(Clearwisdom.net) In March 2002, I was sent to Jilin Public Security Hospital after being persecuted by police. While I was being examined there, I personally witnessed how a Falun Dafa practitioner, Lei Ming, had been cruelly tortured. He was beaten so badly by Changchun security bureau personnel that bones all of his body were fractured; his eyeballs were his only body parts that were still moving. As we were being screened, the doctor told the guard that Lei Ming could not be screened in such a condition. I saw him lying on a stretcher. There were bloodstains in and around his ears, nose, and mouth. His mouth could not close since his teeth were in such horrible shape. His eyelids would open for a moment, and then close again. One of the prisoners who carried the stretcher said that at night Lei Ming could not fall asleep at all.
On the fifth day that I was detained at Changyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun, the "education team" sent the most persistent Dafa practitioners to be dealt with by different brigades. Soon after they were sent away, painful cries would resonate out of different corridors.
Education section officer Gao Shilu was trained to persecute Falun Gong practitioners sent to him from the education team. He openly proclaimed, "Falun Gong practitioners should be treated like this." He once remarked to prisoners, how can we allow Falun Gong practitioners cultivate to become Buddhas, while we must remain here? We have to do our best to bring them down. Kao also remarked that the most powerful person in the world is neither the UN Secretary or the U.S. President, but instead Jiang Zemin, since the presidents of other nations need to seek approval from several departments before proceeding to do what they intend. Also, they are responsible for whatever wrongdoing they commit, even after they leave office. Kao continued, Jiang Zemin's power is above the law of the entire nation, and whatever he says goes. Nobody in the world can compare with the power he has.
When I was first sent to Changyanggou Forced Labor Camp, it was Gao Shilu who ordered the criminal prisoners to persecute me. If I didn't obey, they would punish me by forcing me to sit on a tiny plastic stool from 5 am until 9 or 10 at night. They used criminals to monitor me; if I wasn't sitting up straight, they would hit me in the area of my kidneys. Yu Changjiang, the person in charge of prisoners, would beat me at night. If I didn't give in to the authorities' demands, they would take me to the correction office. There, several team and assistant leaders would beat me, along with other officers. They put handcuffs on me and used electric batons to shock me.
