The People of Poland Eagerly Support Practitioners' Truth-Clarification Activities

(Clearwisdom.net) Although some of the harmful influences of the Communist Party have not been eliminated yet in Poland, people at large hate communism and can recognize its reprehensible nature. After all, the Communist Party in Poland fell. When they hear of the persecution of Falun Gong at the hands of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), most people say that they know very well how evil of Party is. They think that whatever the CCP persecutes is good. Therefore, people in Poland all accept Falun Gong. Once they have learned about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, they will spare no effort in explaining the facts and organizing events to expose the persecution.

During a series of large-scale events, including the European Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference held in Warsaw in late September, over 100 Members of Parliament signed a petition supporting Falun Gong within one day. Besides the recognition and support from political circles and media in Poland, the society at large also supports Falun Gong.

Passers-by call out, "Falun Dafa is good!"

On September 21 and 22, Falun Gong practitioners held a parade and rally in downtown Warsaw in front of city hall, on busy business streets, and in front of the Chinese Embassy. Local media gave the event wide coverage. One local practitioner received telephone calls from many of his friends, who told him that though they were not able to watch the parade, they all saw it on TV and they had a new understanding about Falun Gong and the persecution in China.

As they watched the parade, many passers-by stepped forward and asked, "What event is this? What are you doing?" When the waist drum team walked across busy business streets, many people stopped and marveled. When the waist drum team shouted together, "Falun Dafa is good!" passers-by also called out, "Good! Good! Falun Dafa is good!"

While distributing truth-clarification materials, a practitioner met a disabled person who asked the practitioner what he was handing out. Because the practitioner did not understand the Polish language, he just pointed to the leaflet and told him, "This is Falun Dafa" and left. The disabled person thought it over, caught up with the practitioner, and said in English, "I often sit here at the railway station. If you give me some leaflets, I'd be very pleased to help you distribute them every day."

After seeing the anti-torture exhibition in the procession, a passer-by in his 40s told a practitioner, "Such a thing can only happen in a country controlled by the Communist Party. We Polish people have already defeated the Communist Party. I believe that you Chinese people can also prevail over the CCP. The principle of 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' is good and I hope people do everything according to it."

On their way back to the hotel, two practitioners saw a gentleman distributing truth-clarification materials. When asked why he was doing it, he answered, "It is because you are very good. I just wanted to help you distribute this literature." As the two practitioners were leaving, he shouted:, "I simply feel that you are good!"

A local woman asked a practitioner to help take a group photo of her with the celestial maidens in the parade when the procession passed by a park. After the photo was taken as she wished, she was very pleased and spoke to the practitioner while holding her hand all the time. Although the practitioner did not understand Polish, she could feel that the woman was very happy.

Polish people hate the Communist Party

There was one disturbance during the parade. On seeing a particular banner in the parade, an elderly lady was so angry that she kept swearing in Polish at the procession. Most practitioners could not communicate with her because they did not understand Polish. It was not until a Polish practitioner came did they understand why the old lady was cursing the procession. The banner read, "The Chinese Communist Party," and it had a red cross superimposed over the words. But somehow the red cross was not clearly visible. This woman thought that the parade supported the Communist Party. That was why she cursed it with great disgust. She was not happy until a practitioner explained it to her and she understood.

After signing the petition to end the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, a young man said, "We used to have a rough time with the Communist Party. It was because it used to control our country. We suffered deeply. What you are doing today is really good, really terrific. I think that you are bound to succeed and I feel happy for you."

Many people are very clear why the persecution of Falun Gong is happening in China. When he assumed the reins of government, the President of Poland said: "Why does Poland look like this today (indicating that the economy and everything about Poland is not too good at the moment)?" Summarizing all the reasons, he pointed out, "Our country should continue to eliminate the remnants of the Communist Party and improve people's morality." Two years ago when he came to power, his first act was to weed out from the present government all those who had ever held a post in the previous Communist Party government and then to demolish the typically communist architecture in Poland.

There were also Chinese people who wanted to quit the CCP on the spot. An elderly overseas Chinese that had lived in Poland for many years said he had had a critical view of the Communist Party. It was because he had been badly bullied by the CCP that he had had to go abroad. He knew well the evil nature of the CCP. Hearing the explanation by a Falun Gong practitioner, he agreed to quit the CCP's affiliated organizations he had joined many years ago. Two practitioners from Sweden met a girl from China at the airport. The girl kept saying: "What a coincidence!" When the practitioners told her about the Nine Commentaries On the Communist Party and mentioned the withdrawals from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, she also agreed to quit them.

Seeing practitioners in Poland distribute copies of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" in Polish during the parade, a practitioner from Germany was very worried that handing them out like that would cause unnecessary waste. But a Polish practitioner told her not to worry about it, because Polish people were very eager to learn the facts. It was not long ago during the Sailing Boat Festival, that Falun Gong practitioners distributed the Nine Commentaries. They could distribute ten thousand copies within a day. Because the books were heavy, one practitioner could not carry many. They often only had to walk a few steps and the books were all distributed. Their biggest problem is transportation, not distribution.

In Poland, people are badly in need of Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. To let vast numbers of people learn the facts and hear about the grace of Falun Dafa, for practitioners in Poland, "We can't stop" is their righteous thought.
