(Clearwisdom.net) On the day of the Chinese New Year, the 10th Annual Parade was held by the Vietnamese Community in San Jose. More than ten thousand people from Northern California watched the parade and celebrated the Chinese New Year.

As usual, the Falun Gong group was the biggest in the parade. The traditional Chinese culture that the Falun Gong group demonstrated was welcomed by the organizers and the spectators.
A banner saying "Falun Dafa is good" led the group. After the banner, it was the Divine Land Marching Band, who performed songs such as "Falun Dafa is good," "America the beautiful" and so on. Their performances were all welcomed by the spectators.
The purpose of Falun Gong practitioners attending the parade is to give people a chance to learn more about "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and to spread traditional Chinese culture.
Practitioners also demonstrated the exercises. The organizer told the spectators that the exercises help people relax. The old ladies at the end of the procession opened a blue banner which said "Falun Dafa."
After seven years of clarifying the truth, more and more people in the Bay Area have learned about the Falun Gong and the persecution. Practitioners will continue to help more people learn the truth until the persecution ends.
