(Clearwisdom.net) Many fellow practitioners talked about their understanding on how to break away from the arrangements made by the old forces, and I also want to offer some of my opinions on this issue. I feel that some fellow practitioners regard the old forces as overly powerful. They seem to be overly cautious about everything they do and are trying to distinguish whether it's the old forces' arrangements. Isn't there an attachment of fear of being persecuted by the old forces behind this thinking? I think Dafa practitioners ought to cultivate and participate in Fa-rectification with righteous thoughts openly and in a dignified manner, and anything that doesn't meet Dafa's standards and requirements are the old forces' arrangements.
If we don't listen to Master and don't look at the Fa from the perspective of the Fa; if we deal with issues with an ordinary person's mindset during tests, then we would be conforming to the old forces' arrangements without realizing it. Master told us, "It's precisely because of these ordinary human attachments that problems are apt to occur --that's why a lot of problems have occurred." (Touring North America to Teach the Fa)
As Dafa practitioners we should cultivate in an open and dignified manner, with unwavering faith in Dafa and in Master. When we are able to look at things from the perspective of the Fa when encountering problems in everyday life, strictly conduct ourselves according the standards of Dafa, understand the Fa from the perspective of the Fa and take righteous steps on our own path, then we are already breaking through the old forces' arrangements. If we deal with tribulations with an ordinary person's mindset, although we know in our hearts that we should conduct ourselves according to the standards of Dafa, we'll still find excuses for ourselves. Put plainly, doesn't it mean that we are not firm enough in believing in Dafa and in Master? If we behave this way how can we not end up taking the path arranged by the old forces?
Master does not acknowledge the old forces at all. Therefore, we shouldn't allow ourselves to be persecuted by the old forces even if we still have some omissions. We must be clear that the persecution is imposed upon Dafa and Dafa disciples by the old forces, which are not worthy to test our determination in Dafa or arrange our cultivation. We should not leave things to chance either, by thinking that because Master doesn't acknowledge the old forces' arrangements, we do not need to get rid of our attachments. Master has taught us the best way to deal with this, "It's best that Dafa disciples walk their own paths righteously and not allow the evil to seize any excuse to persecute you." (Touring North America to Teach the Fa) We should make solid efforts to improve our xinxing, be strict with ourselves according to the standards of Dafa, and walk righteously down the path that each of us Dafa practitioners should take. We should not waste time and energy on finding a "shortcut." If we cultivate in an open and dignified manner, we are already in the process of completely breaking through the old forces' arrangements.
