(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Dafa practitioner from Dalian City. At around midnight one night, my son lost control of his bicycle while turning a corner, and he fell to the ground. As a result, he was badly injured and lost consciousness. A police officer found him and took him to the hospital, but twenty-four hours later he was still unconscious. A CT scan was conducted and showed that he had serious brain stem damage and some blood clots. The doctor told us, "It will take at least ten days for him to wake up, and the possibility of him surviving is only around 20%. If he does survive, he will not be like his old self. He may even be in a vegetative state. You should be prepared for any of these situations."
The doctor also asked me, "How much money do you have? The treatments can cost at least 100,000 to 200,000 yuan. Can you afford it? Maybe we shouldn't do the treatment, as suffering for a short period of time is better than suffering for a long time." I replied, "I don't have money. If worse comes to worse, I could sell my house to have my son treated. But he'll wake up for sure."
While the doctor was preparing to move my son to the intensive care unit, I whispered in his ear, "Son, recite 'Falun Dafa is good' and you'll be okay. You must remember this!" I said, "It'll work, he will definitely be okay." My sister then said, "If elder sister says it'll work, then he'll be okay."
After returning home, I felt very pained in my heart. I knew as a practitioner, when one person practices Falun Dafa, the whole family benefits. What happened to my son was because of my shortcomings that allowed the evil to take advantage of my loopholes. I looked within and found my problem. For more than two months, I have not been doing well with the three things because I have been busy taking care of my youngest sister who was sick in the hospital, and my ninety-year-old father. Since my mind was too attached to human affection, the old forces took advantage of this. As a practitioner, I knew that having strong faith in Teacher and Falun Dafa was the only way to destroy the old force's arrangement. The evil was not qualified to interfere even if I had shortcomings, as I only accepted Teacher's arrangements, not those of the old forces.
In front of Teacher's photo and with my palms pressed together, I asked Teacher to help my son and strengthen my righteous thoughts. I also asked several practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts every hour on the hour.
When I went back to the hospital the next day, the doctor said, "Your son is out of his coma! It's a real miracle! It's unbelievably miraculous!" Seven days later, my son was out of the intensive care unit. I told my son, "My Teacher saved your life and gave you a second chance." He said, "Mom, I've been continuously reciting what you told me." Hearing what he said, I sat down on the floor and cried. I was very grateful to Teacher.
A month later, my son was released from the hospital, and he could walk down the stairs by himself. Upon leaving the hospital, the nurses and other hospital staff would say, "You're so very lucky, you must value your life and live happily."
My relatives now all say that Falun Dafa is miraculous and that Teacher is great! My brother-in-law has been telling my sister, "You should learn Falun Dafa and let elder sister teach you!" The last time I brought my son to the hospital for a checkup, everything checked out to be normal. The doctor said, "I've been in the medical field for over 20 years, and this is the first case I have come across where a damaged brain stem was restored back to normal." My comprehension of the Fa is that as long as we firmly believe in Teacher and Falun Dafa, any tribulation can be resolved.
