A black-hearted female prison guard -- Wang Lihong and her vicious deeds, including violently jamming tubes down people's nasal passages for force-feeding
Wang Lihong, female, about 25 years old, single, works in the Detention Center of Kuiwen District, Weifang, Shandong Province. Even though she is young, she is black-hearted and cruel, lacking human nature.
In October this year, Wang force-fed female Dafa practitioners on the day after practitioners started a hunger strike. While force-feeding, she inserted pipes in practitioners' noses and slid them back and forth on purpose, which made practitioners bleed and scream heartrendingly. Moreover, she had others stand in line to see her vicious actions. She also interrogated female practitioners individually who went on hunger strike by beating and shocking them with electric batons.
For Dafa practitioners who practiced Falun Gong exercises in the prison cell, she forcefully pulled them outside of the cell for physical punishment. If practitioners did not comply, she then rushed into the cell to shock the practitioners' heads with an electric baton. Once, a practitioner was shocked for more than ten minutes at one time by Wang. Sometimes, she tortured practitioners by forcing practitioners to sit in an iron chair. A practitioner was hung by both her hands, beaten, and shocked by an electric baton until the practitioner lost consciousness. When she found that this practitioner's hands and feet had turned cold, in order to cover her crime, she wrapped the practitioner in a cotton-padded mattress from the prison cell and put her in the office.
A female practitioner was forced to do push-ups because she could not recite the rules of the detention center. She was beaten if she did not do it, and her face was shocked by electric baton for more than 10 minutes until her whole face became misshapen. Another female practitioner was shocked by an electric baton so much that her whole body was covered with big red welts, and one could smell the flesh burning.
A female practitioner who had been on hunger strike for more than 10 days forgot to say "Reporting" while coming into the room. Wang then beat her brutally until she lost consciousness. At that moment, the practitioner's face looked ghastly pale and her heartbeat became very slow. Only when the symptoms indicated that she was dying was she sent to the No. 2 People's Hospital in Weifang for emergency treatment. Because they were afraid that she would die in their hands, the practitioner was released after several days. Now, this practitioner's health is still very poor and she cannot take care of herself.
Like other evil police, this black-hearted prison guard withheld the money sent by prisoners' relatives. Sometimes, she did not tell the "prisoners" concerned even when their relatives had sent 300~~500 RMB Yuan (about 1 month's average salary in China) to them, but instead she kept the money for herself. Moreover, she sold the instant noodles that are only 50 cents (RMB) per bag elsewhere for several Yuan RMB (1 Yuan = 100 cents) in her prison, etc. Some people had not spent all the money that their relatives had sent to the prison for them by the time they were released, but Wang did not return the money to them before they left the prison.
This evil officer tends to kick the chest and abdomen in particular while beating people, not caring at all that they are the vital parts of the human body or if the person would die. Sometimes, she drags elderly female practitioners back and forth along the corridor by the feet and yells out filthy words.

Sun Kuizhen, an evil policeman in Kuiwen District, Weifang and his evil deeds, including kicking a male practitioner in the groin
Sun Kuizhen, male, about 36 years old, lives in the dorm of the Public Security Bureau on Xinhua Street in Kuiwen District. He is the former Deputy Chief of Weizhou Street Police Station in Kuiwen District, Weifang City. Because of his fierce and malicious persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, he was promoted to be the Chief of the Detention Center of Public Security in Kuiwen District.
This person persecutes Dafa practitioners by using extremely cruel and malicious means. Countless Dafa practitioners had been beaten and cursed unscrupulously by him. On October 10, the illegally detained Dafa practitioners were force-fed under the orders of Sun Kuizhen. The practitioners were held in iron chairs and force-fed by inserting tubes through their noses. The painful cries of the practitioners could make one break into tears, but Sun shouted: "Today, I let you eat by the nose. I don't believe I can't deal with you!"
One male practitioner was beaten by Sun Kuizhen for no reason and was kicked on the penis which caused swelling and severe pain.
A male practitioner and a female practitioner were beaten by Sun for trying to stop this savage act. Then, they were handcuffed and hung on 2-meter-high metal pipes for more than two hours. The female practitioner's feet were bare, but Sun stamped on her feet again and again.
The savage acts are countless. But there is a warning passed down from ancient people that "good will be rewarded with good and evil with evil." The fate of an evil person will definitely be no good.

A list of thugs of Fushan Town (one of the seven "Transformation sites" in Weicheng District), Weicheng, Weifang, Shandong Province carrying out the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners
- Li Xuejun, male, 45 years old, is the Secretary of the Politics Committee in Fushan Town Government. He is the general commander in charge of persecuting and brutally beating Dafa practitioners. He has a terrible temper. He orders other thugs to brutally beat Dafa practitioners who have been to Beijing to appeal. The thugs hold Dafa practitioners on ground with their backs facing up. Seven or eight thugs form a circle around a practitioner. Some hold the arms, some step on the hands and legs, some beat them with rubber pipes or wooden boards. During the torture, Dafa practitioners are forced to drink water so that the extravagated blood does not collect in the buttocks, and they later have bloody urine. Li also fines the practitioners a large amount of money. Some of them are forced to pay over twenty thousand RMB Yuan (US $2,439, about two years total salary of a university professor). A female practitioner went to Beijing to appeal and her husband was arrested, brutally beaten and forced to pay ten thousand RMB Yuan even though he did not practice Falun Gong. Recently, Li sentenced Ji Dongmei, a Dafa practitioner from Fushan Hospital who had been tortured and illegally detained for nearly three months but still remained faithful to Dafa, to Wangcun Labor Education Camp for three years.
- Yang Xidong, male, over 30 years old, is from Weicheng District, Weifang. He is the former Secretary of Fushan Town Politics and Law Committee, and the main culprit to order persecution of Dafa practitioners. He and his followers have shocked and beat Falun Gong practitioners with electronic batons, wooden boards, and rubber pipes. He ordered a thug to pinch the ribs of a Dafa practitioner, which was too painful to describe. These thugs viciously beat practitioners' heads. Some practitioners were beaten to unconsciousness several times. The thugs also take liberties with female Dafa practitioners by using dirty words and facial expressions. Because of his vicious persecution of Falun Gong, he was promoted to Vice Director of Linju County.
- Zhao Hongsheng, male, about 40 years old, is the Deputy Secretary of Fushan Town Government (Director of the Office). He is the main culprit in planning and executing persecution of Dafa practitioners. He beats Dafa practitioners brutally and has similar "accomplishments" as his colleagues, Li Xuejun and Yang Xidong.
- Li Yanliang, male, 45 years old, is from Fushan Town and is well known for his ferocious means to brutally beat Dafa practitioners. He and other thugs beat Ji Dongmei from Fushan Hospital to unconsciousness and beat her again after awakening her with cold water because she had been to Beijing to appeal. Ji Dongmei was beaten to a brown color in the buttocks and they swelled a great deal. She could only lie on her stomach for more than ten days and her face became gray and sallow. She was detained in an old folk's home and her family was not allowed to visit her. She also suffered from other inhumane treatment.
- Ji Suyun, female, 48 years old, is the Director of Fushan Hospital. To keep her government position safe she became heartless and persecutes Dafa practitioners even though she has a family herself. She detained Dafa practitioner Ji Dongmei in a small room in the hospital for near three months after she was beaten brutally. All Ji Dongmei's activities including eating, drinking and discharging were restricted to the small room. Ji Dongmei's mother saw that she was hardly recognizable due to beating and asked Ji Suyun to release her. Ji Suyun refused to release her and forced her family to pay 40,000 RMB Yuan (US $4,878, about her eight years total salary). Ji Dongmei suffered a lot from the long illegal detainment and torture both physically and mentally. Ji Suyun tortured her mentally even after she had been on a hunger strike for over eight days and tried to force her to give up practicing Falun Dafa. However, Ji Dongmei was faithful to Dafa. Ji was sentenced to a three-year term in Wangcun Forced Labor Camp by Fushan Town Government and the Hospital after she was illegally detained for nearly three months. Ji Suyun has sold her soul just to keep her small government position.
