After I explained the facts to her about the persecution of Falun Gong, she started to sincerely believe in the universal principles of "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Tolerance," and agreed to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Soon, the new head came. I took the initiative to talk to her. One time I invited her to lunch, and I explained the facts about Falun Gong to her and advised her to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Because it was her first time hearing these facts, she did not understand very much of it. I then sent her some truth-clarifying materials and historical documents via e-mail. After she understood the truth, she selected an alias and expressed her desire to withdraw from the Youth League.
Soon she sent me an invitation to her wedding. A close colleague said to me, "She just joined the company, and you are not young anymore. You will probably not have any interactions with her in the future related to work, so it is not necessary to attend the wedding and to spend money for gifts." I thought that although the office head had learned the truth, her husband-to-be still did not know the truth, and it was a good opportunity to meet him so that I could talk to him. I decided to attend.
My colleagues asked me to give a speech on behalf of the guests from our company at the wedding. First I praised the office head for her warm heart and moral character, and her willingness to help others, and I congratulated the groom for marrying such a kind, virtuous girl. I wished them a harmonious life for a hundred years and having a happy life. I then sang the song "True Feelings are Forever," to express my congratulations. What I did at the wedding left her husband with a deep impression of me. When the office head returned from her honeymoon, I wrote a letter explaining the truth about Falun Gong and asked her to pass the letter to her husband. Her husband soon responded, agreeing to withdraw from the Youth League. I probably will not see her husband again, but a life was thus saved. I felt happy for them from the depths of my heart.
The head of a workshop is my good friend, and I have already helped her to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. She remained unmarried until quite late in life. When she got married, she did not hold a wedding banquet. Soon after the marriage, her husband came to our company to work. To express my congratulations, I invited them to dinner. At the dinner I explained the facts about Falun Gong to him and advised him to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. He expressed an immediate desire to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. The head of the workshop subsequently held a wedding banquet. I went to the banquet because I thought that there could be people with predestined relationships waiting for me to clarify the truth to them.
I happened to sit next to a driver at the banquet. He was a young man in his early twenties. He was hardworking and honest. His girlfriend was a receptionist at the company headquarters front desk. I told him that his girlfriend was very pretty and looked very happy, and I started chatting with him. He was very pleased. Then I started explaining the facts about Falun Gong to him. The young man told me he had known a long time ago that the Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident was staged. He told me when he had driven to Hong Kong on business, he had read all kinds of flyers, and he knew that Falun Dafa was the righteous Fa, and that Falun Gong practitioners are the most honest and kindest people in the world. He also told me that the CCP's propaganda against Falun Gong are full of fabrications and slander, and the CCP cannot be trusted. I then asked him whether he knew about withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliated organizations to ensure a safe future. He said he did, but did not know how to do it in China. I told him I could help him. He then chose an alias and asked me to help him with the withdrawal.
When I went to work on the following day, I talked to the young driver's girlfriend, and she agreed to withdraw, as well.
"Of course, these things that I just discussed, seen from another angle, are also meant to tell you that the fact that the old cosmos could last up through to today and reach this point, and the fact that sentient beings and mankind have been able to remain up to the present, is because these beings have been awaiting salvation. In other words, then, they have been waiting for Dafa disciples to establish their mighty virtue and at the same time show the capacity Dafa disciples have for saving sentient beings." ("Fa Teaching at the U.S. Capital", July 22, 2007) In order to have enough time to study the Fa, I had previously rarely attended social events or activities. Using my advanced age as an excuse, I frequently avoided various activities our company hosted. During the two past years, I have taken the initiative to participate in the theatrical performances the company organized. I took the lead to organize the members of our organization for rehearsals to become familiar with the colleagues who recently joined the company, so that I could explain the facts to them according to their individual circumstances. I also sang solo or led the chorus on stage to get people from the company and workshops to know me, so that I could explain the truth to the people I came into contact with at work. Many people thought that I was becoming more like a young person in my old age. However, in my mind I clearly understand that divine beings want me to save these people.
