[Wuhan, Hubei Province] Luo Gan Goes to Wuhan to Strengthen the Persecution of Falun Gong
From mid to late November, Luo Gan not only ordered the Supervising Team from the Public Security Bureau to come to Wuhan but he himself also secretly came to Wuhan to organize the new persecution.
After Luo Gan arrived in Wuhan, first he dispatched many policemen and plain-clothed police forces to strengthen its persecution team. Second, the plain-clothed police began to use civilian vehicles such as company cars or taxis to hide their mission. Third, they monitored the telephones, cell phones and strictly monitored and searched the households that use computers. Fourth, they asked the community district committees to arrange patrols day and night, guarding all entrances to residential buildings and secretly spying on Falun Gong practitioners and their actions. Fifth, they passed a document to all XX party members that all Falun Gong practitioners being arrested would be sentenced.
Thus, many practitioners were illegally arrested during the recent half-month period. Many practitioners were arrested while distributing Dafa materials by plain-clothed or patrolling police. Some practitioners were arrested while mailing letters in post offices; some were arrested at home; and some were arrested after coming back from Beijing. All the arrested practitioners were sentenced to forced labor or imprisonment directly without trial.
Insiders say that the evil beings are very afraid of the printed materials that reveal the truth. They have many police forces looking for where Minghui Net articles are printed, and they have an internal most-wanted "core member" list.
[Weifang, Shandong Province] New Evidence of Suppression of Dafa practitioners
The Fangzi District Police Station sentenced 14 Dafa practitioners to forced labor after October 1st. Some of them are Sun Zhonghua (Bureau of Industry and Commerce), Wang Weihua, Wang Sumei, Liu Aihua, and Zhang (female, 58).
On the evening of October 25th, police launched a large-scale arrest of practitioners. That night, more than 100 practitioners were arrested and sent to detention centers, the Finance Department, "Transformation" Centers, and other work units.
Weifang government reversed the standard of good and evil, promoting Wang Quanfeng to be director of the Police Department because of Wang's hard work at persecution of practitioners. Fangzi District local TV station even played tapes of policemen torturing the practitioners on the news. They thought that could bring them more promotions and praise from the upper government.
Haihua Corporation Group sent Li Huiting, Cui Rongxiu and another 20 practitioners to the Border Security Police sub-station to transform them. The practitioners went on hunger strike to protest. The "transformer" force fed the practitioners. A practitioner named Feng was sent to a hospital for emergency treatment.

One practitioner's husband is a truck driver. He doesn't practice Falun Gong but knows that Dafa is good and supports practitioners. Often, while he is driving the truck, he brings some Dafa materials and distributes them to hotels and restaurants along the way.
In a city in Northern China, Dafa materials have already entered people's hearts. One resident near the railway station saw a Dafa flyer by the door, and then he brought it home and read it. After that, whenever he met other people he would say: "Falun Gong is really strong; they charge Jiang Zemin's with ten crimes charge, and their charges are all reasonable and legal. Falun Gong is really worthy of respect."

In Gaogu Village and Niubao Village of Ciqu County Tongzhou District of Beijing, many practitioners appealed many times to the central government by going to Beijing in the past year. Xiao Sumin, Shi Yanhua, Gao Shiling, Zhu Yanfen and some others whose names are unknown went to Beijing to clarify the truth and distribute Dafa flyers. They were arrested and detained in Tongwei District Detention Center. One month later, they were sentenced to one year of forced labor (October 2000 ~~ October 2001) and are now detained in Tiantanghe labor camp in Daxing. In the labor camp, they always use the standard of a genuine practitioner to guide their behavior. When they meet a confrontation or difficulty, they search for the problem within themselves and improve their Xinxing (mind nature). Their behavior has moved their cellmates. The cellmates said: " We hope your Dafa will be rectified soon." Even the police who interrogated them showed respect and said in private: "I know you are all good people, otherwise you wouldn't be learning Falun Gong."

During the last two days, Dafa practitioners have been arrested randomly without reason. Dafa practitioners have been deceived into believing they have an appointment in a certain place and then have been sent to Forced Labor Camp directly after being caught. Therefore, some practitioners are missing and some are fleeing.

There is a practitioner over 70 years old in Xinjiang. He gave up practicing Falun Gong in July 22, 1999 due to pressure from the government. These people always claim that it is their work to persecute Dafa practitioners and they are ordered to do so from higher authorities. I ask them: 'If Jiang Zemin orders you to eat X, will you eat it?!' Those people carrying out the persecution are truly bad!"
