In the past year, Falun Gong practitioners in China have endured persecution with great benevolence and forbearance. They have been waiting for Jiang Zemin to realize his mistakes and change his mind. But Jiang has missed opportunities one after another. In particular, what he said and did in New York [in September of this year] made it clear to the world that he had made up his mind to continue his wrongdoings without any repentance. As a result, the fate that awaits him can only be bad. As he is clearly doomed by his own deeds, we should try our best to help those people who have been misled by Jiang's propaganda, so that they will not join the same end as Jiang.
For those who still have the chance to become good people, they should not be held responsible for the crimes of Jiang Zemin. Therefore, we should separate Jiang Zemin and his followers from the Chinese Government. It should become our main task to expose the crimes of Jiang Zemin himself, and make people understand that Jiang Zemin can only represent himself. He cannot represent any other people or any government officials who do not agree with Jiang's crackdown. After we expose Jiang's crimes and let the people know the truth, wrong will find no place to exist, and will perish naturally.
