1. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Ruping Detained Past Her Term in Wangcun Forced Labor Camp
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Ruping, an attorney from Changqing District, Jinan City, was sentenced to forced labor for one year and three months. In the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp, she refused to renounce her belief. Thereupon, her term was increased by two months, under the excuse that she refused to attend the brainwashing class.
2. [Beijing] Many Practitioners in Yanqing County Taken into Custody
Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Yanfang, in his thirties, is from Xiangying Township, Yanqing County. Presently, his home is in the county seat. On May 15, he was taken into custody by the police again. On April 16, Mr. Wang was sent to the Mental Health Care Center and subjected to further persecution.
In late April, he was tracked and reported to the police by Public Security personnel when he was posting Falun Gong truth-clarification materials at night. He continuously shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" The police officers handcuffed and kicked him. The next day, Mr. Wang was unconditionally released. However, his feet were so injured due to the beating that he could not walk for several days.
Since April 25, Dafa practitioners Ms. Li Ruihua (from Xitun Village), Ms. Chen Zhonglian from (Dongxiaohetun Village), Ms. Sun Shufeng, and Ms. Fang Jinzhi (a former worker at the previous No. 6 Plant) were arrested and detained in the Yanqing County Detention Center. Another practitioner, Mr. Shi Yingji, has been detained there for nearly one year.
On the night of May 17, practitioner Ms. Wang Shuping, a doctor from the Women's and Children's Hospital, was detained by security personnel when she was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials near the No. 1 Middle School gate.
3. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] More than Thirty Practitioners Secretly Transferred
It is said that on May 1, the Liaocheng City Police Department transferred more than 30 practitioners to Changqing District, Jinan City. The specific location is unclear. It is believed that they covertly transferred them there to forcefully "transform" them.

Mr. Shen Yang, in his thirties, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Zaoyang City. He was reported to the police when he was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. He was taken into custody and has been detained for more than two months to this day.
On April 29, 2006, practitioner Mr. Wei Qiming, a teacher at the Wangcheng Town Middle School, was reported to the police and forcibly taken into custody when he was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials in his hometown of Wudian Town.
5. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Seventy-Year-Old Ms. Chen Xiu'e Taken into Custody
On the night of May 16, 2007, the Xinhua Street Police Station deployed three police cars and took into custody 70-year-old Ms. Chen Xiu'e. Several days ago, ten practitioners were taken into custody as well. Among them, two became sick or injured and were sent to the hospital. The others were detained in the Zhangjiakou City Detention Center.

At about 9:00 p.m. on May 16, 2007, Bai Qinghai (male), a police officer from the Shenjiatai Town Police Station, Linghai City, took into custody Ms. Wang Lanying and Ms. Wu Fengyun. The practitioners were on their way to Shangnian Village and Xigou Village, located in Danian Township, Linghai City, to distribute Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. Both of them are currently detained in the Linghai City Detention Center.

Mr. Guo Chuanshu, a 60-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Baisha Town, Jiangjin District, was reported to police when he called the Baisha Town Police Station to clarify the truth about Falun Gong on the morning of May 10, 2007. He was seized on the spot and sent to the Jiangjin Detention Center. The police officers also searched Mr. Guo's sister's home and took her video record. Prior to this recent arrest, Mr. Guo had been sentenced to the labor camp and prison. This is the third time that he has suffered persecution.

12. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Supplementary Information on Mr. Zhao Yonghua's Arrest
On the morning of May 16, three plainclothes police officers riding in a black sedan called at Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhao Yonghua's house. Two of them went into the house. They only said that they came from Xiuyan Town and refused to disclose their identity. At about 2:00 or 3:00 pm, a police car arrived. Four police officers searched Mr. Zhao's house, then asked him to sign a document. Mr. Zhao refused. Afterwards, the four forced him into the police car and took him away. The police found several booklets at Mr. Zhao's house. He was released from the labor camp in autumn last year, but has now been taken into custody again.

Mr. He Guangxi, a Falun Gong practitioner in Suzhou City, was tracked to his workplace, the Lefeng Hotel, and taken away after he clarified the truth about Falun Gong to passengers in a public transportation vehicle on April 28, 2007. Afterwards, the police searched his temporary dwelling and stole his cell phone, printer, the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and several Falun Gong books. He was sent to the Wangting Police Station in Suzhou City that night and detained there for two days and two nights. Then, he was transferred to the No. 101 Cell of the No. 1 Detention Center in Zushou City. Later, Mr. He was moved to No. 203 cell. Since nobody is allowed to visit him, there is no additional news about him at this point.

Around May 15, Ms. Liu Xiufang, a Falun Gong practitioner from the Dachang District, Nanjing City, called on a fellow practitioner who was taken into custody when she was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. The police beat her and bruised two of her ribs, and she had been bedridden since then. The husband of the fellow practitioner reported her to the police. As a result, she was arrested. Afterwards, the police searched her home.

Since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, he has suffered persecution many times. At noon on May 8, 2007, he was arrested by police and has not been released to this day. He was taken to the Ninghe County Detention Center and has not been released yet. In addition, more than ten police officers searched his home.

On May 15, 2007, practitioner Ms. Xie Yufang was illegally arrested on her way to work. Afterwards, the evildoers went to practitioner Mr. Tang Qizhe's residency and took him away. The two practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

Police officers from the Baojiatun Police Station and the State Security Division of Faku County forcibly arrested them. Their detention site is unknown.
25. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Fengmei Suffered Persecution
Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Fengmei, from Nanchang City, was arrested by police. Mr. Chen Xiangyang suffered persecution in the Yuzhang Prison. Mr. Wu Laiting and Mr. Shi Lasheng from Hongcheng Market and two other practitioners were beaten barbarically by the police. Ms. Peng Xiaolan was sentenced to forced labor.

26. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Lu Xiyao Taken into Custody by Police
At about 8:00 p.m. on May 14, 2007, Yuan Shusen and Yang Xuandi (both male), police officers from the Laizhou City 610 Office, colluded with police officers from the Guojiadian Police Station, rushed to Banjia Village in Guojiadian Town, and broke into the homes of Dafa practitioners Ms. Song Zhimin, Mr. Liu Zhenduo, and Mr. Lu Xiyao. Ms. Song Zhimin and Mr. Liu Zhenduo were not at home. Mr. Lu Xiyao and his 10-year-old daughter (who was sleeping) were at home. The officers dragged Mr. Lu to the police car. His daughter woke up and clung to his thigh closely to prevent him from leaving. One officer kicked the girl. The neighbors watching around jumped in and restrained the police. The police could not take Mr. Lu away. Finally, the police tricked the girl by asking her to go back and put on some proper clothes. As soon as the girl went back inside, the police closed the door, forced Mr. Lu into the car, and brought him to the Dianzi Brainwashing Center.
Mr. Lu's parents are both mentally challenged and deaf.

On April 14, 2007, Zhang Deyue and Fu Yong (both male) from the Shanhaiguan Police Department as well as many police officers from the Xiguan Police Station and the Daonan Police Station searched the homes of Dafa practitioners Mr. Wei Danquan, Mr. Liu Changfu, Mr. Zheng Zhicheng, and Mr. Yang Xiaoyong and stole items including computers, printers, and Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. Afterwards, Mr. Zheng Zhicheng was detained in the No. 1 Detention Center in Qinghuadao City. Mr. Liu Changfu and his wife, as well as Mr. Zheng Zhicheng, Mr. Yang Xiaoyong, and Mr. Wei Danquan were detained in the No. 3 Detention Center in the Qinghuadao District.
On the night of April 28, Fu Yong covertly sent these practitioners to forced labor camp. It is reported that Mr. Liu Changfu, Mr. Yang Xiaoyong, and Mr. Wei Danquan were sent to the Baoding Labor Camp for terms of one year and six months. Ms. An Yumin and Ms. Cheng Chao were sent to the Kaiping Labor Camp in Tangshan City. Ms. An Yumin's term is one year and six months. Ms. Cheng Chao's term is one year and three months.

Dafa practitioner Mr. He Jionghui is employed by the Water and Electricity Bureau in Zijin County, Guangdong Province. They devised a trap and took him into custody. 29. [Inner Mongolia Prefecture] Mo Qi 610 Office Launched Another Round of Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in Zharumutai Township
From the afternoon of May 8, 2007 to the morning of May 9, 2007, Zhang Shibin (male), head of the Mo Qi 610 Office and the director of the police department, launched another round of persecution against Falun Gong in Zharumutai Township, Mo Qi County. A Falun Gong truth-clarification materials production site was destroyed. At least six practitioners were taken into custody and their homes were searched. Presently, it is known that Ms. Zhang Guiyun, Ms. Chen Lirong, Mr. He Baotai, Mr. Zhou Jian, Ms. Shi Xiuling, and Ms. E Zhuying were arrested.
On May 11 and May 12, Zhang Shibin and other 610 Office agents met in the Dayangshu Township. He conspired with Li Shuliang (male), director of the Dayangshu Police Department, and police officer Li Benxue (male) and deployed various local police stations to carry out a thorough search of local Falun Gong practitioners. The perpetrators also beat practitioners and searched their homes. Practitioners Ms. Liu Chunxun, Mr. Liu Rongxun, Ms. Liu Jinling, Mr. Ao Qingrong, Ms. Lei Xiuxiang, Ms. Meng Shuxia, Mr. Hong Litao, Ms. Zhang Li, and Ms. Fan Fengying were forcibly taken into custody. In addition, two practitioners from Wulubutie Town were arrested.
To this point, Ms. Zhang Li and several other practitioners are still being detained in the Dayangshu No. 2 Detention Center, where they are subjected to persecution.
30. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Supplementary Information on Practitioners Taken into Custody by Police
On the morning of April 25, 2007, Shen Bao (male),the police officer in charge of Dengfeng Village, Daqing City, colluded with the police officers from the Tieren Police Department and forcibly arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Yin Guirong, Ms. Yang Jinfeng, and Ms. Cao Fengqin. It is said that this group illegally unlocked practitioner Mr. Xing's door with a master key. Since he was not home, their plan to seize him was aborted.

31. [Zhejiang Province] Recent Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in Qujiang City
One night in April 2007, police officers from Pujiang City broke into the homes of several residents in Yiwu City. They searched the houses and brought the residents to the Pujiang Police Department. They interrogated and tortured the residents and did not allow them to sleep or rest under the pretext that they thought some of the residents' family members practiced Falun Gong.
Later, the family members of the detained residents argued with the police. The police extorted money from them. To this point, several people are still illegally detained and awaiting bail.
32. [Jiujiang County, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Tan Meili Seriously Ill, Yet Jiujiang Police Department Still Refuses to Release Her
On March 20, 2007, police officers from the State Security Division under the Jiujiang Police Department took into custody Dafa practitioners Ms. Tan Meili and Ms. Huang Yingdi, and did not allow their family members to see them. At present, Ms. Huang is detained in the Jiujiang Detention Center, and Ms. Tan was brought to the Ruichang City Detention Center. Ms. Tan is seriously ill now, but the Jiujiang Police Department still refuses to release her.
