Facts of the Persecution

Police in the Nanmusi Women's Labor Camp in Zizhong City, Sichuan Province mentally and physically torture steadfast Falun Dafa practitioners. They employ techniques such as forced brainwashing, forcing practitioners to stand for long periods of time, high-voltage shocks with electric batons, handcuffing practitioners' hands behind their bodies, tying them up with ropes, beating them while their lips are sealed with glue, tooth brushing women's private parts, striping all clothing off and then burning the pubic hair or nipples with a cigarette lighter, force-feeding a highly concentrated salt solution or feces to practitioners holding hunger strikes, and injecting them with unknown drugs. As a result of the force-feeding, practitioners teeth were pried out, and their jaws were deformed or misaligned.

Many Falun Dafa practitioners once stepped on the wrong path and gave up Falun Dafa. They were, however, still illegally detained in the Baoding Prison in Hebai Province, and most have since published solemn declarations stating that they have returned to the Fa-rectification, and declaring that the evil "transformation" failed. These declarations scared the evil hordes in the prison. Layer after layer of the "610 Office"* administration and police put pressure on Falun Dafa practitioners. They have five to six prisoners watch each Falun Dafa practitioner 24 hours a day. One practitioner expressed in the declaration that all four statements he wrote were null and void, and he wanted to do the exercises. He was tied up with his arms and legs pulled apart for more than one month.

* "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.

The Truth and People's Hearts

The following is an excerpt from the article "At the Moment When Boarding an Airplane in the Desert."

In March 1999, my colleagues and I had our pictures taken in front of a small airplane. Later, I found out that I was the only one who had not boarded the craft yet, so I hurried and ran to the airplane. As soon as I sat down in the plane, an airport worker came up to me, and said to me with a very pale face, "You are blessed today. If your head was a little higher, it would not be here." I found out that when I came under the propeller, they were all shouting at me, "Danger!" But I did not hear them at all. The pilot said to the airport worker that the propeller miraculously turned backwards the second I went under it. I was right in between the two propeller leaves that stopped at that moment. That's a coincidence that is hard come by. Cultivation is supernormal!
