroad. She has to take care of her daughter's twin sons of one year and three months old.
16. [Anhui Province] Practitioner Song Bing Facing an Illegal Trial
Practitioner Ms. Song Bing, 50, is an accountant in the Anhui Province Broadcast and Television Bureau. She was arrested in late December 2006 and held at the Luosigang Detention Center in Hefei City, Anhui Province. Ms. Song's case has been transferred to the Luyang District Procuratorate. Ms. Song is facing an illegal trial soon.
17. [Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Wen Chengdi and Huang Liu'ai Arrested
Officer Wu Xihua from the Shaoguan City Nanshan Police Station went to
practitioners Ms. Wen Chengdi and Ms. Huang Liu'ai's homes and arrested them on
April 23, 2007. They were put into the Nanshan Police Station and forbidden to
meet with their families. The persecutors then ordered both families several
days later to pay 2,000 yuan. Ms. Huang's family refused, but Ms. Wen's family
paid to have Ms. Wen released. Police accepted the money and informed the
families that they had transferred the two practitioners to Sanshui City. Both
practitioners' sons went to visit their mothers several days ago, but police

18. [Xiong County, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Xiong County Police Department, Judiciary Department, Procuratorate and Court held a meeting to plot further persecution of Falun Gong on June 11, 2007. Three practitioners from the county have been arrested. One of the practitioners was released after a two week detention. The other two are still being held.

19. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Chen Rong and Liu Guoxing Arrested
Practitioners Mr. Chen Rong and Mr. Liu Guoxing were arrested at home on the afternoon of June 7, 2007. Police also ransacked their homes and confiscated a laptop computer, a printer and some other belongings.
20. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested
Thirteen practitioners from Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City were arrested on April 24, 2007. Seven are still being held at three detention centers. Police issued arrest warrants for them on June 3, 2007.

22. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Cui Shengyun Being Held at the City's Detention Center
It was heard that practitioner Ms. Cui Shengyun from Jiamusi City is presently being held at the city's detention center. Personnel from the city's National Security Bureau have brutally tortured her.
Personnel from the city Political and Judiciary Committee and from the National Security Bureau arrested practitioner Ms. Cui and her husband Mr. Cong Guoyou on May 19, 2007.
23. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Persecuted at the Yantai City Brainwashing Class
Practitioners Ms. Li Zhaoxia, Ms. Wang Shucui and Ms. Wang Shuping from Zhaoyuan City, who were arrested several days ago, are being held at a brainwashing class in the southern suburb of Yantai City.
24. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Personnel from the 610 Office Arrest Practitioners Liu Longhui and Liu Shuhua
Practitioner Ms. Liu Longhui from the Naxi District, Luzhou City was arrested near the district's Pinghua Factory on the night of June 5, 2007. Personnel from the 610 Office put her into the city detention center.
Practitioner Ms. Liu Shuhua from the Jiangyang District was reported on May 26, 2007, when making truth-clarifying materials. Personnel from the 610 Office put her into the city detention center on May 27, 2007.
25. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Lawless Officers Harass Practitioners
A dozen officers broke into practitioner Qu's home in Xiangdian Village, Pingdu City on June 13, 2007. They ransacked Qu's home. They also confiscated a satellite receiver and some truth-clarifying materials from a practitioner's home in Xiaoni Village.
26. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Sun Ronghua and Tao Juzhen Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Sun Ronghua, in her thirties, from Taodian Township, Huangzhou District, Huanggang City, spoke the truth of Falun Gong to someone on the afternoon of June 5, 2007, but the person's son reported her to police. The Taodian Township Police Station chief colluded with personnel from the Huangzhou District 610 Office and forcibly put Ms. Sun into a vehicle. Ms. Sun defied the policemen, but the police station chief grabbed Ms. Sun's neck and beat her.
Practitioner Ms. Tao Juzhen, in her fifties, from the Huangzhou District was arrested at 11:00 p.m. on June 5, 2007. The arrest happened when Ms. Tao was posting truth-clarifying materials at the Shengli Street Police Precinct. Police also ransacked her home. The two practitioners are presently being held at the city's No. 2 Detention Center.
