(Clearwisdom.net) Recently I have heard many conversations between practitioners regarding not coordinating well. I would like to share my understanding on coordination and hope it will be helpful.
We know that we practitioners are one body. However, we are also individual parts of this one body, and our roles within this one body cannot be ignored. When we accuse or worry about this one body, we should look inside ourselves and consider whether we are positively or negatively influencing our whole body. When we consider others, do we base it on the Fa? Do we focus only on the human level when we take care of others?
Dafa is harmonious, but Dafa also has standards. I don't mean that we should not put emphasis on our coordination, but we should think about it carefully. We need to actively participate in the coordination process. By this I mean that we should not hide our attachment of not looking inside ourselves and just putting emphasis on the "whole body." If every practitioner can get along with other practitioners and do the three things well, I think our power will be very strong.
Today, with the Fa rectification having progressed this far, all practitioners know their tasks. Thus a coordinator should take on the necessary responsibilities. At the same time, all of us--coordinators and non-coordinators alike--should consider the entire situation rather than ourselves alone and thereby improve as a whole. We should get rid of fear and selfishness. We should forsake the mentality of validating ourselves in whatever position we find ourselves and harmonize with the Fa. We should not be lazy or inattentive. If we can think this way, everyone will be considerate of everyone else and will coordinate with the whole body, rather than the whole body coordinating us. As a result, we will form an indestructible entity.
