-On November 19, 2003, police officer Meng Qingyu (male) from the county station had an accident on the way back from ransacking Falun Dafa practitioners' homes (these practitioners all worked in the Harbin No.3 Power Plant). He was severely injured, his arms were fractured, his ear drum was cut, and he has become dizzy headed from a concussion. The doctors said he may be permanently disabled.

-The Chairman of the Hulan County Chamber of Commerce Union Wang Huifang (female) asked Falun Dafa practitioners in their organization to write the "three statements" and she publicly defamed Falun Dafa. She died from a stroke on the Chinese New Year's eve of 2000, at the age of only 53.

-Jail Doctor Wang Jianxin (male) was employed in the Hulan County Detention Center. He tortured Falun Dafa practitioners with force-feeding. He is the person chiefly responsible for the deaths of Falun Dafa practitioners Ren Pengwu and Zhang Xuewen. Wang was fired recently.

-Former Dabu Village Head Zhang Xinqiao (male) of Yaopu Township, Hulan County, Heilongjiang Province sent three Falun Dafa practitioners who were clarifying the truth to the police station in the fall of 2001. His father was injured in an accident this spring, and can no longer take care of himself. His son has gotten divorced, and he was dismissed from his position as village head.

-Mr. Xu Bo from Zhangya Village, Shiren Town, was hired as a watchman for closely monitoring Falun Dafa practitioners in 2001 and 2002. He has been ticketed many times while riding his motorcycle, and his wife and daughter both had appendicitis. Even the pigs his family raised all died. He expressed his joy that Falun Dafa practitioners were arrested. Only a few days later, his house caught on fire. The fire engine broke down one kilometer from his house, so that it was too late when the fire truck finally made it to his home. His family lost all their belongings.

-Former associate director Wang Jie (male) of the Mulan County No.2 Detention Center in Heilongjiang Province, actively participated in the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. He died of a heart attack in the summer of 2002.

-Police Station Director Du Guojun (male) in Tuogu Township, Zhaozhou County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province frequently arrested Falun Dafa practitioners, ransacked their homes, detained them, and tortured them. He had an accident on the way to Anle Village, where he was going to harass Falun Dafa practitioners. He passed out on the spot, although others were fine. He was dismissed from his position soon after.

-Security Secretary Li Yuchun (male) of Daertaizi Village, Santaizi Town, Linghai City, Liaoning Province used to closely monitor Falun Dafa practitioners and harass their families. In the beginning of December 2002, his motorcycle was hit by a trailer, and he died on the spot.

-Mr. Wang Guanglu of Sanwangzhai Village, Santaizi Town, Linghai City, Liaoning Province was hired by town police to beat Falun Dafa practitioners. He often tore down Falun Dafa stickers and banners, and cursed Falun Dafa practitioners. He had a stroke in April 2003, and can no longer take care of himself.

Facts of the Persecution

Falun Dafa practitioner, Mr. Zhang Guoshun is an employee of the utility division of Jinhua Chemicals Inc. His home was ransacked by police from Lianshan District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province in July 2003, and his family had 5,000 yuan extorted from them. They were told that since they paid, Zhang would no longer be harassed. However, on August 12, the police took him away while he was at work, and sentenced him to three years of labor camp. He is being detained in the Huludao City Labor Camp. He has been on hunger strike without water since December 5. Police have been force-feeding him. These inhuman villains leave the force-feeding tube in his nose and throat. This kind of torture has caused his neck to become swollen, and put his life in danger.

Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Song Kun from Hulan County, Heilongjiang Province is around 55 years old. She was sentenced to nine years in prison, but has been too sick to serve the term. She was detained in the No.1 Detention Center since July 20, 2002, and her health was very poor. Police sent her to prison on December 15, 2003, but she was rejected again because of her poor physical condition. Another Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhou Yanwei, age 43, was sentenced to three years in prison in March 2003 because she clarified the truth to people. She has been detained, but because of her poor health she is not allowed to serve the prison term. Police sent her to prison on December 15, 2003 again, but she was rejected again because of her poor health.

In November 2000, Police in Qiaokou Station of Wuhan City, Hubei Province abducted Mr. Liu Qingshui from the factory he worked at, and interrogated him for three days, then detained him in the Qiaokou District Detention Center for six months. In September 2002, police from the Jiangan station of Wuhan City, Hubei Province abducted Mr. Liu Qingshui and brought him to the Jiangan Station, where he was detained for another month. He went on hunger strike to protest. Police put huge ankle shackles on him, the kind usually only used on prisoners on death row. He was transferred to the Etouwan Detention Center where he spent another month, and where he was suspended in the air twice by his cuffed hands. After these two months of detention, he was abducted from his work on November 24, 2003. He is currently being held in the Hanyang District Detention Center.

Political Security Team Leader Ma Wensheng (male) of the Shijiazhuang City Police Station is also the director of the local "610 Office." He is very active in persecuting Falun Dafa, and is one of the chief perpetrators in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The second in command of the Political Security Team Mr. Chen Lei of the Shijiazhuang City Police Station actively arranges the brainwashing of Falun Dafa practitioners. Political Security Team Director Li Yanbing (male) of the Changan Police Station of Shijiazhuang City is very vicious but tries to seem "kind." He is very active in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners in the Changan District.

Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Wang Guihua, age 49, was arrested on September 16, 2003 for producing Falun Dafa truth materials. She is detained in the Jilin City No.1 Detention Center. We heard that corrupted officials are planning to put her on trial at 9 a.m. on December 25, 2003, in the no.1 courtroom in the Longtan Court House.

Falun Dafa practitioner Zhou Xiaowei and his wife Kong Ruiying from Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, were arrested by police on November 13, 2003. Their retarded six-year-old son has been left at home and needs their care. Zhou is detained in the Longhua Station, and is very weak from being on hunger strike. Kong is locked in the Luohu Station, and is not allowed to be visited by her family members.

Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Tong Lanzhi from the Jiangtai Projects of Chaoyang District, Beijing City, was arrested for clarifying the truth. She is detained in the Jiangtai Police Station and Neighborhood Office. On July 20, 1999, the persecution towards Falun Dafa started, since then more than ten Falun Dafa practitioners from the little Jiangtai Projects have been sentenced to labor camp or prison. Among them are Ms. Yang Li, Mr. Wang Wei, Ms. Li Shaohua, Ms. Ren Dan, Mr. Yan Baoshuang, Ms. Lei Ying, Ms. Cheng Daqun, Ms. Zhang Weixiang, Mr. Yang Shili, and three others.

Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

Falun Dafa practitioners in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province worked together to expose the crimes of the evil police. On the evening of November 28, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners in Lingyuan City posted colorful banners in many prison system employees' residential areas, which revealed how local police have used the "tiger bench" among other torture methods on practitioners, shocked them with electric batons, brutal beat them, abducted them, and extorted their money. Practitioners also spread the news about Falun Dafa being legally practiced in 40 countries, and how Jiang is being sued for genocide and crimes against humanity in international courts. These red, yellow, and green banners greatly shocked the evil, and had a big impact on people.

News from China

Some corrupted person in Shanghai Movie Productions is using government money to create Falun Dafa movies that are filled with deceptive propaganda meant to mislead viewers. They went to Fusong County in Jilin Province to film at the beginning of January 2002. According to Director Wang and Song Lei (both male), two police officers from Shanghai have always been on the set. The film was ordered by the Central Propaganda Ministry and the Central "610 Office" in Beijing. Jiang and his political group have invested eight million yuan in it.
