(Clearwisdom.net) After the unreasonable arrest of Falun Gong practitioners during Hu Jintao's January visit to Paris, French practitioners have been distributing materials to the citizens of Paris, revealing the recent incidents that happened locally and the genocide the Jiang's group is carrying out against Falun Gong practitioners. The materials expose the unjustifiable treatment of Falun Gong practitioners by French Government agencies and police which threatens the future of the French nation.
On February 13, 2004, when several groups of Falun Gong practitioners were distributing materials in front of District Government offices, they met a member of the legislative assembly of the Green Party. He listened carefully to the details of the incident and also asked some questions about the persecution of Falun Gong. He then asked for twenty copies of Falun Gong materials and said he would like to distribute them to officials of the District Government. Two responsible persons from a school also asked for a lot of materials from practitioners after they listened to practitioners' introduction to Falun Gong. They wanted to share the information with people in their school.
Paris practitioners also plan to clarify the truth through calling at people's doors and talking to them face to face, and by distributing newspapers and leaflets. They will try to clarify the facts of the situation to the government and a wide range of citizens. The hope is to enable French people to clearly realize the how the actions taken by the French police have violated the nation's founding principles of "Liberty, Equality and Fraternity". Falun Gong practitioners do not want to see the Jiang regime take advantage of the French Government's passivity and force it to become an accomplice in the persecution of Falun Gong. Practitioners who experienced the Paris incidents hope the French Government can realize this point and make an open apology to Falun Gong practitioners.
