Practitioner Ms. Huang Xiaoying is fifty-five years old. Her home is located at Room 302 in the No. 12 Building on Jianshe Second Street in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. She is originally from Guizhou Province. Ms. Huang was illegally arrested in Pingtang County, Guizhou Province on July 19, 2005, and her whereabouts are currently unclear.

At noon on January 31, 2007, practitioner Ms. Qi Jing (fifty-four years old), a staff member of the Nanguan District Finance Bureau of Changchun City, was posting truth-clarification materials in the corridor of a building when she was forcibly taken away by a malicious person to the Qingming Police Station in Nanguan District, Changchun City. Her whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Yuan Ling Arrested
On the evening of February 5, 2007, practitioner Ms. Yuan Ling was arrested at home by a group of police officers including Zhang Xiaowu (male) from the Fengcai Police Station. Her three-year-old daughter was left home alone with no one to take care of her.
5. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Chou Liping Arrested
At about 2:00 p.m. on January 23, 2007, four police officers from the Shengyang Township Police Station of Dehui City, including Xu Chao (male), Liu Zhen (male) and Wang (male, surname) drove to the home of practitioner Mr. Chou Liping. They illegally ransacked the home without presenting any certificates, and they confiscated several Falun Dafa books. With the books as grounds for arrest, they arrested Mr. Chou Liping, who was working nearby at the Yinma River, loading sand into a vehicle, and forcibly took him to the Dehui City Detention Center, where he is being held illegally. Mr. Chou has been held for over half a month, and the detention center authorities still refuse to release him.

6. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Qiuzhen Forcibly Taken to Zhaoyuan City Brainwashing Center
On the afternoon of January 31, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhang Qiuzhen from Hui’an District of Yantai City was distributing truth-clarification materials near the Shihuiyao District, when she was forcibly taken to the police station by police officers. Later, Ms. Zhang was taken to the detention center where she was subjected to torture. In the detention center, Ms. Zhang Qiuzhen refused to comply with the persecutors' orders. On the afternoon of February 5, 2007, she was transferred to the Zhaoyuan City Brainwashing Center.
7. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liang Fenglan Detained in Fuxin Mongolia Autonomous County Detention Center
Practitioner Ms. Liang Fenglan from the Ping’an District of Fuxin Mongolia Autonomous County, Fuxin City went to Yimatu Town to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa on January 31, 2007. She was arrested by the Yimatu Town Police Station and then forcibly taken to the State Security Division of Fuxin Mongolia Autonomous County. Later, Ms. Liang was taken to the County Detention Center.
8. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Many Practitioners Detained
Practitioner Ms. Ren Zhifang from Laizhou City was injured in the Dianzi Brainwashing Center from being kicked by police officer Liu Jingbing (male), employed by the State Security Division. Ms. Ren Zhifang is no longer able to walk due to her injured knee. In addition, several practitioners have been transferred from the Dianzi Brainwashing Center to the Laizhou City Detention Center, where they are currently being held.
9. [Tuzhou City, Anhui Province] Mr. Zheng Jiaqiang Arrested
On January 30, 2007, police officers from the Tuzhou City 610 Office and the Fengyang County 610 Office in Anhui Province, led by police officers from Lierzhuang Village, broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Zheng Jiaqiang, located in Erpu Village. They ransacked the home and also arrested Mr. Zheng Jiaqiang and his wife, who is also a practitioner. His wife was released the following day, but the whereabouts of Mr. Zheng Jiaqiang are unclear.
10. [Tieli City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Xiang Arrested
Two police officers, Ye (male, surname) and Liu (male, surname), from the Shuangfeng Town Police Station of Tieli City in Heilongjiang Province broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Liu Xiang on February 2, 2007. They arrested Mr. Liu Xiang and took him to the Tieli City Detention Center, where he is being subjected to torture.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Guogong was arrested on a bus by the Lushan City Police on January 29, 2007. He is currently being held in the Jiujiang County Detention Center.

Practitioner Ms. Li Guiling from Changchun City was arrested on February 4, 2007. Her home is located in the Hanjiujuzi Village of Datunfufeng Town.
13. [Shenyang City Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Guirong Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison
Practitioner Ms. Li Guirong from Shenyang City is sixty-four years old. She was the principal of Hezhuo Elementary School in Shenyang City. She was arrested on October 17, 2006 when she was clarifying the truth. Recently, Ms. Li was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment by the Heping District Court of Shenyang City.

14. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Hao Yubao and Mr. Hao Shuxue Arrested
Practitioners Mr. Hao Yubao and Mr. Hao Shuxue from Lintun Village, Lintun Township, Zhuozhou City in Hebei Province were arrested by police officers from the Songlindian Town Police Station at around 9:00 p.m. on February 4, 2007 when they were hanging banners in Songlindian Town. When the family members of the two practitioners went to the police station to request the practitioners' release, the police officers tried to extort five thousand yuan from them as a prerequisite for the release of the practitioners. When they failed to extort any money, they forcibly took the two practitioners to the Zhuozhou City State Security Division and held them in the Zhuozhou City Detention Center.

15. [Beijing City] Ms. Wang Wenhua Suffering from Femoral Head Necrosis Due to Torture
Practitioner Ms. Wang Wenhua from Jiuxianqiao area of Chaoyang District of Beijing City was arrested by the Chaoyang District Police Department three months ago. She was held in the Chaoyang District Detention Center of Beijing City, and was later transferred to the Daxing Relocation Center. Ms. Wang is currently suffering from femoral head necrosis due to torture, and she is no longer able to walk.
16. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhou Hongbo Arrested
On February 5, 2007, practitioner Mr. Zhou Hongbo from Hujitumo Town, Dumeng County in Daqing City was arrested when he was simply walking on the street. Mr. Zhou is currently being held in the Dumeng County Detention Center.
Mr. Zhou Hongbo started to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. He started a kindergarten center in his home. In April 2002, Mr. Zhou Hongbo was arrested by police and was held for two months before he was released home.

17. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Shi Denglin Forcibly Taken to a Brainwashing Center in October 2006
Practitioner Mr. Shi Denglin from Guiyang City in Guizhou Province is in his forties. He used to be a battalion level cadre in the army. After he was demobilized, he started to practice Falun Dafa. After the persecution started on July 20, 1999, because Mr. Shi Denglin exposed the persecution, he was arrested and sentenced to five years of imprisonment. Mr. Shi Denglin has been steadfast in his belief, and he refused to be "transformed." Because of this, he was subjected to brutal torture and was held beyond his sentenced term of imprisonment. He was released in August 2006.
In October 2006, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Residential Committee of the Longlu Social District in the Nanming District, Guiyang City, took Mr. Shi to "have a conversation." Mr. Shi Denglin refused to write the Three Statements and was forcibly taken to the brainwashing center by the local 610 Office. His family members did not even know about it.
18. [Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Jizhong Subjected to Forced Labor
Practitioner Mr. Li Jizhong from Zhangqiu City was detained by the Zhangqiu City 610 Office when he went there to request the return of his confiscated cell phone, money, and deposit slips on February 5, 2007. He was transferred to the Wangcu Forced Labor Camp on the same day and sentenced to three years of forced labor. Mr. Li Jizhong is currently on a hunger strike to protest the illegal arrest and imprisonment.
19. [Huazhou City, Guangdong Province] The Persecution of Mr. Huang Wei
On August 24, 2004, when practitioner Mr. Huang Wei from Heping Farm of Huazhou City was selling books in his own little bookstore, police from the Huazhou City State Security Division and Heping Farm Police Station broke into Mr. Huang Wei’s home and took him to the police station. Subsequently, they held him in the Maoming City Legal School (a brainwashing center) for over twenty days before they imprisoned him in the No. 2 Detention Center of Huazhou City.
Mr. Huang Wei was sentenced to forced labor and was held in the "Strict Monitoring Group" of the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp. After he was under "Strict Monitoring" for fifteen days, he was held in the so-called "Storm Fortification Base" on October 28, 2004.
After being held there for two months, Mr. Huang Wei started a hunger strike to protest the persecution. At the beginning of 2005, Mr. Huang was held in the forced labor camp hospital where he was subjected to brutal forced-feeding. After he resumed taking in food, Mr. Huang was held in the No. 4 Group of the Second Division, where he was subjected to brutal beating. Mr. Huang Wei went on a hunger strike again to protest.
After Mr. Huang Wei once again resumed eating, he was put into solitary confinement. During this period of time, he was shocked with an electric baton twice. Mr. Huang went on a hunger strike again to protest. In the afternoon of the following day, he was held in the Office of the Cadre, where he was again shocked with an electric baton. After that, he was held in solitary confinement. During this period of time, Mr. Huang Wei was shocked with an electric baton three times. Mr. Huang experienced severe dehydration. The persecutors force-fed him. After the force-feeding, Mr. Huang Wei’s mouth started foaming, as if he had been poisoned. After they took Mr. Huang for blood tests, the persecutors no longer dared to subject him to force-feeding and confinement. Mr. Huang was held in the Hospital Retention Department.
After Mr. Huang Wei resumed eating again, he was held again in the "Special Monitoring Group" on June 17, 2006. He went on a hunger strike for a month to protest. This time, he was put into the Hospital Retention Department for force-feeding. Mr. Huang was released from the Hospital Retention Department on December 20, 2006. After he returned home, the local police station frequently went to his home to harass and threaten him.

20. [Luanping County, Hebei Province] The Persecution of Mr. Zheng Haitao and Others
On February 6, 2007, practitioner Mr. Zheng Haitao (a taxi cab driver) from Luanping County was arrested in Tong County, Beijing City. At around 6:00 p.m., he was taken back to Luanping County and his home was ransacked.
On the evening of January 9, 2007, police officers from the Pingquan County Police Department and the Woyou Town Police Station went to arrest practitioners and ransack their homes.
