(Clearwisdom.net) The following persecution incidents happened in 14 provinces and 29 cities or counties. They cover 15 practitioners' detention situations and at least 48 practitioners' arrests.
1. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaoyun and Ms. Wang Xiaofeng Arrested
On the evening of September 20, 2007, seven police officers from the Fumin Police Station in Xinfu District, Fushun City, broke into Ms. Wang Xiaoyun's home and took her into custody. Ms. Wang Xiaoyun's sister, Ms. Wang Xiaofeng, was visiting their mother, who lives with Ms. Wang Xiaoyun, at that time. The police arrested her as well. They also ransacked both of their homes and confiscated Dafa books. When their family members went to the Fumin Police Station to visit them, the police refused to let them see her.

2. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Zhang Daidi Arrested, Her Elderly Parents in Grief
Ms. Zhang Daidi, 59 years old, is a practitioner from Jiujiang City. On the morning of September 10, 2007, plainclothes police officers illegally arrested her while she was clarifying the truth to people. Ms. Zhang is detained in the Jiujiang City Detention Center.
After hearing the news of her arrest, Ms. Zhang's mother, in her 80s, suffered a fall while she was anxiously trying to find out where her daughter was detained. Her injury was quite severe.
3. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Yue Shuqin from the Zhaoyuan Farm Arrested for Refusing to Sign Guarantee Statement
On September 17, 2007, Wen Changjun, the director of Suihua Reclamation Bureau, requested each Falun Gong practitioner in the Zhaoyuan Farm, Daqing City to sign the Guarantee Statement. Ms. Yue Shuqing refused to sign and was taken into custody.
4. [Fengning County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Ruilian, Mr. Zheng Yongsheng and Four Other Practitioners Arrested
Between 10:00 p.m. And 12:00 a.m. on September 13, 2007, the police arrested Ms. Lui Ruilian; her husband, Mr. Fang Haimin; and Ms. Xiong Wanlian. Their homes were also ransacked. Mr. Zheng Yongsheng, Mr. Ma Xinlong, and Mr. Zhang Haiting have been recently arrested as well. All the arrested practitioners are from Fengning County.
5. [Beijing] Practitioner Ms. Zhong Ximin Arrested
In the middle of September 2007, police arrested Beijing practitioner Ms. Zhong Ximin. They ransacked her home the same night. It was reported that Ms. Zhong was transferred to the Chaoyang District Police Department in Beijing.
6. [Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] On August 28, 2007, Police from the Dawukou District Police Department Arrested and Detained Practitioner Ms. Li Ailing from the Dawukou District
7. [Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Cheng Shuirong Arrested
Ms. Cheng Shuirong is a practitioner from Zhaoqing City. At around noon on September 18, 2007, the police arrested her while she was working in her shop in the Jinggangshan Market in Zhaoqing City.
8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Chuanhua Arrested
Ms. Zhao Chuanhua, in her 60s, is a practitioner from Shiqiao Village, Tanfang Town, Weifang City. At around 1:00 p.m. on September 10, 2007, several plainclothes police officers arrested her while she was celebrating her sister's birthday at her sister's home. Ms. Zhao's whereabouts are unknown.
9. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Practitioner Ms. Lai Li Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
At around noon on August 27, 2007, police from the West Zhongshan Road Police Station arrested Ms. Lai Li while she was clarifying the truth at West Zhongshan Road. Recently, Ms. Lai was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

10. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Song Shuming Arrested
Ms. Song Shuming was a volunteer instructor at the Leshan City Falun Gong Assistance Center. In July 2007, local police asked her to come to the police station to answer questions, but she never came back. It was reported that her husband went to the police station with her and she was arrested.
11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Bai Yuyuan Arrested
Ms. Bai Yuyuan is an employee of of Chuanhua Company Repairing Division in the Qingbanjiang District, Chengdu City. On the afternoon of September 13, 2007, police from the Security Division of Chuanhua Company arrested her while she and her husband were taking a walk. She was transferred to the Jintang Detention Center the same night.

12. [Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Shaochuan Arrested
Ms. Wu Shaochuan is from the Chikan District, Zhanjiang City. At around 9:00 p.m. on September 6, 2007, Huang Zuhua, the director of the Chikan District 610 Office, went to Ms. Wu's home with several other officials and arrested her. Ms. Wu was taken away in her pajamas and slippers. Her daughter was left at home alone. Ms. Wu is detained in the brainwashing center in the Zhanjiang City Law System School.
13. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Practitioner Ms. Huang Suzhen Sentenced to Forced Labor
On September 12, 2007, Ms. Huang Suzhen was arrested at home. Several police officers broke into her home, pushed her against the bed, and beat her. Then, four police officers pulled her downstairs. Her skirt was torn, and her shoes fell off. When they pushed her into the car, they slapped her twice. Ms. Huang's home was ransacked and was left in a mess, and the police confiscated Dafa books. When her family went to the Ganmengtang Police Station to inquire about her whereabouts, they were told that she was taken to Zhongba Women's Labor Camp the same day she was arrested.
14. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner's Family Harassed
Practitioner Ms. Wei Denghui is an employee of the Sichuan Chemical Industry Group in Chengdu City. On May 25, 2007, Gao Daoyun, the chief of the Sichuan Chemical Industry Group Security Division, interrogated Ms. Wei and slapped her. After Ms. Wei exposed the persecution to the public, police from the Qingbaijiang District Police Department and officials from 610 Office followed and monitored Ms. Wei's husband, Mr. Fu Yuzhi, for more than three months. They are planning ways to persecute Ms. Wei and her family next.
15. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] On August 22, 2007, Practitioner Ms. Peng Yuping Was Arrested and Detained in Nanzhou Road Detention Center in the Haizhu District for 15 Days, Then Transferred to the Brainwashing Center in the Zhanjiang City Law System School.
16. [Wuhai City, Hubei Province] Police Arrest Practitioner Ms. Xue
On the morning of September 19, 2007, three practitioners from the Guanshan Area in the Hongshan District, Wuhai City, Ms. Xue (in her 50s) Mr. Chen (in his 30s), and Ms. Yang (in her 40s) were taken into custody for questioning at around the same time, and their homes were ransacked. Their current situation is unknown.
17. [Dazhu County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qin Liangying and Mr. Zhou Fengbi Arrested
Officials from the Dazhu County 610 Office, police from the State Security Division of the Dazhu County Police Department, and police from the Qinghe Town Police Station arrested Ms. Qin Liangying (52 years old) and Mr. Zhou Fengbi (58 years old) while they were distributing truth-clarification materials in Qinghe Town, Dazhu County. Their family members went to their local police station to request their release, but the police told them nothing, claiming that they didn't know who handled their cases.
18. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Chen Caiwang Taken to a Brainwashing Center
In August 2007, the Puqi Land Management Bureau in Chibi City held a brainwashing session in its boarding facilities. Practitioner Mr. Chen Caiwang was taken to the facility, but he refused to cooperate with their brainwashing attempts. Mr. Chen was released two days later.
The Puqi Land Management Bureau has actively persecuted practitioners during the past several years. There were four incidents in which practitioners were forcibly taken to the Tangxun Lake Brainwashing Center in Hubei Province.

19. [Liaoning Province] Mr. Chen Kaiqu Brutally Persecuted in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
There are about six practitioners detained in the Second Ward of the First Male Division of Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. One of them is Mr. Chen Kaiqu from Fujian Province. He is 31 years old and has a Master's degree. Currently, Mr. Chen is being brutally persecuted, and he was not allowed to sleep for five days straight.
20. [Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province] Fujin City Police Department Officials Arrest Mr. Wang Keping and Three Other Practitioners
On September 17, 2007, Mr. Wang Keping, practitioner Liu (gender and given name unknown) and two other practitioners were arrested at their workplace.
21. [Fuyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Dai Zhong and Mr. Sui Tianlong Arrested
Mr. Dai Zhong and Mr. Sui Tianlong are practitioners from Conggou Township, Fuyuan County. On the afternoon of September 18, 2007, the local police and seven police officers from the Fuyuan County Police Department arrested Mr. Dai Zhong somewhere close to his home and confiscated a television set and a satellite dish from his home. Then they arrested Mr. Sui Tianlong in a shop and confiscated two television sets and a printer from his home.
22. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Mr. Zhang Baodong and Mr. Li Jingyi Arrested
At around 8:00 a.m. on September 18, 2007, Mr. Zhang Baoding, an employee of the Dashang Group, went to practitioner Mr. Zhang Wei's parents' home. Police from the Tianjin Street Police Station in the Zhongshan District, Dalian City, broke into their home and arrested Mr. Zhang. They confiscated Master's picture. Mr. Zhang is detained in a small dark room on the second floor of the Tianjin Street Police Station.
On the morning of September 12, 2007, several police officers arrested Mr. Li Jingyi when he was getting his retirement payment at the neighborhood committee office. He was detained in the Tianjin Street Police Station, then transferred to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City. His current situation is unknown.
23. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] On September 9, 2007, Zhu Jianmin, a Police Officer from the Yuxi Road Police Station in Yantai City, Arrested Ms. Sun Yuhua

24. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Police Surround Mr. Liang Yening at His Home
On the morning of September 19, 2007, police surrounded practitioner Mr. Liang Yening at his home. Details on the situation are unknown. Prior to this, the police from the Dongyuan Police Station and officials from the neighborhood committee had harassed him many times.

25. [Rushan City, Shandong Province] Supplementary Information on the Persecution of Ms. Jiang Guiying
Practitioner Ms. Jiang Guiying, in her 40s, is a former employee of the Canned Food Company. On the morning of August 29, 2007, Wang Gang, an officer from the Rushan City State Security Division, and three police officers ransacked Ms. Jiang's home. She was not at home at that time. The police told her husband that he was not allowed to make any phone calls. Then, they waited for Ms. Jiang at her home until she returned. They immediately pushed her into a police car. After Ms. Jiang was detained for 15 days, she was sentenced to two years of forced labor. She is detained in Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City. Ms. Jiang's husband was so upset by her situation that he fell ill. He was not able to get out of bed.
Ms. Jiang had been sentenced to three years of forced labor before, but she was sent back home due to a heart problem.

26. [Tianjin] Police Arrest Practitioner Mr . Zhou Lianhe
Mr. Zhou Lianhe is from Xujiatai Township, Ji County, Tianji. On September 14, 2007, police from Xujiatai Township Police Station and officials from the Ji County 610 Office went to Mr. Zhou's home while he was having lunch and arrested him. They confiscated Dafa books, a DVD player, and more than 20 truth-clarification DVDs.
27. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] State Security Agents Arrest Practitioner Ms. Ba Shuqun
Ms. Ba Shuqun is from Jinan City and an employee of the Jinan City Library. From September 10 to 11, State Security agents secretly followed Ms. Ba, then arrested her. Her whereabouts are unknown.
During those two days, a Dafa truth-clarification materials production center was ransacked. Police confiscated a computer, three printers, 6,000 yuan in cash, one DVD player, a satellite dish, a 250GB hard drive, an 80GB hard drive, an MP3 player, a recorder pen, truth-clarification materials, Dafa books, and paper.
28. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Zhaoxiu from Wulian County Arrested
Ms. Liu Zhaoxiu, 53 years old, is from Wulian County. On September 13, 2007, Ms. Liu suddenly disappeared. Later, it was reported that police from Wulian County arrested her and detained her in the Wulian County Detention Center. On September 17, 2007, police ransacked Ms. Liu's home. Mr. Liu's husband went to the detention center several time to visit her; however, the police refused to let him see her.
29. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Police Ransack Mr. Zhou Hengcai's Home and Arrest His Wife
At around 9:00 a.m. on September 19, 2007, four police officers ransacked practitioner Mr. Zhou Hengcai's home. They arrested his wife and confiscated a paper cutter.
30. [Li County, Hebei Province] Ms. Cui Xiaoxian and Two Other Practitioners Arrested
On September 19, 2007, Ms. Cui Xiaoxian, Ms. Wen Zhen, and Ms. Yu Mei, practitioners from Li County, distributed truth-clarification materials and were reported to the authorities. Wang Junchang, an officer from the Li County State Security Division, along with several officers, broke into their homes. They ransacked their homes and confiscated many belongings including bank deposit receipts, cash, a television set, a notebook computer, a printer, Dafa books and exercise tapes, and a bag full of truth-clarification DVDs. All three practitioners were arrested and detained in the Li County Police Department.

31 . [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Duwang County Police Arrest and Harass Several Practitioners
On the evening of September 17, 2007, the Baoding City Police Department, the Baoding City State Security Division (610 Office), the Wangdu County Police Department, the Wangdu County 610 Office, and the Jiacun Township Police Station jointly sent out 12 police cars to search for NTDTV satellite receivers in Zhangguo Village and Wangwen Village in Jiacun Township.
At around 8:00 a.m. on September 18, 2007, they searched practitioner Ms. Sun Xingkun's home in Zhangguo Village and practitioner Ms. Liu Suguo's home in Wangwen Village. They confiscated Ms. Liu's satellite dish, a receiver and a signal transmitter, and an antenna. They arrested Ms. Liu and her husband (a non-practitioner). Their whereabouts are unknown. From Ms. Sun's home, they confiscated a satellite dish, a receiver, a signal transmitter, an antenna, a printer, a paper cutter, and some materials. They damaged two locks and rummaged through the granary. The grain was strewn all over the floor. Ms. Sun escaped with righteous thoughts. Twelve police cars went to Zhangguo Village and surrounded it. They searched door to door that afternoon for Ms. Sun. The reward money for reporting her was 5,000 yuan. Ms. Sun's husband was working outside the village. The couple is now homeless.
32. [Huairen County, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Min Persecuted Again
Ms. Liu Min is from Huairen County. At around 5:00 a.m. on September 12, 2007, Ren Jianqing, the director of the Shuzhou City State Security Division, arrested Ms. Liu. An hour later, police officers climbed over the wall and broke into and ransacked her home.
33. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Cuizhu Arrested
Ms. Zhao Cuizhu is an employee of the Pingdu City Agricultural Machinery Bureau. After secret agents followed her on September 6, 2007, police from the Pingdu City Police Department went to her workplace and arrested her. She is detained in the Pingdu City Detention Center.
34. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Elderly Practitioner Ji (Given Name Unknown) Arrested While Distributing Truth-clarification Materials
35. [Tianjin] Practitioner Ms. Gao Zhiyun Arrested
Ms. Gao Zhiyun is from Beisi Village, Huangzhuang Township, the Wuqing District, Tianjin. On September 14, 2007, when Ms. Gao went to her child's teacher-parent conference, she clarified the truth to the teachers at the Huangzhuang Township Middle School. She was reported to the authorities. On September 18, 2007, police from the Huangzhuang Township Police Station arrested Ms. Gao. She is detained in the Wuqing District Detention Center.
