1. [Binzhou City, Shandong Province] Additional Facts Concerning 38 Illegally Arrested Falun Dafa Practitioners
Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Liu Lianchun and her husband, Ms. Yang Xiurong, Ms. Fan Linlin, Mr. Wei, Mr. Wang Honge, Ms. Li Qinghua, Ms. Shi Hongying, Mr. Wang Junhua, Ms. Wang Xiuqing and her husband were among the 38 practitioners who were “illegally arrested” on the afternoon of March 1, 2007.
2. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Sun Tinghui and Other Practitioners Maltreated at Hulan Prison
On March 3, 2007 Chen Weiqiang from the Education Department of Hulan Prison put Mr. Sun Tinghui, who was detained in the Eighth Ward, into solitary confinement for doing Falun Gong exercises.
Director Liu Linfeng and officer Zhang Wenbao brought Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Jian of the Ninth Ward into the office for doing the exercises. Zhang Wenbao beat Mr. Zhang and caused his right ear to bleed, and then he kicked and punched him until Mr. Zhang fell to the floor. When he got up they continued to beat him. Mr. Zhang is currently on strike to resist persecution.
Practitioner Ms. Zhu Lijun, also detained at Hulan Prison, had been on a hunger strike for quite some time to demand his release, and as a result his health appears to have deteriorated. Now he’s in great pain and unable to eat.

On February 20, 2007 Ms. Yan Tingyu, who’s detained in the Thirteenth Team, was forced to sit for an extended period. When her family found out about it on March 5 Yan Tingyu’s brother tried to call the Thirteenth Team Leader Wu Hongxun, and ended up speaking with a guard named Wu. He asked him, “I heard that my sister is sitting on an iron chair, are you persecuting her?” Wu openly admitted they were, saying, “She’s sitting on the iron chair right now.” Ms. Yan’s brother said, “You’re breaking the law,” to which Wu replied, “That’s right. If you want to sue me, go ahead. If you want to talk to our supervisors, feel free to do so.”

7. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Wang Wei Arrested at His Home
At 10:40 a.m. on March 6, 2007 officers of the National Security Team in Songyuan City joined forces with Jilatu Town police officers and broke into and ransacked Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Wei’s home in Zhala Village. They confiscated Dafa books and lecture audiotapes. Later that evening Mr. Wang and his wife were taken away from their home by the police.
8. [Qian’an County, Jilin Province] Guo Diancui and Three Other Practitioners Arrested
At about 9 p.m. on March 1, 2007 a group of police officers from the National Security Team in Qian’an County broke into Dafa practitioner Ms. Guo Dianqui’s home in Shizi Village, Zanzi Town. They took the 70 year-old woman to a detention center. At the same time officers from the Anchan Village Police Station arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Wang Fengbo and Ms. Jiang Chuanliang on the roadside, claiming that someone reported them. The officers searched them by force. Afterwards they illegally ransacked their homes.
After 10 o’clock on March 2, Wu Jingtao, assistant to the Chief of Ganan Township’s Police Station Number One, led a group of police officers and broke into Dafa practitioner Ms. Jia Guihua’s home. They illegally and forcefully ransacked Ms. Jia's home, and after they found Dafa books they arrested Jiang Guihua and took her to the detention center.

9. [Liaoning Province] Shenyang Prison Escalates the Persecution of Practitioner Zhang Huiqiang and Others
Since the beginning of March 1, 2007 officials at Prison Number One, Shenyang Prison City put illegally detained Dafa practitioners Mr. Zhang Huiqiang, Mr. Zhu Changming, Mr. Xing Qiaqiu, Mr. Gao Wenzhen and Mr. Liu Xiaoming into solitary confinement in order to escalate the persecution towards them.

10. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Song Guiqing and Four Other Dafa Practitioners Arrested
At 1:50 p.m. on March 3, 2007 more than 10 police officers from Baishan City Police Bureau arrested 58 year-old Dafa practitioner Ms. Song Guiqing, Ms. Sun Shufang, Ms. Liu Fang, Ms. Zhang Liyan and Ms. Sun Lijuan on the personal orders of police bureau president Liu Fujun. The Dafa practitioners are currently detained at Baishan City Police Bureau Detention Center. Their computers, printers and other property, valued at nearly 10,000 “yuan,” were confiscated.

13. [Beijing] Practitioner Sun Shuying Arrested and Her Home Ransacked
Beijing Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Shuying’s home was ransacked and she was arrested in December 2006. To this day her family hasn’t been allowed to visit her. They’ve only been informed that she’s been sentenced to two and half years in a forced labor camp.

15. [Shanghai City] Practitioners Sun Chongjin and Zhu Jianping Arrested
Between 9 and 11 p.m. on March 7, 2007 police officers from Yangpo broke into Dafa practitioner Mr. Sun Chongjin’s home. They arrested Sun Chongjin and Ms. Zhu Jianping and her husband, and they also confiscated many Dafa materials.
16. [Nanchang, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Gong Shaowu Arrested
On the afternoon of March 5, 2007, while Nanchang City Dafa practitioner Mr. Gong Shaofu, who’s in his sixties, was handing out truth-clarification materials at Nanchang City, he was arrested by police officers from Jingdong Police Station. Then a group of police officers illegally ransacked Mr. Gong’s home; they confiscated all his Dafa books and truth-clarification materials. Mr. Gong is still detained at the detention center.
17. [Zigong City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioner He Shuhua and Hu Shufang Arrested and Their Homes Ransacked
On the afternoon of March 6, 2007 police officers from Gongjing Sub-Bureau in Zigong City Police Bureau broke into Dafa practitioner Ms. He Shuhua and Ms. Hu Shufang’s homes. They ransacked their homes and arrested both of them. The pair was detained at Wuyuncun Detention Center in Zigong City that very night.
18. [Chongqing] Many Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested
On February 1, 2007 police officers from Yuzhong District arrested many Dafa practitioners. Currently, practitioner Ms. Huang Youfeng is serving one year of forced labor at Chongqing Women's Forced Labor Camp, Ms. Qianqian is serving 15 months, and Mr. Cheng Chao was taken to Chongqing Xishanping Men's Forced Labor Camp for one year of detention and is currently being held at Chongqing Goods Transfer Station.
19. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Practitioner Ms. Meiting Arrested on March 4, 2007
20. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Practitioner Zhang Suping and Others Arrested
On March 5, 2007 Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Suping from Hanzhong City was clarifying the truth at Hanzhong City Bus Manufacturing Factory when police officers from its Security Section reported her. She was later arrested by officers of the National Security Team in Hantai District of Hanzhong City and held at Xingyuan Hotel for detention.
On March 7, while Dafa practitioner Ms. Bai Hanying, Ms. Xiao Fenglian, Ms. Wen Mingfang were handing out “truth-clarification” materials in the suburbs, the locals reported them, and they were “illegally arrested” by officers of the National Security Team in Hantai District of Hanzhong City and held at Xingyuan Hotel.

21. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Dafa Practitioner Hu Xinzheng Arrested
On the afternoon of March 6, 2007 four police officers from the Politics and Security Section in Shanan Police Sub-Bureau in Zhoukou City arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Hu Xinzheng, who was looking after his book stand at Hehua Market. They ransacked his home that afternoon and confiscated all his Dafa books, and all the books he was selling. The Politics and Jurisdiction Committee 610 Office organized a meeting and invited the local community management committee and other related sections in an attempt to keep twenty Dafa practitioners who’ve been to Beijing to appeal to the government under surveillance.
22. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Huang Min Was Arrested at about 5 p.m. on March 3, 2007
23. [Neijiang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Cai Zongde Detained
Mr. Cai Zongde is an employee of Neijiang City Forging Factory. On the evening of February 8, 2007 he was arrested at his home by police officers from Neijiang City Haozikou Police Station. A month has passed and he’s still being held at Neijiang City Detention Center.

24. [Taonan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Yu Shuchun Arrested
On the afternoon of March 7, 2007 Taonan City Dafa practitioner Ms. Yu Shuchu was tricked into going to her company by the management of Taonan City Industry and Commerce Bureau. Then she was arrested by police officers from Baicheng City Police Bureau. She’s currently detained at Baicheng Police Bureau or detention center.
25. [Chongqing] Practitioner Li Xurong Arrested and His Home Ransacked
On February 1, 2007 police officers from Jiangbei District Police Sub-Bureau and Huaxinjie Police Station and some locals broke into Ms. Li Xurong’s home to arrest him. They ransacked his home and confiscated his Dafa books and Dafa materials.
26. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Chang Xiuying and Three Other Senior Dafa Practitioners Arrested
On the evening of February 28, 2007 four female Dafa practitioners, including Ms. Chang Xiuying, Ms. Yang Shuzhen and Ms. Li Yan from Gaosheng Oil Extraction Plant in Liaohe Petroleum Field went to the countryside in the neighborhood area and ended up being reported by someone. Police officers from Dahuang Police Station in Panshan County Police Bureau arrested them and now they’re illegally detained at the Panshan County Detention Center in Liaoning Province.

27. [Miyi, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Qiao Juyue Arrested
On March 5, 2007 National Security Team police officers Zhou Lin, Yang Xinhua, and Xu Xin arrested Ms. Qiao Juyue and took her to Miyi County Detention Center. On March 7 officers of the Meishan National Security Team took her away, and her current whereabouts are unknown.

28. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Du Xiuming and Du Xiujun Detained at a Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Du Xiuming from Anzhuang Village, Liangtang Town, Shandong Province works at Shiyu Chemical Factory in Liaocheng City of Guanxian. When he went shopping with a colleague in February 2007, military police arrested him and took him to the detention center. At the same time they arrested his brother Mr. Du Xiujun and confiscated his Dafa books. They extorted more than 5,000 yuan from the family. The brothers are currently serving one-year sentences at Zibo Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.
29. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Two Dafa Practitioners Arrested
On March 3, 2007 officers of the Xinjian Police Sub-Bureau Baishan City arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Song and another woman. National Security Team Vice-President Lu Dehe, Team Leader Li and ten others broke into Ms. Song’s home and ransacked it. Ms. Song is currently detained and being subjected to torture at Baishan City Detention Center.
30. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Wu Xiuhua Arrested
While Shidong Dafa practitioner Ms. Wu Xiuhua and other Dafa practitioners were putting up truth-clarification materials on February 23, Yuan Lizhong arrested them. Ms. Wu is detained and being subjected to torture at Suining Detention Center.

31. [Yiyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Chen Wei Illegally Sentenced
Yiyang Dafa practitioner Mr. Chen Wei was an employee at the Diesel Machine Factory in Binhu, Hunan Province. On June 4, 2002, officers of the Yiyang Police Force arrested him for making truth-clarification CDs. Later he was given a five-year sentence. Because he refused to quit practicing Falun Gong his term was extended for another two years at Jinshi Prison in Changde City.
