Today's report relates persecution incidents that involve 16 cities or counties in 12 provinces. 1. [Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] The Persecution of Practitioners at the Tumuji Forced Labor Camp
More than 20 practitioners are being held at Tumuji Forced Labor Camp. They include Ms. Wan Xiuying from Tongliao City, Ms. Shi Junlan from Genhe City, Ms. Zhang Shujie and Ms. Gao Wa from the Baokang City, Ms. Yan Liping from Yakeshi City, Ms. Fu Zhixia, Ms. Wang Guiyan, Ms. Ma Xiuping, Ms. Xiao Lijuan, and Ms. Li Yuxia.
Ms. Wan Xiuying suffers from hypertension and is in serious condition, but the authorities still will not release her.
Ms. Fu Zhixia has a severe stomachache but the guards often make her work overtime.
Guards in the labor camp tortured practitioners with electric batons. They abused practitioners otherwise and slandered Dafa and Master. They forced practitioners to watch Dafa-slandering videos and recite the so-called "forced labor camp regulations."
2. [Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Yan Arrested
Ms. Zhang Yan and her parents attempted to visit Ms. Zhang's brother, Mr. Zhang Chunbao, in the Deyang Prison at 2:00 p.m. on December 6, 2007. Guards denied their visit because Mr. Zhang refused to give up Falun Gong.
Several plainclothes policemen arrested Ms. Zhang at the prison gate when she left. She is presently being held at the Beichuan County Detention Center in Mianyang City.
3. [Huangshi City, Hubei Province] The Persecution of Mr. Feng Zhigang
Mr. Feng Zhigang was arrested in the Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, on September 23, 2007. He has been held at the district's detention center for 88 days.
4. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chen Lianying Arrested
Someone reported 62-year-old Ms. Chen Lianying from Zhaoyuan City at 4:00 p.m. on December 9, 2007, when she explained the facts of Falun Gong to people. Personnel from the city's 610 Office arrested her and took her to the Linglongtai Brainwashing Center. They also ransacked her home.
5. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Hu Wenjing Arrested
Personnel from the Zhengzhou City's Dashiqiao Police Station went to the Shishang Patty Residential Area and arrested Ms. Hu Wenjing the night of November 10, 2007. She is presently being held at the Wanqing Resort Brainwashing Center.

6. [Yanbian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Shao Yunhai Arrested
Fifty-two-year-old Mr. Shao Yunhai from Mudan Village, Dongguang Township, Wangqing County, explained the facts of Falun Gong to an accountant in the Xintian Division but was reported to police. Personnel from the Baicaogou Town Police Station arrested him on December 3, 2007. He is presently being held at the county's Zhong'an Detention Center.
7. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qi Ling Arrested
Personnel from the Dongting Police Station and from the Wuchong Residential Committee in Qingyuzui, Chejialing, arrested Ms. Qi Ling at 11:00 a.m. on December 10, 2007. The arrest happened when she was explaining the facts of Falun Gong in a community. She was taken to the Wuhan City No.1 Women's Detention Center.

9. [Wei County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Shuping Released after 22 Days of Persecution
Ms. Yang Shuping from Wei County was released from Zhangjiakou City No. 1 Detention Center on December 5, 2007, after being detained for 22 days.
Personnel from the Wei County Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Yang's home the morning of November 13, 2007. They arrested her and confiscated a television, a computer, a satellite receiver, some Dafa books, and 2,000 yuan cash. They cuffed Ms. Yang's hands behind the back and took her into the county police department. Police interrogated her and tried to fingerprint her against her will. They handcuffed her left hand to a heating pipe while four policemen grabbed her right hand in attempt to get her fingerprint. Ms. Yang resisted for an hour. Her right hand turned black and blue. The police never could get her fingerprint. They put her in the Zhangjiakou City No.1 Detention Center.
Ms. Yang staged a hunger strike in the detention center. Police there used a comb to pry her mouth open and loosened her front teeth. When they force-fed her, she vomited uncontrollably. They then took Ms. Yang to the city's No. 1 Hospital for a transfusion.
About 13 practitioners are presently being held at the No. 1 Detention Center.
10. [Nanyue City, Hunan Province] 610 Office Agents Arrest Mr. Kuang Changyun
Nanyue City 610 Office agents arrested Mr. Kuang Changyun on December 10, 2007, when he explained the facts of Falun Gong and distributed copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in a market. He is presently being held at a detention center.
11. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Li Kun's Family Tried to Visit Him But Were Turned Away
Mr. Li Kun is presently being held in Yangjiang Prison. His family went to visit him many times, but was stonewalled because Mr. Li refused to give up practicing Falun Gong.
12. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Niu Guixiang Being Held in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Niu Guixiang from the Heping District, Shenyang City, lives at the Shenyang Army Base Logistics Department's No. 16 Building. Police arrested her and her son in Zhujia Town, the Dongling District, in June 2007. They are presently being held at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
13. [Shandong Province] Personnel from the Linqu County Police Department Attempted to Arrest Practitioners
Personnel from Linqu County Police Department, the 610 Office, and from the Wujing Town Police Station went to Songshan Nuanshuihe Village to arrest practitioners at 6:00 p.m. on December 7, 2007. They went to the homes of Mr. Wang Antai, Mr. Wang Xingjian, Mr. Wang Dechun, and Mr. Liu Furui, but fortunately these practitioners were not at home.
14. [Bazhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Runhui, an Employee of the Huabei Oil Field No. 2 Oil Extraction Factory, Was Arrested at 11:00 a.m. on December 11, 2007

Ms. Liu Yinghua is being held at a forced labor camp, and Ms. Li Guangzhi is being held at the Fushan Detention Center.
16. [Feicheng City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from Tai'an City Police Department arrested Mr. Niu Zhiqun, an employee of the Fengcheng City Chazhuang Mine, the afternoon of November 26, 2007. Feicheng City Police Department agents arrested Ms. Shi Ruifen, an employee of the Chazhuang Mine's Kindergarten, the afternoon of November 27, 2007. Two older practitioners had 1,000 yuan extorted from them at the mine's police station.
17. [Xingyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Ma Chunying Persecuted
Ms. Ma Chunying from Guangwu Town, Xingyang City, was arrested and taken to the Guangwu Police Station the afternoon of August 26, 2007, when she distributed truth clarification materials on Guangwu Street. The police grabbed her hair to take a front-view picture of her. They took her to the Zhaihe Detention Center in the middle of the night. Ms. Ma has been released.
18. [Xingyang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Aihua Arrested
Personnel from the National Security Division arrested Ms. Liu Aihua from her home and ransacked the place. Ms. Liu is presently being held at the division.
19. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Ruijuan Was Arrested on November 21, 2007, for Distributing Truth Clarification Materials
20. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhou Guoying and Her Husband, Mr. Xu Changzhi, Arrested
Police arrested Mr. Xu Changzhi the night of December 9, 2007. Ms. Zhou Guoying, Mr. Xu's wife, was also arrested, at 11:00 a.m. the next day. They are presently being held at the Chengguan Police Station.
21. [Sichuan Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrest of Practitioners at a Dafa Materials Production Site
The police arrested Ms. Qu Rongshu, Ms. He Peijing, Ms. Zhou Xiaohua, Ms. Zhang Huali, and an unknown practitioner from a site that produces truth clarification materials. The arrests occurred on December 3, 2007. Mr. Xu Deyu was arrested at his home. Ms. Zhang escaped from the police station that same evening.
22. [Gaotang County, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Lihua Held at a Detention Center
Four officers from the Yuqiuhu Police Station, from the Renhe Police Station, and from the Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Gao Lihua from Gaotang County, Liaocheng City, at 4:00 p.m. on December 3, 2007. They confiscated all Dafa books and put her in a detention center.
