On November 25, practitioners in a city in Shandong Province made more than 100 banners, including spray-painted banners. In just one night, the banners reading, "Falun Dafa is a righteous Fa" were spread all over the streets, highways, countryside and residential areas.

Practitioners in Lanzhou successfully distributed around 200 truth-clarifying flyers into the Provincial Party Committee Compound. It was said that for this reason the Public Security Department dispatched more police in the Compound and at main traffic passes, and questioned passersby.

Guan Ziping and other practitioners in Xigu District, Lanzhou City, were detained in Xigu Detention Center, and will be sentenced to labor camp.
Zhang Futang, a practitioner in Xigu district, Lanzhou City, was sentenced to labor camp on November 24.
Zhu Huilan and seven other practitioners in Qiheli District, Lanzhou City, were taken away by the evil when sharing experiences at home. They are detained in Xiguoyuan Detention center.
An Jiheng, Lanzhou Petroleum Research Institute, was arrested when distributing Dafa truth materials at Lanzhou University. Now she is detained at Lanzhou 2nd Detention Center.

Yang Rui, female, 35 years old, was an assistant engineer at Changfeng Machinery Factory in Lanzhou. In October 1999, she went to appeal in Beijing and was then detained by Shajinyi Police for 15 days. In May 2000, she was detained again for 15 days due to practicing Falun Gong. In July 2000, she was detained as she posted some true stories about Falun Dafa. The Labor Camp Administration Committee sentenced her to one and a half years in labor camp. Now she is detained in Pingantai Detention Center in Lanzhou. Recently, she was dismissed by her work unit.
Zhang Louchan, male, 27, graduated with a bachelor's degree, is a cadre in Electric Machinery Company in Lanzhou. He was detained 15 days for persisting in practicing Falun Gong in November 1999. He was detained again in May 2000. In July 2000, he was detained for posting materials to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. He was sentenced to one and a half years in labor camp on September 5. Now he is detained in Pingantai Labor Camp in Lanzhou.
Wu Guiling, female, 54 years old, is a teacher of the school of Electric Machinery Company in Lanzhou. She went to appeal in Beijing in January 2000 and was then detained for 15 days. In July 2000, after she was detained for posting materials telling the truth of Falun Gong, she was sentenced to one-year in labor camp on September 5. Now she is detained in Pingantai Labor Camp in Lanzhou.
Cao Shengmin, male, 58 years old, is a retired cadre in Changfeng Machinery Factory in Lanzhou. He was detained for 15 days by the Anning Branch of the Lanzhou Police Bureau. He was detained again as he clarified the truth to the security unit of his factory. Now he is detained in Xiguoyuan Detention Center in Lanzhou.
Li Jianhong, female, 39 years old, is an employee of Changfeng Machinery Factory in Lanzhou. She went to appeal in Beijing before the Spring Festival in February. She was seized at Lanzhou Railway Station and detained for 10 days by Liujiabao Police in Lanzhou. She was detained again on November 2, 2000 because she clarified the truth to the security unit of her factory. She is detained in Xiguoyuan Detention Center in Lanzhou.
Wu Yuying, female, 55 years old, is a retired employee of Changfeng Machinery Factory in Lanzhou. She went to appeal in Beijing and was detained for 15 days by the Anning Police Branch of the Lanzhou Police Bureau. During the National Holiday (October 1), she was forcibly pushed into a police car in Tiananmen Square. Now she is detained in Xiguoyuan Detention Center in Lanzhou.
Cao Qiulan, female, 48 years old, is an employee at the Plane Machinery Factory. She went to appeal in Beijing and was detained for 15 days at the Liujiabao police station. She was asked to talk with the Security Department of Changfeng Machinery Factory on November 2 and did not come back. She is now detained at Lanzhou Anning Police Branch.
Wu Lingfang, female, 62 years old. She went to appeal in Beijing during the Spring Festival. She was detained at the Anning Western Road police station for 15 days. She was asked to talk with the security unit of Changfeng Machinery Factory on November 2 and did not come back. Now she is detained at the Anning Police Branch.
Li Miaojuan, female, 43 years old, is an employee of Changxin Ammeter Factory of Lanzhou. She had suffered from severe heart disease. Twenty years ago, she received a cardiac valve replacement operation. Doctors said her life expectancy was less than15 years, and she should receive long term and continuous medical treatment. She worked very hard in her factory and was a good employee. At home she took care of her husband's two children from his previous marriage. She was considered a good wife and mother. She stopped taking any medicine after cultivating for 2 months in late 1997, which save a great amount of medication fees for the factory. She went to appeal in Beijing last October and was detained in Beijing for 15 days, and another 15 days in Lanzhou. After that she was detained several times and her home was ransacked before the Spring Festival. Police took 1500 Yuan (about $180, $60 is the average monthly salary) away without a receipt. During the National Holiday in Beijing, she was illegally detained in Xiguoyuan Detention Center and still remains there.
[Shenzhen, Guangdong Province] Practitioners in Shenzhen were sentenced to labor camp.
Chen Nan, male, about 45 years old, former director of Shenzhen assistance center, was sentenced to three years in a labor camp because of distributing Dafa materials and posting Dafa truth materials. He was put into Sanshui Detention Center in Guangdong. More than 100 practitioners are detained there.
Jin Mei, female, 36 years old, a practitioner in Luohu District of Shenzhen, was sentenced to one year in labor camp because she appealed in Beijing in last May. Her husband has to lead a tough life of bringing up their two children under 10 years old.
