Mr. Tian Yunhai has been on a hunger strike for seven months now to protest the persecution. He is currently detained at Panjin Prison in Liaoning Province. The guards brutally force-feed him corn and animal fat.

On March 21, 2007, practitioners Mr. Li Haiqi, Ms. Lu Guoxia and Ms. Zhang Gaiye from Wu'an City, Hebei Province, were arrested. Ms. Lu has been released. However, Ms. Zhang's current situation is unknown. On March 28, 2007, Mr. Li's life was in imminent danger from all the tortures he suffered. He had to be rushed to the hospital with an oxygen tank. Yet, he was still handcuffed and shackled.
3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] The Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp Authorities Torture Practitioners
The Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City only allows the practitioners' families to visit them on the fifth, the fifteenth and the 25th day of every month. But before being able to see the practitioners, the labor camp authorities force the family members to first sign a statement that slanders Teacher and Dafa. There are more than 30 people locked together in the fifth brigade. The guards force practitioners to do slave labor for over ten hours a day.
4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Wang Shoujun Arrested
On the afternoon of March 23, 2007, Mr. Wang Shoujun was arrested. His personal materials including the books“Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” truth-clarification VCDs and pamphlets, a computer and a printer were confiscated. Mr. Wang is currently detained at the Nan'gang Police Station.
5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang Yingmin Arrested at Home
At around 5:00 p.m. on March 23, 2007, the police from the Shenyang City Tiexi Public Safety Bureau and the National Security Bureau went to Ms. Zhang Yingmin's home and arrested her. The police then sent her to the Shenyang Detention Center. They also confiscated her computer, printer, MP3 player, and VCDs.

On March 27, 2007, the police arrested practitioner Mr. Wu Hongsheng from Changchun City while he was still at work. Mr. Wu was sent to a detention center on March 28 where he is being tortured.
On March 27, 2007, an Internet police also arrested a male practitioner from Changchun City. His current situation is unknown.
7. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Su Weixia Arrested
At around 8:00 p.m. on March 27, 2007, about eight policemen from the Xinbin Town Police Station went to Ms. Su Weixia's home and arrested her.
On March 19, 2007, practitioner Ms. Guo Yandong and her mother Ms. Yang Cuiying were forcibly taken to the Luotai Mountain Village Brainwashing Center in Fushun City and tortured.
8. [Shanghai] Practitioner Ms. Wu Lizhu Sentenced to One Year in a Forced Labor Camp
On the afternoon of November 29, 2006, practitioner Ms. Wu Lizhu was clarifying the truth of Falun Gong near Zhongshan Park. For that, she was arrested and illegally sentenced to a year in the Qingpu Women's Forced Labor Camp.

Practitioner Ms. Song Cuiling used to work for a tractor company in Yanzhou City, Shandong Province. In January 2007, she told people about the true situation of Falun Gong. The company's security guard then abducted her. Ms. Song was taken to a forced labor camp in Jinan City and detained for a year.

On March 25, 2007, practitioner Ms. Kou Guolan from Dongyangbazhuang Village, Yongqing County, was clarifying the truth when someone reported her. Officer Yang Fenglin from the Longhuzhuang Police Station then arrested her. Ms. Kou is currently detained at the Yongqing County Detention Center. Her family has not been able to see her since her arrest.

11. [Qing County, Hebei Province] The Qing County Public Safety Bureau Persecutes Practitioner Mr. Zhang Jun
In March 2007, Mr. Zhang Jun told people about the true situation of Falun Gong and the persecution in Qianyu Village, Qing County, when someone reported him to the authorities. An officer from the Third Police Team of Qing County arrested and detained him at the Qing County Detention Center. Mr. Zhang has been released on a 10,000 yuan bail and is awaiting trial.
12. [Bazhou City, Hebei Province] Falun Gong Practitioners Arrested
On March 23, 2007, Shengfang Town, Bazhou City practitioners including Ms. Liu Hong, Ms. Fu Xiaomei and Ms. Wang Sufang were clarifying the truth when the police arrested them. Ms. Fu's and Ms. Wang's current whereabouts are unknown.

15. [Beijing] Practitioner Ms. Lu Shumin Tortured in the Beijing Women's Prison
Before Ms. Lu Shumin was sent to Beijing Women's Prison in 2005, she had been on a hunger strike at a detention center. When she was transferred to the fourth prison ward of the Beijing Women's Prison, she was very weak and couldn't walk steadily by herself. At the prison, she was injected with an unknown drug. A few days later, she became incoherent and lost her memory. The prison authorities also deprived her of sleep and punished her by forcing her to stand or sit on a small bench for a long period of time. Sometimes Ms. Lu was brutally beaten and tortured.

Mr. Liu Yi, a practitioner from Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, was sentenced to three years imprisonment after a year of being illegally detained. Mr. Liu was transferred to Tangshan Prison on March 29, 2007 for further torture.

The Futian Police Station in Shenzhen City arrested Shenzhen resident Mr. Li Fulin and detained him in the Futian Detention Center. Mr. Li's case has been transferred to the Futian “Procuratorate.”

On February 28, 2007, police officers from the Yongxing County 610 Office in Chenzhou City arrested Mr. Xu Xingguo and Mr. Xu Bin. Their case has been transferred to the procuratorate and the court.

Mr. Zhou Pingyang was a teacher. In 2001, he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for posting truth-clarification materials. His workplace also fired him. In July 2006, Duan Yun from the Chenxi 610 Office and Lü Yu from the Xiaoping Town 610 Office arrested Mr. Zhou again and sent him to the Huaihua Brainwashing Center.

20. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] More Details on the Persecution
Practitioner Ms. Li Fuyu, in her 60s, distributed truth-clarification materials in Zhijiang County in March 2007. Someone reported her and as a result, the police from Zhijiang County Public Safety Bureau and the Huaihua Railroad Public Safety Division arrested Ms. Li at home. Ms. Li is currently imprisoned in the Zhijiang County Detention Center.
Practitioner Ms. Yang Yinhua, 65 years old, from Huaihua City, distributed truth-clarification materials near the border of Zhijiang County and Xinhuang County. Someone reported her to the police. Officers from the Zhijiang County 610 Office and Political Legal Commission then broke into Ms. Yang's home and arrester her and her husband Mr. Yao Yuansheng. They also confiscated her Dafa books, truth-clarification materials, VCDs, and a tape recorder. She and her husband are currently detained in the Zhijiang County Detention Center.

Practitioner Ms. Zhang Guixian from Gejiu City, Honghezhou, Yunnan Province, distributed truth-clarification materials to the family housing of the former state government on March 10, 2007. Someone reported her to the police. Li Zhaoxian and Shen Zhenglan, the officers on duty, forcibly sent Ms. Zhang to a public safety bureau. The next day, six public officers went to Ms. Zhang's home to search for and confiscate her belongings. Ms. Zhang is currently detained in a detention center.

On March 16, 2007, police officers from the Yubei District Public Safety Bureau broke into Ms. Chen Changqiong's home. Ms. Chen is from Yubei District, Chongqing City. The officers arrested her and confiscated her Dafa books, a computer and a printer. Ms. Chen is currently detained at the detention center in Cuiping District, Yibin City.

Ms. Deng Hua was arrested by the police in March of 2001 because she distributed truth-clarification materials. She was sentenced to six years and sent to Chenzhou Prison in Hunan Province. In March 2007, she was released.
Practitioner Mr. Shao Zhixiang who is imprisoned in Chenzhou Prison in Hunan has recently developed a severe illness.
In January 2007, the patrol team officers arrested practitioner Mr. Lu Songming because he was clarifying the truth in Xingzipu Town, Shuangfeng County, Hunan. Mr. Lu has been detained at the Shuangfeng Detention Center in Hunan for over three months now.

27. [Xiangfan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Jie Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Jie was a teacher at the Renminlu Elementary School in Xiangfan City. One of the students' parents reported him to the police after he told the students the truth about Falun Gong. On the morning of March 27, 2007, over 20 people from the Xiangfan City 610 Office, the Migong Police Station, and the Municipal Education Commission went to Mr. Zhang's home, arrested him and confiscated his belongings. Mr. Zhang is currently being tortured in a detention center.

On March 3, 2007, practitioner Ms. Huang Min went missing near Caotang North Road. She is now illegally detained at the Chengdu City Forced Labor Camp. To protest her arrest, she went on a hunger strike and is very weak now.

In 2002, practitioner Ms. An Jingtao was illegally sentenced to five years in prison. After she had served her term, she was sentenced to another nine years in 2007 and sent to Heilongjiang Women's Prison for further torture.
