At 10:30AM on November 20, five L.A. Falun Dafa practitioners came to L.A. City Hall mall to hold a Falun Gong truth-clarifying picture display at an outdoor cafeteria.
This mall is located in the middle of the L.A. City Hall, near the L.A. police station, L.A. Court and the Federal Building. From 11AM to 2PM, thousands of government officials, and people who come to the court working as members of a jury, will come here to have their lunches and do shopping. So it is an ideal place to promote Dafa and clarify the truth about Falun Gong to government officials.
After we set up four large-sized picture boards, two practitioners started to practice the exercises following the Dafa music. Another three practitioners distributed Dafa material at different entrances. In less than three hours, about one thousand pieces were distributed.
A woman juror in her 50's pointed at her head after watching the pictures, and said to me, "I like the Oriental culture very much. Modern people suffer from so many kinds of diseases and stresses, all because there is something wrong with here (thought). In order to solve these problems, here (referring to thought) must be first dealt with. I am very glad that I decided to be a member of a jury today, because I come across Falun Gong here."
