1. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Luo Libin and Other Practitioners Have Been Illegally Arrested
On January 12, 2007, the National Security Division of Meishan City and the Chengxi Police Substationof Dongpo District sent policemen to raid practitioner Ms. Luo Libin's home and restrict the freedom of her family members. Mr. Shen Xuewen and four other practitioners arriving at Ms. Luo's home that afternoon were arrested. The policemen confiscated one laptop computer, one MP3 player, truth-clarification materials and some personal items. The practitioners were forcibly taken to the Chengxi Police Substation in the Dongpo District.

2. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Tian Yunhai Has Been Suffering from Persecution
Practitioner Mr. Tian Yunhai has been detained at Panjin Prison. He held a hunger strike for nearly five months in protest of the persecution. Recently, Mr. Tian Yunhai's father visited him in prison. Tian could not sit down and did not even have the strength to speak. His father tried to bail him out for medical treatment, but his request was refused.

Practitioner Mr. Sun Changjun, from Xiuyan Township of Xiuyan County, is now being detained at the Yuemingshan Forced Labor Camp in Anshan City. He cannot see things clearly as a result of being tortured.

Ms. Zou Fengqing, Ms. Liu Li and Ms. Guo Xiangrong from Zhaodong City were arrested on the evening of January 12, 2007. Policemen from the Hongxing Police Substation in the Tiedong District took them while they were handing out truth-clarification materials.
6. [Yixian County, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
At about 10 o'clock on January 12, 2007, three practitioners from Yixian County were arrested by police led by Zhang Chengjun, head of the Xishan Police Sub-Bureau.

On January 12, 2007, Practitioner Ms. Chen Mei, from Dalian City in Liaoning Province, was detained by policemen from the Lijia Street Police Sub-Station in the Shahekou District of Dalian City.
9. [Shanghai City] Practitioner Ms. Yuan Xiufang Has Been Detained
Practitioner Ms. Yuan Xiufang has been detained since May 24, 2006. Her family members are still not allowed to visit her.
10. [Shanghai City] Practitioners Ms. Guan Longmei and Mr. Lin Mingli Have Been Illegally Brought to Trial
On November 11, 2006, practitioner Ms. Guan Longmei was brought to trial at Hongkou District Court in Shanghai City. On November 10, 2006, Mr. Lin Mingli was brought to trial at the Putuo District Court. Several practitioners, who attended the court trials to send righteous thoughts, were arrested and their homes ransacked that evening.
11. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Practitioners Mr. Guo Xiaodong and Ms. Yin Fengyun Have Been Arrested
On January 9, 2007, practitioners Mr. Guo Xiaodong and Ms. Yin Fengyun from Luoyang City were arrested by police from the Gongrencun Police Substation while handing out truth-clarification materials at the Gongrencun in Xingtai City. They were forced to go through brainwashing classes. They are now being held at the Qiaoxi Police Sub-Bureau in Xingtai City.
12. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Aiqin Has Been Tortured
Practitioner Ms. Yang Aiqin, from Kaifeng City, was so badly beaten that she lost all her teeth and her body was covered with cuts and bruises. She was released on bail after paying a large sum of money.
13. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Qi Mingli Has Been Detained for a Long Period of Time
Practitioner Mr. Qi Mingli has been detained and tortured at the Jinzhou Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province for a long period of time. The tortures have included sitting on an iron chair and a sitting board. Now, Mr. Qi Mingli's health is deteriorating. He finds it difficult to walk as his legs are numb from the torture and the pain keeps him from sleeping. His eyesight is deteriorating and he is suffering from scabies.
Mr. Qi Mingli asked the authorities to release him. The forced labor camp not only refused his request, but also asked him to pay for the medical treatments after the tortures. Qi Mingli wanted to practice the exercises, but the guards would not let him do so.

Practitioner Ms. Liu Jingxiang from Yishui County was arrested at a supermarket around 10:00 a.m. She was reported while handing out truth-clarification materials on January 12, 2007. She is now being held at the Yishui County Detention Center.
15. [Dong'e County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Miao Qin and Her Husband Have Been Arrested
On January 8, 2007, practitioner Ms. Miao Qin and her husband were arrested by the police.
16. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Zhou Huarong Has Been Arrested
On the afternoon of January 10, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhou Huarong was reported while handing out truth-clarification materials. She was arrested by policemen from the North Xianyang Road Police Substation. Now she is being held at the Hongqiao Police Sub-Bureau Detention Center.
17. [Shenze County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Qu Quanxing Has Been Constantly Harassed
Practitioner Mr. Qu Quanxing is from Hualian Service Center No. 4, a company of Huabei Petroleum Administration in Shenze County, Hebei Province. At about 10 o'clock Mr. Qu Quanxing was tailed by Li Jianhua, a policeman from the Zexi Police Substation in Shenze County, when he went to hand out truth-clarification materials. Since then, practitioners have been constantly harassed at home. Policeman Jianhua ordered Mr. Qu Quanxing to report to the police substation every day. Mr. Qu refused and he is now under around the clock surveillance.
18. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yin Xianju Has Been Secretly Arrested
At about half past 8 on the morning of November 11, 2006, practitioner Ms. Yin Xianju went shopping. She was followed, arrested and is now being held at the Pengzhou City Detention Center.

19. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Xiying and Ms. Gan Yufang Have Been Persecuted
On December 23, 2006, practitioner Ms. Yang Xiuying and Ms. Gan Yufang from Huaihua City went to Mengxi Township of Songtao County in Guizhou Province. They were handing out truth-clarification materials. Ms. Yang Xiuying was arrested by police from the Mengxi Township Police Substation. The police ordered the staff at Mengxi Township Railway Station to search for Ms. Gan Yufang, claiming she was "carrying dangerous articles." As a result, Ms. Gan Yufang was arrested.
Ms. Yang Xiuying was taken to the Mengxi Police Substation, where police officers punched and kicked the over 60 year-old lady. She was not allowed to use the toilet. Ms. Yang and Ms. Gan were then sent to Songtao County National Security Division.

20. [Hami City, Xinjiang Uggur Autonomous Region] Practitioner Ms. Hu Aiqin Has Been Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Hu Aiqin, from Hami City, was taken from her home by police from the city police bureau on January 12, 2007. Her computer and printer were also taken. She is now being held at the Hami City Detention Center.
21. [Langzhong City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaohong and Mr. Yang Zhengming Have Been Arrested
On January 8, 2007, practitioners Ms. Wang Xiaohong and Mr. Yang Zhengming, from Langzhong City, were reported to police when handing out truth-clarification materials in the countryside. They were arrested by thugs from the Huishui Township government and the police bureau of Cangxi County. Now the two practitioners are being held at the Cangxi County Detention Center.
The following day, officers from the Cangxi County Police Bureau tricked Ms. Wang's family into opening the door. Once inside, they ransacked the house and took Ms. Wang Xiaohong's DVD player.
22. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Facts about the Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Yang Jiexian
On November 28, 2006, Yang Hao, from the Wanxi Township Government in Hongjiang City, led a dozen thugs to practitioner Mr. Yang Jiexian's home in the name of birth control. At the time only Mr. Yang's wife, Ms. Ding Chuntao (over 60 years old), was at home. The thugs forced their way into the house. They took Teacher's portrait, Falun Dafa books and a computer.

23. [Huaihua, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yi Yuncui and Other Practitioners Have Been Tortured
On October 26, 2007, practitioner Ms. Yi Yuncui, Ms. Yi Fangying and Ms. Yi Guilian were reported while handing out truth-clarification materials at Huamaoyuan Township. They were arrested, kicked and punched by the township police. Their clothes were torn and Ms. Yi Yuncui's hands were swollen as a result of being beaten.
The three practitioners were locked up in the detention center for 14 days, before they were released unconditionally.
24. [Xishui County, Guizhou Province] Practitioner Mr. Yang Wenmei from Gulin County was Arrested by Policemen from Xingmin Township Police Substation on November 14, 2006 While Producing Truth-Clarification Materials
