1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Zhao Dianbin Died from Persecution, Family Members Harassed
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Dianbin, 78 years old, passed away on March 20, 2007 after long-term harassment and persecution by Party officials. Afterwards, his family was interrogated, monitored and harassed by the police.
2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Seven Practitioners, Including Zhou Yandong, Illegally Detained at Fenjin Forced Labor Camp
At present seven Dafa practitioners are being illegally detained at Fenjin Labor Camp in Changchun, namely: Mr. Zhou Yandong; Mr. Yang Zhong; Mr. Shao Hao; Mr. Liu Cai; Mr. Cui Shoutong; Mr. Wang Yuejian and Ms. Guo Xiaoying.
3. [Yan County, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Tichao Arrested
On March, 31, 2007, Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Tichao from Tai'an Village, Liutuan Precinct, Yan County was arrested as soon as he got out of a vehicle returning home from Hulin County. This happened because the police had found videos that exposed the persecution in Mr. Zhang's possession.
4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhou Meihua and Liang Xianglian Sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Again
Around 10 a.m. on April 17, police from Xiuyue Street substation, Zhongshan District of Dalian City illegally transferred Ms. Zhou Meihua and Ms. Liang Xianglian from Yaojia Detention Center to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to continue the persecution.
5. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Xiuling Arrested
On the evening of April 18, 2007, policemen Sun Dahai and Fang Changfu from Hongqi Street substation illegally ransacked practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiuling's home and took her away. They also confiscated Dafa books and various kinds of truth-clarification materials. Late that night she was detained at the Third Detention Center of Changchun.
6. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioner Wang Ancai and Luo Lingzhen Arrested
On April 12 and 13, 2007, Mr. Wang Ancai and Ms. Luo Lingzhen were whisked away by the police. Since April, five practitioners,whose name are known, have been arrested in Panzhihua City.
7. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Chunqi Illegally Tried by Dehui City Court
On April 5, 2007, Dehui City Court illegally opened a tribunal for Ms. Zhang Chunqi from Yangahu County. The Court did not formally notify his family to appear at the court hearing.
8. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Gong Fengqiang and Others Illegally Detained
Practitioners who were arrested on December 12, 2006 by Gaoleng police, including Mr. Gong Fengqiang, Mr. Ma Honggang and Mr. Sun Ren, who lives at Dalianhe, are still illegally detained at the First Detention Center of Yilan County. Yilan County Public Security Bureau and the detention center never allowed family visits. A court hearing is scheduled on April 20.

9. [Beijing] Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Detained at Qinghe Police Substation
Ms. Zhao, a cashier from Qinghe Department Store, Haidian District, Beijing was seized by police recently and is being persecuted at Qinghe police substation.
10. [Tanghai County, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Enying Detained and Persecuted
Ms. Li Enying is being illegally detained at the 3rd group of Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp. She is on a hunger strike to oppose the persecution.
11. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Sun Yuhua Arrested and Her Home Ransacked
At 11:30 am, April 17, 2007, a dozen policemen from Xidajie substation took Ms. Sin Yuhua away by force and illegally ransacked her home.

On the afternoon of April 10, 2007, practitioner Mr. Li Qiang was seized by local 610 Office agents. He is being detained at a local detention center.

13. [Huaiyang County, Henan Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Jie Detained and Persecuted at County Detention Center
14. [Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province] Supplemental News on the Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Ji Yan and Others
On April 14, 2007, Ms. Ji Yan and other practitioners from Qinhuangdao were arrested on their way to northeast China. Police officers tortured her for two days and one night by cuffing her hands behind her back, which made her arms swollen. Ji Yan is illegally detained at the Second Detention Center of Qinhuangdao.
15. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Dai Zongqiu Arrested
At 6 p.m. on April 18, 2007, Li Shenghua, group leader of Anqiu public security bureau, leading 7 to 8 policemen, took away Ms. Dai Zongqiu from her home in Chengbei, Anqiu City. They ransacked her home at the same time and confiscated Dafa books, two mobile phones and over 800 yuan in cash.
16. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Xu Zengxia and Xu Xueji Arrested
On the evening of April 1, 2007, "squatting" policemen seized Ms. Xu Zengxia, Mr. Xu Xueji and others from Yingu, Donggucheng Township.
On April 2, three people, including Xu Zengxia, were transferred to Guan County Detention Center to be persecuted. Policeman Xue Lianchun from Guan County sentenced Xu Zengxia to 21 months of forced labor. Xu Xueji and another practitioner were sentenced to 1-year labor term each. The three of them continue to be persecuted at Wangcun Labor Camp in Zibo City.
17. [Tianjin City] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Wenyan Arrested
Ms. Zhang Wenyan is from Zhangbiaofa Village, East Maquan Township, Wuqing District. Around 10 a.m. on April 18, 2007 , East Maquan substation took away Ms. Zhang while she was at work. They also ransacked her home, and confiscated Teacher's portrait and Dafa books. Ms. Zhang was sent to Wuqing Detention Center.
18. [Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhang Bianrong and Ms. Miao Arrested
On the evening of April 18, 2007, police from East Maying Precinct substation spotted Mr. Zhang Bianrong and Ms. Maio while they were posting Dafa truth-clarification materials and arrested them. At present, both are being detained at Gaobeidian Detention Center.
19. [Beijing] Dafa Dafa practitioners Bai Yongfeng and Wang Keyong Seized by Police from the Local Substation
Ms. Bai Yongfeng and Mr. Wang Keyong, practitioners from Jiuduhe Village, Huairou County, were reported while they were clarifying the truth. At noon on April 18, 2007, police from local substation took them away from their home. Ms. Bai is detained at Huairou Detention Center. Mr. Wang was taken home by his son at 2:30 p.m. on the same day [of the arrest].

In the afternoon of April 19, 2007, three unidentified people suddenly seized Mr. Cao Ruitang at "Xing'an Market" of Langfang City. His whereabouts are unknown.
22. [Shandong Province] Police at the 6th District of Weibei Prison Illegally Tortured Chu Liwen
In December, 2006, policemen Zhang Haiming, Pan Quanjun, group leader Wu and Dong beat Dafa practitioner Mr. Chu Liwen savagely. Meanwhile, they tortured him with high-voltage electric batons, then confined him in an isolated room. Mr. Chu went on a hunger strike to protest. During the hunger strike, police officers brutally force-fed him.
23. [Fenxi County, Shanxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Shi Quanlan Persecuted
Around 10 a.m. on March 31, 2007, while Dafa practitioner Ms. Shi Quanlan was clarifying the truth at the fair, she was seized by police from Yong'an Township substation. At the substation, policemen confined her in an iron cage with her hands cross-cuffed behind her back and beat her with police batons brutally. They interrogated her to try to find out where the materials center was located. Around 3 p.m., Ms. Shi could no longer stand the torture and jumped out of the 3rd floor window. She had fractured bones in her right leg and was sent to Fenxi County Hospital.
24. [Xiantao, Hubei Province] Mao Yiqiang Arrested and Whereabouts Unknown
At 9:30 on March 21, 2007, Dafa practitioner Mr. Mao Yiqiang was arrested. Over 20 days passed and his family members still don't know where he is detained.
25. [Shiyan, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Shi Zhangmei Tortured at Wuhan Women's Prison
Ms. Shi Zhangmei, who is 53, was arrested in April of 2006 and her home was ransacked by the 610 Office of Shiyan City and Huaguo police substation. Later she was sentenced in secret to a 3-year term. She is being detained at Wuchang Women's Prison of Hubei Province and suffering from severe torture.
26. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Zhao Guilan, Chen Dongmei and Other Practitioners Tortured
Since their arrest last month, police have been asking Dafa practitioners, Ms. Zhao Guilan, Ms. Chen Dongmei and several others to write "transformation" statements and a guarantee statement to defame Dafa. They denied such requests. So the police confined them in isolated rooms to be tortured.
27. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhang Fengxian and He Xianyun Seized by Police
On April 4, 2007, Ms. Zhang Fengxian and Ms. He Xianyun from Baiguolin District, Chengdu City went to Caotang to clarify the truth. Policemen from Caotang substation seized them and sent them to Bi County detention center to be persecuted.
28. [Hanzhong City, Shannxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Xiao Fenglian and Others Illegally Detained
On March 6, 2007, police from Dahekan substation, Nanzheng County seized Ms. Xiao Fenglian, Ms. Bai Hanying, Ms. Wen Ming Fang and Ms. Hu Xiuyun from Hanzhong while they were distributing truth materials. They have been detained at the Nanzheng County Detention Center.
29. [Luzhou, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioners Fu Qingming and Ms. Fan Arrested
On April 5, 2007, Ms. Fu Qingming and Ms. Fan from Xuyong County, Luzhou went to Maling Township to clarify the truth and advise people to withdraw from Chinese Communist Party, its affiliates, the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. They were reported, seized by Maling police substation and sent to Liangjiawan detention center to be tortured. Their homes were ransacked subsequently.
30. [Chongqing City] Wanzhou District Police Arrested Dafa Practitioner Zhou Kailan
Around 9 p.m. on April 16, 2007, Wanzhou District public security station and Yingshuiping substation seized Ms. Zhou Kailan while she was distributing truth materials at Junzhai Avenue, Daqiaotou, Wanzhou. She is detained at Zhoujiaba Detention Center of Wanzhou.
31. [Shenzhen, Canton Province] On April 16, 2007, Dafa Practitioner Ms. Chen Ailan Taken Away by Police
32. [Zhuhai, Canton province] Dafa Practitioner Chen Zhen Arrested
On April 13, 2007, Ms. Chen Zhen was arrested and her home was ransacked. She is being detained at the 2nd Detention Center of Zhuhai.
33. [Maoming, Canton Province] Current Situation of Dafa Practitioners Tan Tongqing and Yang Rixin
Since police officers from Gaoshan Township substation arrested Mr. Tan Tongqing and Mr. Yang Rixin from Maoming on March 12, their families kept demanding their release and clarifying the truth to the 610 Office personnel and the detention center. Mr. Yang returned home at 5 p.m. on April 11.
Police denied family visits to Mr. Tan and wouldn't release him either.
34. [Canton City, Canton Province] Dafa Practitioners Dandan and Zhang Yan Arrested
On March 27, policemen went to a company near Bali Iceland, Baiyun District, Canton City to take away Ms. Dandan, claiming that she downloaded truth-clarifying materials from the internet and that she brought back truth-clarifying materials from Hong Kong.
She was informed of their plan to arrest her and so she did not return to the company. On April 12, policemen ransacked the home of her co-worker, Mr. Zhang Yin, and took him away. On April 17, Ms. Dandan was arrested in Liping County. The whereabouts of either are not known.
