(Clearwisdom.net) After the horrifying discovery of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and the immediate cremation of their bodies to destroy the evidence was exposed on March 4, 2006, the Falun Dafa Association and the Minghui websites founded the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" (CIPFG, also called "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution") exactly one month later. The CIPFG is collecting information from people who have come forward, and is calling on people who know the truth to further expose the crimes concerning illegal organ harvesting in China. We call upon all people of conscience to lend their help in exposing the facts of this vicious persecution of Falun Gong practitioners inside secret concentration camps, forced labor camps, prisons and hospitals in Mainland China.
Investigation Lead: The Purpose of Performing Physical Examinations at the Zhejiang Prison Is Hidden
Falun Dafa practitioners who are illegally sentenced in Zhejiang province are detained at the No.2 and No.4 Prison, where they are given detailed physical examinations, especially blood tests. There is no reason given for these tests. When the organ harvesting incident was exposed, it was reported that there are designated organ removal hospitals in Ningbo City, and the prisons used a so-called physical examination to cover up the truth of the persecution.
Investigation Lead: The "Advantage" of Liver Donor Supplies at the Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military District (Dialogue)
On May 22, 2006, I managed to talk to people from the Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military District (also called the Liuhuaqiao Hospital). When I mentioned that one of my relatives needed a liver transplant, there was a woman of about 30 years old who had an accent like people from the southern part of China. She claimed that she was the person in charge of this. She appeared to be very enthusiastic.
I asked: "How long do we have to wait for a liver transplant?"
She answered: "The fastest would be one week, but no more than one month."
I asked: "How about the quality of the livers?"
She replied: "We provide very healthy livers, we guarantee their quality. In addition, the age of the donors are all over 20 years old. Because we are a military hospital, we have the advantage of having donor supplies. For instance, we can go to other places and transfer organs in."
I then asked: "Do you have donors who practice Falun Gong?"
She said: "This is hard to answer."
I asked: "How about the background information on donors?"
She said: "We are only responsible for the quality of donors. We guarantee that the organs are fresh and the donors are healthy, and we dont worry about the social status of the donor. Which means, we dont worry about who he or she is, or what he or she does. We are saving lives, so we guarantee the quality of our operations."
I asked: "I am afraid this is not very proper. If you dont know the social status of donors, could it be that while you are saving one life, you are hurting another life?"
She answered: "You?"
I said: "I am calling from the U.S., and I recently heard that there were secret camps which detain Falun Gong practitioners. Their organs are removed while they are still alive, in order to make huge profits."
She said: "If you want to talk about Falun Gong, I have no time for that. We are very busy. Only because you told me that your relative needs a liver transplant, did I talk to you for a while." She then hung up the phone quickly.

Investigation Lead: The Long March Hospital Staff in Shanghai Frankly Said: "The Source of These Organs Are Unclear."
We were told by the medical staff at the Shanghai Long March Hospital (the No.2 Affiliate Hospital in the No.2 Military Medical University of the Liberation Army) that during a period before July 2006, they performed kidney transplants almost every day at this hospital. The operations often lasted until midnight.
Through further investigation, we found out that this hospital performed a minimum of one to two liver and kidney transplant operations every day. When they were asked why they have so many transplant operations and what the source of the organs was, this medical staff member said: "Because we heard that there will be an Organ Transplant Law enacted on July 1, 2006, we had to get more operations done before that day. The source of those organs is unclear and nobody knows where they come from. After July 1, this kind of operation will probably happen less frequently."

Investigation Lead: In April 2005, the Liuhuangting Hospital in Shandong Province, Yantai City Performed One Kidney Transplant
Around May 18, 2006, I heard that a 50-year old woman in our city had a kidney transplant in April 2005 at the Liuhuangding Hospital in Shandong Province, Yantai City. We were told that the kidney was from a young man who was over 20 years old, and it cost 80,000 yuan.
She also mentioned that this hospital had completed over 100 kidney transplants. Many foreigners came to this hospital for a kidney transplant. Their kidney supply was adequate, the kidneys were very healthy and the survival rate was high. Whether or not they were from Dafa practitioners needs to be investigated by the CIPFG.
Investigation Lead: The Binzhou Hospital, Hunan Province Performed Cornea Transplants from Living People in Large Numbers
One day in late-April 2004, I took a relative to the Opthalmology Division at the No.1 Peoples Hospital in Binzhou City. When the doctor checked his eyes, he said: "You need a cornea transplant." My relative asked: "How much for the operation?" The doctor said: "It will cost 7,000 yuan." He added: "You are really lucky, because we will have a cornea tomorrow." I asked: "Is it from a dead person, or someone else?" He quickly replied to me: "Its good anyways."
The No.1 Peoples Hospital in Binzhou City is the biggest hospital in the city. As of 2005, they have performed three heart transplant operations.

Investigation Lead: The Guangzhou Medical School's No.2 Affiliated Hospital Claims: "Ten Days After the Blood Work is Done, We Will Have a Kidney Supply Available for You."
A large number of organ transplant operations were performed at the Organ Transplant Department located on the seventh floor of the No.8 Building at the Medical School No.2 Affiliated Hospital in Guangzhou City. The address is: 250 Chuanggandong Road in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City.
In 2005, most of the patients were overseas Chinese. In 2006, the majority of patients were foreigners who went there to have a kidney transplant. Sometimes, five to six organ transplants were completed during one day, and at other times one to two organ transplants.
As to the source of so many organs, it was said that they were from executed prisoners. Those organs were quickly removed; therefore there was no need to give anesthesia shots, and within less than 20 minutes, it was completed. When asking for information about the kidney transplant, the reply was: "If you need a kidney transplant, ten days after the blood work is done, we will have a kidney available for you."

Investigation Lead: From the Introduction Page of the Zhengzhou Organ Transplant Center
According to the introductory page of the website of the Zhengzhou Organ Transplant Center: "Organ Transplant Operations Are Performed Everywhere in Our Province." For the time being, there are a total of 26 hospitals in Henan province performing organ transplants. According to a list, the majority of them are not Level 3 Grade A hospitals; instead, most of them are just Level 2 Hospitals. Taking the Capital City Zhengzhou as an example, currently, there are nine hospitals which perform kidney transplants. Of those, only the Zhengzhou University's Affiliated Hospital and the Provincial Peoples Hospital are qualified hospitals. (Time: 11: 29:59 on April 19, 2006, Source: Henan Newspaper Net Henan Commercial Newspaper, Reporter Lian Huiyan)
The Organ Transplant Center at the Zhengzhou University's No.1 Affiliated Hospital: "Since January 1, 2004, the No.1 Affiliated Hospital at the Zhengzhou University officially founded a special organ transplant ward. . The cumulative total number of kidney transplants has exceeded 400 cases; among them were kidney transplants, pancreas transplants, combined pancreas and kidney transplants totaling over 20 cases. More than 60 organ transplants were performed this year, which is an increase of 30 0.000000e+000very year.
The Kidney Transplant Facilitation Center in Zhongyuan published an ad around the "May 1 Festival" in 2004. The advertisement of the Zhengzhou City Central Hospital read: "During the May 1 holiday, our center has completed 15 kidney transplants. Recently we received an ample kidney supply, and we welcome patients to consult with and contact us." "Director Cai Xianan has personally completed over 800 operations, the success rate was 100%."
The Kidney Transplant Facilitation Center in Zhongnan (Zhengzhou City No.3 Hospital 1 Caishi Street in Guancheng District of Zhengzhou City): "For the past few years, we have performed over 100 kidney transplants every year."
The Kidney Transplant Facilitation Center in Huazhong (Zhengzhou City No.5 Hospital) "The year of 2005 was the most prosperous year for our Center. At the beginning of the year, we performed and completed three liver transplants. We have created a record and completed nine operations in one day, as well as 120 kidney transplants for the entire year. ."
The Kidney Transplant Center in Zhengzhou City (Zhengzhou City No.7 Hospital) : "In 2003, we completed 114 kidney transplants. In January 2004, we smoothly completed 28 cases of kidney transplants, which has laid a healthy foundation for striving to complete 150 kidney transplants in 2004. ... In the past few years, we have completed more than 100 kidney transplants every year, the success rate for the operations are 100%."
Address of the China Army Huazhong Kidney Transplant Center(Liberation Army 460 Hospital, No.10 Huzhu Road in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province)
China Yuxi Kidney Transplant Center (Gongyi City Chinese Medicine Hospital): "In 1999, we have completed 40 cases of kidney transplants; the success rate was 100%. In 2000, we have completed 50 cases of kidney transplants, and in 2001, we have completed 60 kidney transplants."
How come the organ supply is so abundant in recent years? It should be a very high-tech operation and time-consuming to locate organ suppliers. How could they complete 15 operations during one national holiday? Even in one day, they can complete 9 operations. It is highly suspicious that they can find so many readily available organs.
Investigation Lead: Staff Members Who Participated in Organ Transplants at Zhongnan University's Xiangya No.2 and No.3 Hospital
Staff members from the Organ Transplant Center at Zhongnan University's Xiangya No.2 Hospital participated in operations at the Surgical Organ Transplant Department (liver, pancreas, small intestines, spleen and a combined transplantation of organs in the abdomen), Urology Surgical Section (Kidney Transplant) and Heart and Lung Transplant.
In 1985, the first kidney transplant was performed in Hunan province. Now, they complete more than 100 kidney transplants every year. In February 2005, the Center performed the first pancreas and kidney transplant in Hunan Province for a diabetes patient who had kidney failure. During recent years, this center has also performed liver transplants and other operations. The source of the organ supply needs to be investigated.
In addition, in 2001, the organ transplant center completed their first heart transplant. In September 2003, the center has completed the first combined heart and lung transplant in Hunan Province. The source of its organ supply needs to be further investigated.
Staff members who participated in the organ transplant in the Xiangya No.2 Hospital are:
Yin Bangliang, who is currently the President of Zhongnan University's Xiangya No.2 Hospital, is the person in charge of the organ transplant center, the assistant to the Director of the Hunan Province Organ Transplant Professional Committee
Qi Haizhi, Assistant to the Director of Organ Transplant Center: 86-13808425562
Professor He Zhijun: 86-13873145907
Peng Longkai: Deputy Director for the Organ Transplant Center, Urology Surgical Section Director. Since 2000, he has been acting as the Associate Professor of the Urology Surgical Section at the Xiangya No.2 Hospital. It was reported that he "has done in-depth research on kidney transplants."
Xu Dezhong is currently the Director of the Surgical Department at the Xiangya No. 2 Hospital in Zhongnan University. He participated in the liver transplant operations.
On April 26, 2005, at the No.3 Hospital in Xiangya, Transplant Medical Research Institute, a person with the last name of Chen performed a heart transplant operation. The source of the organ supplies needs further investigation.
